Daniel 11:

14: And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision;

but they shall fall.

So.................... the king of the north (Dan Bushkevik) shall come, and cast up a mount, and take the most fenced cities: and the arms of the south (secular zion, Judah, Sharon, Aholibah)  shall not withstand, neither his chosen people, neither shall there be any strength to withstand.
16: But he that cometh against him shall do according to his own will,
(Dan Bushkevik of the hasidim Chabad Lubavitchers of satans shemaGoG)  and none shall stand before him: and he shall stand in the glorious land,

which by his hand shall be consumed.

17: He shall also set his face to enter with the strength of his whole kingdom, and upright ones with him; thus shall he do: and he shall give him the daughter of women,
(Jerusalem) corrupting her: but she shall not stand on his side, neither be for him.

Diskin Pessimistic About Israel´s Security After Expulsion
16:47 May 17, '05 / 8 Iyar 5765

Yuval Diskin, the new head of Israel’s clandestine domestic security agency, the Shin Bet, made his first appearance before the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on Tuesday, two days after assuming his post.

Diskin painted a bleak picture of Israel’s security situation leading up to the execution of the expulsion plan and it’s aftermath,

it aint gonna happen

citing the possibility that terrorists would begin firing missiles into Israel from northern Samaria, and the problems Israel would face combating Hamas, if the terror group becomes part of the official body governing the Palestinian Authority.

hahahhahhahhahhahahhahhah no, no Demonicrazy under there

Diskin told the committee, “northern Samaria without the IDF means terror and the firing of missiles” at Israeli targets, leaving the IDF without “an effective method of fighting terror in the region.”

Diskin also pointed out the dangers of handing over the Philadelphi route to the PA, if IDF forces withdraw totally from the Gaza district. He took the line of his predecessor, Avi Dichter, who opposed the government’s plan to abandon the route to PA forces and rely on beefed-up Egyptian forces to secure the border from their side.

after all, it is part of Eretz ISREALHELL

Another serious problem facing Israel is the growing strength of terror organizations in Gaza, particularly Hamas.

for they oppose the shemaGoG shemborg collective and submitting to the Universal Noahide Laws of hahasatan's Sanhedrin

Diskin said that if Hamas becomes involved politically in governing the Palestinian Authority, Israel would have difficulty assassinating its leaders as it has done in the past.

keel all em dirty arabs, in ah ha the name ah ha jaysooooooose, so hep me gawd foah they ah ha are the chosen ah ha....hahahahhahahah

He said it would be easier for Israel to deal with Hamas functioning primarily as a terror group.

if'n they ain't with us, then they'en's must be aginst us

Recent polls show Hamas scoring big gains in the upcoming PA elections scheduled for July 17, about one month before the government goes ahead with its plans to forcibly evict (slip Proxy in here) 10,000 Jews from their homes in Gaza and northern Samaria.

Hamas made significant inroads in last month’s municipal elections in the PA, even in areas considered to be outside its power base in Gaza. In Kalkilya, a PA controlled city that literally lies in the heart of Israel’s heavily populated coastal plan, Hamas won all 15 seats on the city council.

hahahhahha Heil Bushkeviks double, double cross of double speak unto Judah.....You who are in you hear? Bush knows and has always known by his handlers the Chabad Lubavitch that the road map leads to hell.

Diskin presented a pessimistic view of PA chief Mahmoud Abbas’ efforts to fight terror. “His leadership is weak. He wants to [fight terror] but can’t,” he said. According to Diskin’s assessment, Abbas will neither fight terror nor give up the Palestinians’ claim to the “right of return” which if implemented, would flood Israel with hundreds of thousands of Arab refugees and their descendents from the 1948 and 1967 wars.

Just like Arafat, they have made abba's fadder a figure head

Diskin warned that Israel might soon be faced with a new wave of Arab terror. He said his agency “must be ready for a new outbreak of terror, in order to defend the citizens of the State of Israel, and make it clear that terror does not pay.”

and make the Palestinians submit in total humiliation unto satan's little hoo haha humbug Olam haba and the "Universal Noahide Laws" unto their gods the Dragon of Moshiach ben dragon

The chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, MK Yuval Steinitz (Likud) expressed his concern over Diskin’s assessment. “We have heard a severe warning regarding what awaits us in the future. The terrorist organizations are preparing a new wave of bloodshed and the head of the Shin Bet said this in the sharpest and clearest way,” Steinitz said

Nope, no disengagement over there, or under here

Quarter of a million Israelis cannot marry or get a divorce

By Amiram Barkat

More than 280,000 Israeli citizens cannot marry or divorce in Israel because they do not belong to a legally recognized religious group, according to figures presented yesterday to the Knesset Immigration and Absorption Committee.

Israeli law does not recognize civil marriage, and requires citizens to be married by their own clergy. Religious groups were determined during the Turkish period, which ended in 1917.

The Central Bureau of Statistics says that at the end of 2003, some 254,000 citizens were listed as "lacking religious classification," and about 27,000 as "Christians who are not Arab."

behold your "chosen",...... Judeo churchians

About 60,000 of these individuals are children under the age of 14. Some 78 percent of these groups, or 219,000, are natives of the former Soviet Union, who came to live in Israel by virtue of the Law of Return; 3 percent are Ethiopian; and 2 percent were born in Romania.

MK Yosef Paritzky (Shinui), who had called for the discussion on this issue, called it "crazy" that the state does not permit a quarter of a million people to marry and divorce, and Committee chair Colette Avital (Labor) called the situation "a time bomb."

The committee also heard yesterday that in 2002, 1,585 Israeli citizens lacking religious classification married abroad - 780 men and 805 women. In the main age group of Israelis marrying, age 20 to 32, the number of people lacking religious classification is about 83,000

The Finish of the Wall of the Whore City

Work on Israel’s Wall Starts in June
Hisham Abu Taha, Arab News

GAZA CITY, 17 May 2005 — Israel will begin work on a wall that will create a corridor linking the largest Jewish settlement in the West Bank to Jerusalem next month, weeks before it starts withdrawing from the Gaza Strip. The construction will in effect expand Jerusalem’s boundaries and cut off Palestinians from the city they seek as a future capital.

