Anger and Tears at Israel's Wall of Apartheid

The Wound Which Has Slashed Palestine to the Bone

Nablus. Today the attempt to murder, destroy and to break the will of the people of this Mountain of Fire--Jabal An'nar--has escalated to an intolerable level, though we expect it to get much worse. Our lovely mountains are ringed with fire as in the past millennia, but now it is the bright searchlights and floods of the Israeli illegal settlements and their military camps which light up the night sky. We are completely encircled by them, and with their powerful American weapons they can see any one of us at any time and shoot us dead. And they do.

My intention today was to go to Jenin with Munt'ser, who has had to wait nearly two weeks to start his new job there as the UPMRC Ambulance driver. The income is badly needed because their father was murdered by the Israelis in April so Munt'ser is alone, responsible for the four younger brothers and sisters in Jenin. He has never had a job--the unemployment here is over 80%--and it will take him one year to pay the rent, electricity and water owing since the Israeli destruction in April 2002. The sum is not great, some 700 US dollars, but it is more than his salary for a year. The closures have now intensified and the roads are closed to EVERYONE, not just men and women under 35 years. So we wait.

But we are hoping the Mobile clinic will get through to Qalqilya--a city of some 30,000 people, set gloriously across many hills and sweeping down into fertile vales. We leave at 8.00 am with the Women's Clinic. The dangerous road out of Nablus is via the horrible Beit Iba checkpoint and via many jeep-and tank-points along the short way. It is clear that something sinister is afoot in Nablus today. At Beit Iba there are five Ambulances on either side and more arrive by the minute. The aggression shown by the soldiers is alarming. So we wait. I call another UPMRC driver, Feras--"Where are you now?" And the reply? "I am at Beit Iba checkpoint--where are you?" "Look in your mirror", I say--and a few brief, light moments! The driver, Ry'ad, wants to know the English words to describe the seemingly-undriveable surface upon which we are travelling and I realize there aren't any--this has surely never existed anywhere on earth before, but perhaps on the moon.

Then--a metalled (paved) road! But not for Palestine--it is for the huge number of illegal villages (dishonestly called 'settlements') which are now absolutely everywhere: Kefar Save, Ari'el, Qarne Shamron, Indumin, Korne, Ma'ale Shamron, Sheken, Ac'ale Shamron, Qedamiun, Homesh, Enav, Avne Hefez--to name but a few. These are huge areas of illegal occupation, taking Palestinian land for their building and, of course, rendering the rest of the land unusable by the farmers who have tilled it for thousands of years--because the illegal immigrants (cosily called 'settlers' by the US and Israel) shoot at them if they enter their fields. As if this were not enough, extensive areas along the road have been taken to build shopping centres and industrial parks, closed to Palestinians. The town of Azdun is now completely ringed with these illegals, and has only one entry which is, naturally, a checkpoint. 18,000 people have lost all of their livelihood and land. All signs are in Hebrew as, effectively, this area is now Israel. Checkpoints literally appear from nowhere--jeeps simply pulling out of junctions with 5 or 6 soldiers brandishing machine-guns jumping out and stopping everyone.

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty--the roof of Palestine--of the most self-effacing greens I have ever seen in a landscape, interspersed with the darker tones of cypresses, the delicate pinks of cherries in flower, red roses growing wild, and fragrant wild thyme and sage--the prized "Marra Mia" of Palestine, named for Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ. As we ride along this scenic road, I can see three things I have not seen before: Israel, which is 5 km away from these hills, the Mediterranean Sea, which washes the shores of Europe, 20 km to the West, and a livid scar stretching as far as the eye can see that slashes its way up hill and down dale like the work of some crazy knife-man. This is the foundation of THE WALL--a monstrous creation, born out of a collective delusional paranoia plus greed for Palestinian land. Of course we cannot stop to take a picture of the amazing views because this is not allowed! I will photograph the wall and touch it later.