By starting work on the section around Maale Adumim just weeks before Israel begins pulling its troops and settlers out of the Gaza Strip, the government is hoping to minimize US and EU opposition, the Maariv newspaper said. Under wider plans, not only Maale Adumim, but also Gush Etzion, a settlement bloc home to around 12,000 Israelis near Bethlehem, would be incorporated onto the Israeli side of the barrier whose final route was approved by the Cabinet in February, Maariv reported.

The barrier around Maale Adumim will also take in other smaller nearby settlements and land earmarked for the construction of new Jewish neighborhoods.

Israel has insisted that the wall’s only purpose is to prevent infiltrations by would-be Palestinian attackers. The Palestinians, however, point to its route, which often juts into the occupied territory, as proof that its real purpose is to predetermine the borders of their promised future state.

Meanwhile, Israel yesterday banned former Malaysian Premier Mahathir Mohamad, whose comments have in the past infuriated Jews, from entering Jerusalem while visiting the West Bank.

Mahathir was delayed for an hour at the Allenby crossing from Jordan into the West Bank where Israeli officials banned him from going to Jerusalem or the city of Jenin in the West Bank, Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qorei said.

“I want to say to the entire world that this is the political mind of the occupation,” Qorei told a joint news conference with Mahathir in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

“This is an important man, an international man and the Israelis prevent him from going to Jerusalem, they prevent him from going to Jenin,” he added, expressing his apologies.

The Israeli authorities, which continue to control the entrance into towns throughout most of the West Bank as well as controlling the border into Jordan, said they had received no advance warning of Mahathir’s arrival.

“We received no request to facilitate the visit. We weren’t aware he was coming, so we didn’t deal with it,” said a Foreign Ministry spokesman

Pakistan dismisses Newsweek retraction on Koran

May 17, 7:49 AM (ET)

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Pakistan dismissed on Tuesday as inadequate an apology and retraction by the Newsweek magazine of a report that U.S. interrogators at Guantanamo Bay had desecrated the Koran.

The report in the magazine's May 9 issue sparked protests across the Muslim world, from Afghanistan, where 16 people were killed and more than 100 injured, to Pakistan, India, Indonesia and Gaza.

"The apology and retraction are not enough," Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed told Reuters.

"They should understand the sentiments of Muslims and think 101 times before publishing news which hurt feelings of Muslims."

The magazine retracted the story on Monday.

Newsweek said in its May 23 edition that the information had come from a "knowledgeable government source" who had said a military report on abuse at Guantanamo Bay had found interrogators had flushed at least one copy of the Koran down a toilet in a bid to make detainees talk.

But the source later told the magazine he could not be certain he had seen an account of the Koran incident in the military report and that it might have been in other investigative documents or drafts, Newsweek said.

The Newsweek retraction came as the White House, the Pentagon and the State Department all strongly criticized the report and said it had damaged Washington's image abroad.

Pakistan, a key ally in the U.S.-led war on terrorism, has called on Washington to conduct an inquiry and to share results with Islamabad.

The Pentagon has said that an investigation remained open into allegations contained in the report.

Qazi Hussain Ahmed, head of a hardline six-party Islamic alliance in Pakistan, said Newsweek's retraction was unlikely to cool tempers in the Muslim world.

"Whatever magazine has done now is under pressure (from the U.S. government)," he said. "It has not denied what it has reported and many people freed from Guantanamo Bay have narrated the same thing."

He referred to a report in the Tuesday edition of the Pakistani daily The News that quoted Hafiz Ehsan Saeed, a former detainee at Guantanamo Bay, as saying that the Koran was routinely desecrated at the U.S. prison.

Saeed was released from Guantanamo Bay in September but has since been held in a Pakistani jail in Rawalpindi, a garrison town close to Islamabad. His reported remarks could not be independently verified

Newsweek Urged to Do More to Repair Damage

May 17, 8:09 AM (ET)

WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House says Newsweek took a "good first step" by retracting its story that U.S. investigators found evidence interrogators at Guantanamo Bay desecrated the Quran, but it wants the magazine to do more to repair damage caused by the article.

Newsweek on Monday retracted the report in its May 9 issue after officials in the White House, the Pentagon and the State Department criticized its publication and its use of an anonymous source. Protests in Afghanistan, where more than a dozen people died and scores were injured in rioting, and demonstrations elsewhere in the Muslim world were blamed on the article.

"The report had real consequences," White House press secretary Scott McClellan said Monday. "People have lost their lives. Our image abroad has been damaged.

hahahahhahhahhahhahhahha understatement....But they had to make it look as though this is the cause

There are some who are opposed to the United States and what we stand for who have sought to exploit this allegation. It will take work to undo what can be undone."

McClellan said a retraction was only "a good first step" and said Newsweek should try to set the record straight by "clearly explaining what happened and how they got it wrong, particularly to the Muslim world, and pointing out the policies and practices of our military.

Daniel Klaidman, Newsweek's Washington bureau chief, said Tuesday in an interview on CBS'"The Early Show" that the magazine will "continue to look at how we put together this story, learn from mistakes that we've made and make improvements that are appropriate as we go along."

Asked if anyone involved in preparing the article would lose his job, Klaidman said, "We think that people acted responsibly and professionally and ... there was no malice, no institutional bias, just a mistake that was made in good faith." The article was written by Michael Isikoff, an investigative reporter, and John Barry, a national security correspondent for the magazine.

ahhahhahahahhhahhahhahahhahhha Isikoff...a Sofiet Talmudic Communitarian who "spilled" the Clinton Jewel-ewinsky story.....hahahhahhahhahhahhahhhahhahhahha

The Pentagon looked into the allegations initially and found nothing to substantiate them. "They continue to look into it," McClellan said.

as they do the Plane....where's da plane boss...where's da plane

The administration worried that the Newsweek story - and the idea that interrogators at the U.S. naval prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, tried to make terror suspects talk by desecrating the holy book of Islam - had undercut attempts to demonstrate tolerance and repair the United States' reputation after global criticism over the Abu Ghraib prison abuse scandal.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, traveling home from Iraq, said, "It's appalling that this story got out there.

hahahhahahah condosleezy the whore of the Chabad Lubavitch

"I do think it's done a lot of harm," Rice said. "Of course, 16 people died but it's also done a lot of harm to America's efforts" to demonstrate tolerance and breed goodwill in the Muslim world.

while murdering and torturing them

U.S. officials did not deny the report when it first appeared.

On Capitol Hill, military leaders were questioned about the Newsweek account after testifying about base closings.

"We've not found any wrongdoing on the part of U.S. service members," said Gen. Richard Myers, chairman of Joint Chiefs. He said the Pentagon has investigated the claims, but he did not indicate whether the investigation was complete.

Newsweek editor Mark Whitaker said the magazine decided to publish the short item after hearing from an unnamed U.S. official that a government probe had found evidence a Quran had been flushed down a toilet by interrogators.

But on Friday, a top Pentagon spokesman told the magazine that a review of the military's investigation concluded "it was never meant to look into charges of Quran desecration." The spokesman also said the Pentagon had looked into other charges by detainees that the Quran had been desecrated and found them to be "not credible."

Whitaker said the magazine's original source later said he could not be sure he had read about the alleged Quran incident in the report Newsweek cited and that it might have been in another document.

"Based on what we know now, we are retracting our original story that an internal military investigation had uncovered Quran abuse at Guantanamo Bay," Whitaker said.

The Newsweek report was not the first public airing of allegations about U.S. personnel at Guantanamo Bay desecrating a Quran. In August and October 2004 there were news reports based on a lawsuit and a written report by British citizens who had been released from the prison in Cuba. They claimed abuse by U.S. guards, including throwing their Qurans into the toilet.

In January, Kristine Huskey, a lawyer representing Kuwaitis detained at Guantanamo, said they claimed to have been abused and in one case a detainee watched a guard throw a Quran into a toilet

NEWSWEEK's top executives and editors are standing firm behind reporter Michael Isikoff after the magazine retracted his story that U.S. investigators found evidence interrogators at Guantanamo Bay desecrated the Quran.

hahahahahahahhahhahahha no sacrifice.....wonder why? perhaps because he is a Chabad Lubavitcher?

"Mike was told he would not be sacrificed, we are standing behind him 100%," a top magazine source told the DRUDGE REPORT. "We do not, I repeat, do not let this White House, any White House, make our staff decisions for us."

The top NEWSWEEK executive claims an emotional Isikoff (choke...sniff ) offered to resign from the magazine over the weekend, in a gesture to cool off the international situation.

Isikoff's Guantanamo article was blamed for inciting riots in the Muslim world, where at least 17 people were killed in the ensuing violence.

White House staffers suspect Isikoff's source for the Quran report was from congress, not from the administration.

Isikoff said in a published interview Tuesday morning: "Whenever something like this happens, you've got to take stock and review what you did - how the story was handled. The big point that leaps out is the cultural one. Neither NEWSWEEK nor the Pentagon foresaw that a reference to the desecration of the Koran was going to create the kind of response that it did. The Pentagon saw the item before it ran, and then they didn't move us off it for 11 days afterward. They were as caught off guard by the furor as we were. We obviously blame ourselves for not understanding the potential ramifications."

do not be deceived, they know full well what they do

Meanwhile, White House press secretary Scott McClellan said a retraction was only "a good first step" and said NEWSWEEK should try to set the record straight by "clearly explaining what happened and how they got it wrong, particularly to the Muslim world, and pointing out the policies and practices of our military."

Daniel Klaidman, NEWSWEEK's Washington bureau chief, said Tuesday in an interview on CBS that the magazine will "continue to look at how we put together this story, learn from mistakes that we've made and make improvements that are appropriate as we go along."

Rabbis Urge U.S. Govt to Retrieve Jewish Texts From Russia

Created: 07.04.2005 12:08 MSK (GMT +3), Updated: 12:20 MSK

A group of rabbis and human rights advocates urged the U.S. government Wednesday to step up efforts to help reclaim a collection of religious texts held for two decades by the Russian government, Associated Press reported.

At a hearing of the U.S. Helsinki Commission, rabbis affiliated with the Chabad-Lubavitch movement — an ultra-Orthodox Jewish group — said Russia’s refusal to return the works despite years of negotiations violates international law and deprives them of part of their cultural heritage.

“To us, their value is not about art and perhaps not even sanctity, but family,” said Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky, chairman of Chabad’s social services and educational organizations. “These books are like human beings. They give life to life.”

they give death to the god of the dead

Senator Sam (yellowbelly) Brownback of Kansas, chairman of the Helsinki Commission, held the hearing to call greater attention to the Chabad community’s attempts to retrieve the texts.

Most of the texts were seized over 80 years ago from Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneerson as part of a Soviet crackdown on religion after the Russian Revolution.

The hearing is the latest chapter in Chabad’s 20-year effort — with the help of U.S. officials — to reclaim the collection. Last month, all 100 senators signed a letter urging the Russian government to return the works to Chabad.

All 100 Traitors of "Amaraka" the apostate, not one exempt from their crimes

Senior White House officials delivered the letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin during his meeting with President George W. Bush last month in Bratislava, Slovakia. U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza (condo-sleezy) Rice is expected to raise the issue with Russian officials again this month when she travels to Moscow, said Ambassador Edward O’Donnell Jr., the State Department’s special envoy for Holocaust issues.

Brownback said Bush should put the issue “at the top of his agenda” when he meets again with Putin in May. His comments were met with applause from dozens of bearded Chabad members in the Senate hearing room dressed in traditional black suits and broad-brimmed black hats.

other wise it is top priority "OR ELSE"....another pretzel, perhaps?

Russian officials have been reluctant to return the collection, fearing it would lead to claims by others whose assets were confiscated by the Soviet state and ended up in state-run cultural institutions.

Actor and human rights advocate Jon Voight, who also testified for Chabad, called the books “the voices of the ancestors of the Hebrew nation. For anyone else to claim them as their own is a reminder of all the anti-Semitic pollution through the years of genocide and destruction of human life.”