Finally, after three hours, we reach Qalqilya (only some 30 km from Nablus), a gracious city with wide, tree-lined boulevards and large white buildings, hospitals and schools. Amongst the palms and tree-ferns of the main boulevard from the east the shops are almost all boarded-up and the whole area is deserted. The clinic is modern and welcoming, warm and well-equipped. The women have many health problems here--pre-eclampsia, anaemia, chronic candida infections, bacterial infections of the uterus, vagina and urinary tract. Even when the Clinic is allowed through, the unemployment rate of over 80% means that treatments cannot be afforded. In this 'difficult situation', as my friends so understate it, all the women are perfectly presented--no mean feat when there is no water for most of the time and little electricity.

The Wall

I first saw THE WALL today on a warm, sunny morning, with the blue of the sky matched by the blue of the Mediterranean Sea (on whose shores millions of Europeans holiday each year). I approached this outrageous insanity through a lake of sewage which the construction has dammed up, and through whose sticky mud it was almost impossible to stay upright.

I am sick, my heart is aching and I am very, very angry. Nothing can describe what is happening here. Someone of you out there may be able to create a new word--let me know if you do. Television pictures do not do it justice.

This wall, built entirely upon Palestinian land with no compensation of any kind, will be over 300 miles long, 8 meters in height above its base (which is 2m above and 2m below ground level), and, I'm told, 40 meters in width. It has already consumed more than 10% of Palestine's most fertile and productive agricultural land. It does not follow the so-called Green Line for most of its length, cutting off villages and towns in a no-man's land between Israel and Palestine to which there is no entry and from which there is no exit. Around the city of Qalqilya the wall will curve in a circle, with only one gate for entering and exiting this city of 30,000 souls. As with the 'settlements', aesthetic sense is completely absent. The utilitarian ugliness of the huge sheets of unrelieved steel is, perhaps, unparalleled. The wall will be honeycombed underneath with a network of tunnels and double tunnels which will allow Israeli incursions at any time; in addition, it will be festooned with tons of razor wire and broken by gun-emplacements every 100 meters. In Qalqilya, two of these point into the primary school. There will be a wide area on either side which will be 'unused' land so that imaginary Palestinians can be easily seen.

Behind the wall is a high sandy hill which commands the whole area. Prior to the wall, Israeli tanks would fire shells into the city from this hill, many of them falling around and into the school. Many children have had to leave because of nervous breakdowns, and others are suffering from stress-related illnesses. They have terrified nightmares, and bed-wetting and sleep disorders are common. Between the school and the wall is about 300 meters of devastated ground used as a base for the construction.

As you gaze across these beautiful, rolling hills clothed in diaphanous greens, this monstrosity snakes across the landscape, a 500m wide wound which has slashed Palestine to the bone, standing stark and livid, bisecting the naturally unified landscape. It cuts off a family from its members, farmers from the land, neighbour from neighbour and village from village. So not only is 10% of the country's fertile land lost, but much, much more cannot be reached by its rightful owners--condemning the farmers to a lifetime of poverty, with the land they have tilled for thousands of years within sight of their homes, and untouchable.

Our Governments are not only allowing this to happen--they are paying the astronomical cost of this madness. I knew the statistics of the wall, but to actually touch it and photograph it--that really is something else. A 300 mile-plus wall to keep out an occasional heroic act for freedom? No, this wall is designed to make life here, already intolerable, even more so, in the belief that the remaining Palestinians will be forced through hunger and poverty to leave. The insanity of it is mind-blowing.

I look on this insane manifestation of Israel's hatred of Palestinians, their collective delusional paranoia that they 'will all be killed', and their insatiable greed for Palestinian land. As I stand in the shadow of this preposterous edifice, whose concrete base is taller than I am, a scream arises in the depths of my being; a scream so big that it consumes me completely, so that there is no room for breath and my heart is bursting--a scream that I want to be heard in London and Washington and New York. But it cannot escape for it is too big for my throat. And I weep bitter tears for the loss of the life of Palestine.

Hitler would have been proud to have such a wall.

Once finished, the western portion of the wall alone will be three times as long and twice as high as the Berlin wall. If completed as proposed, the wall will encircle the majority of the Palestinian population in two large blocs, covering around 45 percent of the West Bank's territory. Israel will control entry and exit points.