In December 2002, the Russian government returned some of the books to the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. But that was only a tiny portion of the collection, and the Russian State Library has the rest. Other religious texts, thought to be destroyed in the Nazi occupation of Warsaw, are being held at the Russian State Military Archive.

The books are known as the “Schneerson collection,” named for the prominent Lubavitcher family that included the Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, the charismatic leader of the largest group of Hasidic Jews, a major force in Judaism that may number from tens of thousands to a million or more. He died in 1994.

In a statement to the commission Wednesday, the Russian embassy called it “inappropriate” to involve Congress in the dispute. “It is our position that the collection belongs to Russia,” the statement said. “It is part of the national cultural heritage of Russians and of Jewish communities around the world.”

The dispute also is the subject of a lawsuit Chabad filed last year against the Russian Federation in a federal court in Los Angeles

Pure TREASON and Blasphemy

Admits to Treason and Blasphemy as well as Gore and Clinton

Remarks on “Schneerson Collection”

by Leon Fuerth,
Research Professor of International Affairs,

To whom it may concern:

My purpose in writing this document is to attest to the fact that efforts to retrieve the so–called Schneerson Library from the Russian Federation were undertaken during both Clinton administrations, persistently and at the highest levels of the government.

My narrative actually begins, however, in 1992, when I first met Rabbi Cunin and his sons. At that time, I was working for then-Senator Albert Gore, Jr., as his aide for national security affairs. The Cunins appeared in the reception room of Gore's Senate office, asking for an opportunity to talk with anyone who might help them. I was contacted, responded, and our association began at that point.

The Cunins described the history of the collection and their efforts to secure it from the Lenin Library in Moscow, where it had been traced after nearly three quarters of a century, as the result of some effective research and sleuthing. They asserted that President Yeltsin had personally committed to President Bush that the books would be returned, but that action had not been forthcoming. I established the accuracy of their report in telephone conversations with contacts in the Department of State who had personal knowledge of the circumstances, including President Yeltsin's commitments. It seemed to me that failure to act on this commitment would be a potentially significant test of Russian fidelity to other potential commitments. I also felt that Russian reaction to the Cunins' efforts to secure the books were also a good gauge for measuring the underlying strength of anti–Semitism in Russia.

Senator Gore was already a known figure in Moscow, because of his leadership in arms control and environmental issues. With his permission, I added “the books” to his agenda. Materials already submitted as part of the present legal action trace some of the ensuing initiatives in terms of correspondence between Senator Gore and the Russian government, as well as other forms of communication in the form of petitions from the US Senate.

When Senator Gore became Vice President, I joined him as his national security adviser and remained in that position for both of his terms. We carried the issue of the books into the White House and it became not only an objective of the Vice–President’s but of the administration as a whole, including the President.

In 1992 Presidents Clinton and Yeltsin agreed to establish the US–Russian Bi-national Commission, to be chaired jointly by Vice President Gore and Prime Minister Chernomyrdin. This group became a central element in the relationship between both countries, and led to regular working sessions in Moscow, Washington and other locations. Mr. Gore's visits to Moscow almost involved a meeting with President Yeltsin, and P.M. Chernomyrdin’s visits to Washington would routinely include a meeting with President Clinton.

The books would always be part of preparatory contacts and then, on most occasions would be raised by the Vice President directly with both Chernomyrdin and Yeltsin, and less regularly, by President Clinton in his contacts with Yeltsin. In Moscow, the issue was pursued very persistently by a succession of US ambassadors, including ambassadors Pickering and Collins. Both ambassadors would accompany me when I was in Moscow to staff Commission meetings, to negotiating sessions about the books with ranking Russian officials, including the Russian Minister of Culture.

These negotiations resulted in the only occasions when books were released from the collection to come to the United States. On one occasion, a single book was released to Vice President Gore, who turned it over to Rabbi Cunin. On a second occasion, seven or so volumes were turned over to President Clinton in the course of a summit visit to Moscow.

Unfortunately, that is as far as we were able to get, notwithstanding repeated assurances from the Russian side, from Chernomyrdin on down, that the matter would be completed soon and in full. As an interim step, aided by ambassador Pickering, I negotiated a memorandum of understanding with then-Russian Minister of Culture, Mr. Sidorov, under the terms of which the books would be placed in more appropriate locations within the library complex. Two things should be noted regarding this agreement: first, that it was explicitly intended to be an interim measure, pending full disposition of the books, and was not considered to prejudice the position of either side on that point; and second, that the agreement was between governments–Chabad was not a formal party to them. For some time there were delays in execution on the Russian side, based on one problem or another. I cannot recall ever having been informed that the terms of the memorandum had been executed.

Russian obduracy on this issue remained both a great frustration and a mystery, given the many other problems that were being solved successfully during the eight years of the Clinton⁄Gore administration. My colleagues and I interpreted the difficulty to be a reflection of the political weakness of Russian governance at the time, involving an ongoing social and economic crisis, in the context of which the issue of the Schneerson Library seemed to arouse a mix of injured national feeling and old–time anti–Semitism.

The Russians themselves advanced various other defenses including a fear that returning the books would open Russian museums to a flood of other demands for returns of works “acquired” by the state during the Soviet period. We might have been more sympathetic to this concern had it not been for the wholesale return of religious texts and other treasures to the Orthodox Church during this period: a clear–cut distinction based obviously on the growing political importance of the Church during these years.

Neither were we persuaded by the alternative Russian argument that the Schneerson library was a national treasure, in view of certain facts: (1) the collection had been completely hidden from view for nearly a quarter of a century, and its existence only revealed when tracked down by outsiders; (2) I personally saw the circumstances in which this “treasure” was stored in the deeper stacks of the Lenin library, and, even making allowances for its extremely low budget, it was clear to me that the books were not being held under conditions of respect; and (3) the fire-bombing of the Chabad office in Russia, and the destruction by arson of the Marina Roscha synagogue in Moscow, were reminders that if the Russian government thought of the books as a national treasure, elements of Russian society certainly did not have the same opinion of the Jewish people, from whose midst the books had come. I continue to hope that the rightfulness of Chabad’s claim will ultimately be recognized in Russia, and the books returned to the keeping of those for whom they are living, sacred texts.

American Friends of Lubavitch's Washington office will be providing a Chumash to every Jewish member of the House and Senate after one newly elected House Democrat had trouble locating a copy of the Hebrew Bible at her swearing-in last week.

She IS NOT SWORN IN, it is TREASON in the highest

The Forward reported that Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) called around to other Jewish House members after learning that Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert only had copies of the Christian Bible. She finally found one in Rep. Gary Ackerman's (D-N.Y.) office.

"Now every Jewish member of the House and Senate is going to have a Chumash for the swearing-in or any other purpose they would need it for," Rabbi Levi Shemtov, director of Lubavitch's D.C. office, said on Tuesday.

thus Kol Nidre and the shem sham of "Amaraka"

Some on the Senate side, of course, already bring their own Five Books of Moses to their swearing-in ceremony. Observers say Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) has been seen toting the Chumash he received as a bar mitzvah.

"Protocols of elders of zion" distributed in Ekaterinburg diocese

Church Illegally Distributing Infamous Antisemitic Forgery
from Union of Councils for Soviet Jews, 1 Augut 2001

Dr. Mikhail Oshtrakh, the president of the Jewish National Autonomy of Sverdlovsk Oblast, sent a written appeal to the mayor of Yekaterinburg, the governor of the Sverdlovsk region, and the presidential plenipotentiary for the Urals region demanding that criminal charges be brought against the local diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC). Dr. Oshtrakh, who is also a partner with the humanitarian assistance program of UCSJ's affiliate Chicago Action for Jews in the Former Soviet Union, informed UCSJ that the ROC is distributing a book written before the Russian Revolution by Sergey Nilus containing excerpts from his infamous forgery-- "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion."  The "Protocols," which purports to be a record of a secret meeting of powerful Jews planning to control the world, was used by Hitler as a justification for the Holocaust.

HAHAHHAHHAHHHAHHHAHHHAHHHAHHHAHHHHAHHAHHHAH does any person on this earth need anymore proof than what I have documented for seven years?

Under Russian law, the incitement of ethnic or religious hatred is illegal, including incitement of hatred through published material.

shut them up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

According to Dr. Oshtrakh, the book was published in St. Petersburg by the Orthodox Publishing house with the blessing of ROC Bishop Afanasy.  In Yekaterinburg, it is being sold for 102-107 rubles a copy.

Dr. Oshtrakh's action against the ROC's illegal distribution of Nilus' book has been widely covered in the regional print and television media. Unfortunately, it has also led to a public attack on him by the leader of the city's Chabad community, whose spokeswoman told the media that while the Chabad leadership looks upon the publication of Nilus' book "unfavorably," it "is not a reason for religious or political scandals" and "we have long-standing and very friendly relations with the Yekaterinburg [ROC] diocese."  Obviously seeking to exploit this disagreement within the Jewish community, a representative of the ROC diocese publicly advised Dr. Oshtrakh to stay in closer touch with the Chabad and not try to "score political points for himself."

Unfortunately, this is not the first antisemitic (if you aint with them then you are against them)  scandal tied to the local ROC diocese.  The former ROC bishop Nikon openly maintained ties with the neo-Nazi group Russian National Unity, who according to press reports attended his farewell service in 1999 wearing full swastika-bearing regalia. (Insert Proxy)  In March 2001, the diocese's newspaper Pravoslavnaya Gazeta printed an article by the antisemitic (proxy) columnist Deacon Andrey Kuraev, who blasted the celebration of International Women's Day because it "secretly" coincides with the Jewish holiday of Purim, which in his words savagely celebrates "unpunished mass murders" by Jews.

WASHINGTON -- Heartened by a week of staunchly pro-Israel comments from the White House, US Jewish leaders had little to quibble about after a Chanukah meeting with President Bush.

Jewish leaders from a wide spectrum of organizations who spent about an hour with Bush on Monday walked away impressed with the depth of his knowledge and his resolve to combat terrorism and support Israel.

"I think he was as good as any president can be with regard to support of Israel and the Jewish community," said Jack Rosen, the president of the American Jewish Congress. "It doesn't get better than that."

Others among the 29 Jewish leaders, who represented 19 different organizations, described the meeting as "spectacular" and an "impressive performance" by Bush.

"I have never heard any American president, from Reagan to Clinton, ally himself so closely with the Israeli position," said Rabbi Marvin Hier, dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles. Bush made it clear that organizations that target Israel will be dealt with in later phases of the US-led war on terrorism, specifically naming Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad. *( all who are opposed the the shemborg collective....go figure the Judeo-Churchinsanity's are in bed with the whore of babylon and worship the gawd of the jews.....satan)

Bush also spoke of his early December meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and said he thinks Palestinian Authority President Yasir Arafat needs to do more to curb violence.

this is old news, you can see how they have progressed in their vision of sugar plum hoodlum haha

He added that America should press Europe to support Israel so the Palestinians can not appeal for European support as a means of avoiding US pressure.

One treasonous doublespeak murderous Viper this Dan Bushkevik

The meeting, which focused exclusively on international affairs, came as the White House and the American Jewish community seem to be coming closer on the issues of the day.

global Noahide enslavement

Last week's suicide bombings in Jerusalem and Haifa sparked a major shift in US policy toward the Palestinians, as the White House increased pressure on Arafat to curb violence and openly questioned his ability as a leader.

convenient bombing

At the same time, the administration did not call on Israel to respond with restraint, as it often does after an attack.

greenlight to murder wonderfully

Shortly afterward, Bush started to crack down on the financial supporters of Palestinian terrorists, freezing assets of the Holy Land Foundation and two other groups that funnel money to Hamas.

Anthony Zinni, the US envoy in the region, has shifted his role in keeping with the new US viewpoint. No longer actively seeking a cease-fire between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, he has been pressuring Arafat to do more to combat terrorism.

they need the chao for ordo

Meetings with the president generally render more sympathetic, pro-Israel comments from the White House than normal. Because the public comments have been so positive of late, however, Monday's meeting was simply a reinforcement.

"He was very clear that the pressure at this moment is on Arafat, not on Israel," Tom Neumann, executive director of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs, said of Bush. "He spoke quite extensively, without equivocation."

The relationship between the Bush administration and the American Jewish community had been on shaky ground immediately after the Sept. 11 terror attacks in New York and Washington.

but the pretzel shook him out of it

While many expected the US to have empathy for Israel's plight, Jewish leaders believed the administration was unfairly pressuring Israel to win Arab support for the coalition against terror.

The Bush administration was called hypocritical for criticizing Israel's policy of targeted killing of terrorist leaders, while the US pursued a similar strategy in Afghanistan.

The recent suicide attacks have again changed the landscape and placed the White House and the Jewish community on the same page.

"We've come full circle," said Abraham Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League. "What we believed would be at Sept. 12 has finally come about."

Note the anti-defamation league of satan making comments on National Security.......hahahahha

Many of the Jewish community's lingering concerns were considered too insignificant to mention at the meeting. Those include the US view on Israel's policy of "targeted killings" of Palestinian terrorists and the role of Syria and Iran in the coalition against terror.

"It's hard to be critical that he hasn't done 100% when he has done something close to that," Rosen said of Bush.

One contentious issue addressed was the issue of military tribunals. Bush assured the leaders, many of whom are concerned about violations of civil liberties, hahahhaahhahahhahahahhahah that the tribunals would be used rarely. and secretly

The president said more action needs to be taken to educate Arab and Muslim children about freedom and democracy, (Noahide Education Day USA and World) a reference to school textbooks and media in the Middle East that frequently bash Israel and foment anti-Semitism.

but allow the shems of shame to keep the anti-Christ murderous Blasphemous Bigoted perversion of Talmud Bavli of satan the Talmudic jews call their "Holy books" Mishnah Torah

National Security Adviser Condoleezza (condo-sleezy)  Rice also attended Monday's meeting, which was part of a daylong celebration of Chanukah.

The day included the first-ever lighting of a menorah in the White House residence, as well as a party that included renditions of Chanukah favorites by the US Marine Corps band and choir.

and the land of the "Brave"

A former White House liaison to the Jewish community said such meetings with the president almost always are marked by good feelings.

"Almost invariably, the Jewish community became putty when they actually saw the president," said Marshall Breger, who served in the Reagan administration and is now a law professor at Catholic University in Washington.

But veteran Jewish leaders say there was something different about Monday's meeting.

"I don't think anyone walked out disagreeing" with Bush, said Malcolm Hoenlein, executive vice chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organization. "This is a guy who is intent on translating intentions into results.''

JTA correspondent Tom Tugend in Los Angeles contributed to this report.

Raba said: What is R. Simeon b. Eleazar's reason?2  — Because it is written, Every man's slave that is bought for money;3  [could it mean] the slave of a man and not the slave of a woman?4  But [this is the implication]: The slave5  of a man may be forcibly circumcised but no son of a man6  may be forcibly circumcised. And the Rabbis?7  — 'Ulla replied: As you, admittedly, may not by force circumcise the son of a man8  so you may not forcibly circumcise the slave of a man. But, surely, there is the Scriptural text, Every man's slave

For it was indeed taught. 'Both a proselyte and a slave bought from an idolater must make19  a declaration of acceptance'

That no acceptance is needed, and that the slave may be forced into observance of the commandments

It was taught: R. Hanania son of R. Simeon b. Gamaliel said: Why are proselytes at the present time oppressed and visited with afflictions? Because they had not observed the seven Noahide38  commandments.39

39While they wore still idolaters. Though they have now embraced Judaism they have yet to atone by their sufferings for their sins of the past.

GEMARA. It has been taught: [The blasphemer is not punished] unless he 'blesses' the Name, by the Name.2 Whence do we know this? — Samuel said: The Writ sayeth, And he that blasphemeth [nokeb] the name of the Lord … when he blasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death.3 How do you know that the word nokeb4 [used in the Hebrew] means a 'blessing'? — From the verse, How shall I curse [Ekkob]5 whom God hath not cursed;6 whilst the formal prohibition is contained in the verse, thou shalt not revile God.7 But perhaps it means 'to pierce,'8 as it is written, [So Jehoiada the priest took a chest,] and bored [wa-yikkob]9 a hole in the lid of it,10 the formal injunction against this being the verses, Ye shall destroy the names of them [idols] out of that place. Ye shall not do so unto the Lord your God?11 — The Name must be 'blessed' by the Name, which is absent here. But perhaps the text refers to the putting of two slips of parchment, each bearing the Divine Name, together, and piercing them both? — In that case one Name is pierced after the other.12 But perhaps it prohibits the engraving of the Divine Name on the Point of a knife and piercing therewith [the Divine Name written on a slip of parchment]? — In that case, the point of the knife pierces, not the Divine Name. But perhaps it refers to the pronunciation of the ineffable Name, as it is written, And Moses and Aaron took these men which are expressed [nikkebu]13 by their names;14 the formal prohibition being contained in the verse, Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God?15 — Firstly, the Name must be 'blessed' by the Name, which is absent here; and secondly, it is a prohibition in the form of a positive command, which is not deemed to be a prohibition at all.16 An alternative answer is this: The Writ saith, [And the Israelitish woman's son] blasphemed wa-yikkob17 [and cursed],18 proving that blasphemy [nokeb] denotes cursing. But perhaps it teaches that both offences must be perpetrated?19 You cannot think so, because it is written, Bring forth him that hath cursed,20 and not 'him that hath blasphemed and cursed', proving that one offence only is alluded to.

Our Rabbis taught: [Any man that curseth his God, shall bear his sin.21 It would have been sufficient to say], 'A man, etc:' What is taught by the expression any man?22 The inclusion of heathens, to whom blasphemy is prohibited just as to Israelites, and they are executed by decapitation; for every death penalty decreed for the sons of Noah is only by decapitation.23

Now, is [the prohibition of blasphemy to heathens] deduced from this verse? But it is deduced from another, viz., The Lord, referring to the 'blessing' of the Divine Name.24 — R. Isaac the smith25 replied; This phrase ['any man'] is necessary only as teaching the inclusion of substitutes of God's name,26 and the Baraitha is taught in accordance with R. Meir's views For it has been taught: Any man that curseth his God shall bear his sin.27 Why is this written? Has it not already been stated, And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, he shall surely be put to death?28 Because it is stated, And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death, I might think that death is meted out only when the ineffable Name is employed. Whence do I know that all substitutes [of the ineffable Name] are included [in this law]? From the verse, Any man that curseth his God — shewing culpability for any manner of blasphemy [even without uttering the Name, since the Name is not mentioned in this sentence]: this is the view of R. Meir. But the Sages maintain: [Blasphemy] with use of the ineffable Name, is punishable by death: with the employment of substitutes, it is the object of an injunction. [but not punishable by death].

This view [of R. Isaac the smith] conflicts with that of R. Miyasha; for R. Miyasha said: If a heathen [son of Noah] blasphemed, employing substitutes of the ineffable Name, he is in the opinion of the Sages punishable by death. Why so? — Because it is written, as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land [when he blasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death].29 This teaches that only the stranger [i.e.. a proselyte], and the native [i.e., a natural born Israelite] must utter the ineffable Name; but the heathen is punishable even for a substitute only. But how does R. Meir interpret the verse, 'as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land'? — It teaches that the stranger and citizen are stoned, but a heathen is decapitated. For I would think, since they are included [in the prohibition], they are included [in the manner of execution too]: hence we are taught otherwise. Now how does R. Isaac the smith interpret the verse, 'as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land', on the view of the Rabbis?30 — It teaches that only a stranger and a native must revile the Name by the Name, but for a heathen this is unnecessary. Why does the Torah state any man?31 — The Torah employed normal human speech.32

Our Rabbis taught: seven precepts were the sons of Noah commanded: social laws;33 to refrain from blasphemy, idolatry; adultery; bloodshed; robbery; and eating flesh cut from a living animal.34

  1. The witnesses, in giving testimony, do not state that they heard the accused say, 'May He slay himself', uttering the actual divine name, but use the word 'Jose' as a substitute for the divine name. 'Jose' is chosen as a substitute, because it contains four letters, like the actual Tetragrammaton, which must have been used by the blasphemer for him to be punished. Moreover, the numerical value of 'Jose' is the same as of Elohim [81]. According to Levy, s.v. [H], the first Jose [H] stands for Jesus ([H], son), and the second is an abbreviation of [H], Joseph, the Father, by which, however, God was to be understood. The witnesses were accordingly asked whether the accused in his blasphemy had set Jesus above God. (R. Joshua b. Karha, the author of this saying, lived at a time when Judeo-Christians ascribed more power to Jesus than to God.)

  22. The only place where death is explicitly decreed for non-Israelites is in Gen. IX, 6: Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed. It is a general law, applicable to all, having been given in the pre-Abrahamic era; his blood shall be shed must refer to the sword, the only death whereby blood is shed.
  23. V. infra 56b. And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden, thou mayest freely eat. Gen. II, 16. Every word or phrase in this verse is separately interpreted, the Lord teaching the prohibition of blasphemy to a Noachide.
  24. In the Talmudic period the Rabbi was an honorary official; consequently, he had to have a private occupation e.g., R. Joshua, who came into conflict with R. Gamaliel, was a blacksmith, (Ber. 28a.) others translate, charcoal-burner.

  26. Lev. XXIV, 15
  27. Ibid. 16.

  29. That a heathen too must use the ineffable Name for incurring punishment.
  30. This is a difficulty For R. Isaac and R. Miyasha, as they explain the opinions of the Sages. They both maintain that the culpability of a heathen is deduced from And the Lord (God commanded etc.) When employing substitutes, his culpability, in the view of R. Miyasha is deduced from as well the stranger etc.; Whilst R. Isaac denies that it is punishable at all. Hence the difficulty, why the repetition ish ish, a man, a man?
  31. I.e., no particular significance attaches to the repetition, it being the usual idiom.
  32. I.e., to establish courts of justice, or, perhaps, to observe social justice (Nahmanides on Gen. XXXIV, 13): Hast. Dict. (s.v. Noachian precepts) translates 'obedience to authority'.
  33. These commandments may be regarded as the foundations of all human and moral progress. Judaism has both a national and a universal outlook in life. In the former sense it is particularistic, setting up a people distinct and separate from others by its peculiar religious law. But in the latter, it recognises that moral progress and its concomitant Divine love and approval are the privilege and obligation of all mankind. And hence the Talmud lays down the seven Noachian precepts, by the observance of which all mankind may attain spiritual perfection, and without which moral death must inevitably ensue.

"It is our duty to force all mankind to accept the seven Noahide laws, and if not — they will be killed." Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg

  1. That perhaps is the idea underlying the assertion (passim) that a heathen is liable to death for the neglect of any of these. The last mentioned is particularly instructive as showing the great importance attached to the humane treatment of animals; so much so, that it is declared to be fundamental to human righteousness.

Sanhedrin 56b

R. Hanania b. Gamaliel said: Also not to partake of the blood drawn from a living animal. R. Hidka added emasculation. R. Simeon added sorcery. R. Jose said: The heathens were prohibited everything that is mentioned in the section on sorcery. viz., There shall not be found among you any one, that maketh his son or daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them [sc. the heathens in Canaan] out from before thee.1 Now, [the Almighty] does not punish without first prohibiting.2 R. Eleazar added the forbidden mixture [in plants and animals]: now, they are permitted to wear garments of mixed fabrics [of wool and linen] and sow diverse seeds together; they are forbidden only to hybridize heterogeneous animals and graft trees of different kinds.

Whence do we know this? — R. Johanan answered: The Writ saith: And the Lord God commanded the man saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat.3 And [He] commanded, refers to [the observance of] social laws, and thus it is written, For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment.4 The Lord — is [a prohibition against] blasphemy, and thus it is written, and he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, he shall surely be put to death.5 God — is [an injunction against] idolatry, and thus it is written, Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.6 The man — refers to bloodshed [murder], and thus it is written, Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed.7 Saying — refers to adultery, and thus it is written, They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and became another man's.8 Of every tree of the garden — but not of robbery.9 Thou mayest freely eat — but not flesh cut from a living animal.10

When R. Isaac came,11 he taught a reversed interpretation. And He commanded — refers to idolatry; God [Heb. elohim] to social law. Now 'God' may rightly refer to social laws, as it is written, And the master of the house shall be brought unto elohim [i.e., the judges].12 But how can 'and He commanded' connote a prohibition of idolatry? — R. Hisda and R. Isaac b. Abdimi-one cited the verse, They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, etc.13 And the other cited, Ephraim is oppressed and broken in judgment, because he willingly walked after the commandment.14 Wherein do they differ? — In respect of a heathen who made an idol but did not worship it: On the view [that the prohibition of idolatry is derived from] they have made them a molten calf, guilt is incurred as soon as the idol is made [even before it is worshipped]; but according to the opinion that it is from, because he willingly walked after the commandment, there is no liability until the heathen actually follows and worships it. Raba objected: Does any scholar maintain that a heathen is liable to punishment for making an idol even if he did not worship it? Surely it has been taught: With respect to idolatry, such acts for which a Jewish Court decrees sentence of death [on Jewish delinquents] are forbidden to the heathen; but those for which a Jewish Court inflicts no capital penalty on Jewish delinquents are not forbidden to him.15 Now what does this exclude? Presumably the case of a heathen who made an idol without worshipping it?16 R. Papa answered: No. It excludes the embracing and kissing of idols.17 Of which idols do you say this? Is it of those whose normal worship is in this manner; but in that case he is surely liable to death? — Hence it excludes the embracing and kissing of idols which are not usually worshipped thus.

a House of confusion the traditoin which makes the Word of God of none effect

'Social laws.' Were then the children of Noah bidden to observe these? Surely it has been taught: The Israelites were given ten precepts at Marah, seven of which had already been accepted by the children of Noah, to which were added at Marah social laws, the Sabbath, and honouring one's parents; 'Social laws,' for it is written, There [sc. at Marah] he made for them a statute and an ordinance;18 'the Sabbath and honouring one's parents'. for it is written, As the Lord thy God commanded thee!19 — R. Nahman replied in the name of Rabbah b. Abbuha: The addition at Marah was only in respect of an assembly, witnesses, and formal admonition.20 If so, why say 'to which were added social laws'?21 — But Raba replied thus: The addition was only in respect of the laws of fines.22 But even so, should it not have been said, 'additions were made in the social laws'? — But R. Aha b. Jacob answered thus: The Baraitha informs us that they were commanded to set up law courts in every district and town. But were not the sons of Noah likewise commanded to do this? Surely it has been taught: Just as the Israelites were ordered to set up law courts in every district and town, so were the sons of Noah likewise enjoined to set up law courts in every district and town! — But Raba answered thus: The author of this Baraitha [which states that social laws were added at Marah] is a Tanna of the School of Manasseh, who omitted social laws and blasphemy23 [from the list of Noachian precepts] and substituted emasculation and the forbidden mixture [in plants, ploughing. etc.].23 For a Tanna of the School of Manasseh taught: The sons of Noah were given seven precepts. viz., [prohibition of] idolatry, adultery, murder, robbery, flesh cut from a living animal, emasculation and forbidden mixtures. R. Judah said: Adam was prohibited idolatry only, for it is written, And the Lord God commanded Adam.24 R. Judah b. Bathyra maintained: He was forbidden blasphemy too. Some add social laws. With whom does the following statement of Rab Judah in the name of Rab agree: viz., [God said to Adam,] I am God, do not curse Me; I am God, do not exchange Me for another; I am God, let My fear be upon you?25 — This agrees with the last mentioned [who adds social laws to the list].

Now, what is the standpoint of the Tanna of the School of Manasseh? If he interprets the verse, And the Lord God commanded etc. [as interpreted above], he should include these two [social laws and blasphemy] also, and if he does not, whence does he derive the prohibition of the rest? — In truth, he does not accept the interpretation of the verse, 'And the Lord God commanded etc., but maintains that each of these [which he includes] is separately stated: Idolatry and adultery.

  8. By interpreting thus: Thou mayest eat that which is now ready for eating, but not whilst the animal is alive. It is perhaps remarkable that a verse, the literal meaning of which is obviously permission to enjoy, should be interpreted as a series of prohibitions. Yet it is quite in keeping with the character of the Talmud: freedom to enjoy must be limited by moral and social considerations, and indeed only attains its highest value when so limited. Cf. Ab. VI, 2: No man is free but he who labours in the Torah.
  9. V. p. 361, n. 5.
  10. Ex. XXII, 7. The root idea of 'elohim' is power, majesty.

  16. Ex. XV, 25. Ordinance (Heb. mishpat) refers to social law.
  17. Deut. V, 16. This occurs in the fifth commandment of the second Decalogue. Similar words are used in the fourth commandment: therefore the Lord thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day. In both cases then there is a reference to some previous event, shewn by the use of the past tense: commanded thee. Now the second Decalogue, though spoken by Moses towards the end of his life in the plains of Moab many years after the first at Sinai, was nevertheless a repetition thereof. Therefore this reference back must have been made in the first promulgation also, and can only relate to Marah, where, as stated above, 'he made for them a statute and an ordinance', i.e., gave certain laws to the the Israelites.
  18. I.e., that Justice should be meted out by an 'assembly'. viz., a Sanhedrin; that an accusation was to be attested by at least two witnesses, and that a formal warning or admonition was to be given to the accused before he committed his offence, as otherwise he was not liable to the prescribed penalty. But the sons of Noah, though bidden to observe civil laws, were not bound by these regulations.
  19. Since the addition was only in the method of procedure, but not in actual content.
  20. E.g., Deut. XXII, 19, 29, where a slanderer of a woman's honour is ordered to pay 100 silver shekels to her father, and a seducer of a virgin 50 silver shekels. These payments are not regarded as equitable indemnifications against loss sustained, but as fines for reprehensible acts. These laws were wanting in the civil code of the sons of Noah, and only these commands added at Marah.
  21. The text employs abbreviations for these commands.