EU Poll Labels Israel
World's Biggest Threat

By Michael Thurston

BRUSSELS (AFP) - The European Union scrambled Monday to contain the fallout from a public opinion poll that -- to Israel's fury -- labelled the Jewish state the biggest threat to world peace.
The United States was just behind Israel in the global danger league, in joint second place with North Korea and Iran, according to the "Eurobarometer" poll requested by the European Commission.
The results were part of a survey last month on Europeans' attitudes in the aftermath of the Iraq war, which also found that more than two-thirds of EU citizens think that the US-led war was wrong.
The Israeli embassy in Brussels voiced outrage at the findings, which said that 59 percent of Europeans see Israel as a threat to world peace.
"Europeans seem blind to Israeli victims and suffering. Instead, they have put the Jewish state below the level of the worst pariah state and terror organizations," it said in a statement.
"We are not only sad but outraged. Not at European citizens, but at those who are responsible for forming public opinion," the embassy added.
"Israel's desperate struggle for peace and security for its people has been distorted beyond recognition in often one-sided and emotionally charged media coverage."
The poll had already prompted angry reactions after details were leaked by the Spanish daily El Pais last week.
The Israeli ambassador to Italy -- which currently holds the EU presidency -- told the daily Il Messagero Monday that the poll could have significant diplomatic consequences.
"It seems to me that the only aim of this poll was to denigrate Israel at a very delicate time, and I think it will it much more difficult for Europe to fulfill its ambition to play a part in the peace process," said Ehud Gol.
The EU's Italian presidency tried to play down the results, insisting they did not reflect the official EU position.
"The result of the survey, based on an ambiguous question, does not reflect the position of the European Union which has been voiced on numerous occasions, " Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said in a statement.
"The EU is all the more annoyed since it is fully aware that the Israeli population is hit hard by terrorism," it said, criticising the "false signal" that the survey sent out.
According to the Eurobarometer poll, based on interviews with 500 people in each of the 15 EU states, some 59 percent of Europeans replied "yes" when asked whether or not Israel presents a threat to peace in the world.
A total of 53 percent said Iran, North Korea and the United States pose a threat, followed by 52 percent for Iraq, 50 percent for Afghanistan and 48 percent for Pakistan.
Countries lower down the list included Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, China, India, Russia and Somalia. The EU itself was described as a threat by eight percent of respondents.
The EU survey was presented in the form of a list of 15 countries, from which some 7,515 respondents were asked to say which ones they thought pose a threat to world peace.
Commmission spokesman Gerassimos Thomas was repeatedly asked why the Palestinian territories were not included, while for example the survey asked Europeans about the threat from Somalia. "It is not a country," he replied when pressed over the Palestinians.
The European Commission said Israel's anger was "legitimate" but refused to get drawn into whether the poll findings were valid.
"I think the (Israeli) reaction was a very legitimate reaction," the spokesman for the EU's executive arm told reporters.
But he added: "It is not our task to interpret each and every survey. We don't place excessive emphasis on one poll result."

World Campaign Staged Against Israel's 'Apartheid Wall'

The wall had been earlier deemed by the U.N. as illegal

CAIRO, November 5 ( - A campaign against the Israeli separation wall marked Saturday, November 9, as the international day against the barrier, largely criticized across the world for snaking through Palestinian territories.

Special activities marking the day, the same marking the anniversary of the fall of Berlin Wall in 1989, will be held in cities in Europe, Canada, the United States, Latin America and Australia, the organizers of the Grassroots Palestinian anti-Apartheid Wall Campaign said on its website

A momentous week of activities will be held under the slogans of "we will not become prisoners in our land", "the apartheid wall = expulsion" and "relive our dispossession by the hands of Israel".

Throughout the West Bank districts including Qalqiliya, Tulkarem, Jenin, Salfit, occupied Jerusalem, Ramallah and Bethlehem, there will be demonstrations against the wall in city centers. Massive demonstrations will be also witnessed in areas affected by the wall building, such as Qalqilya, Jenin, occupied Jerusalem and Ramallah.

Communities living along the wall’s path of devastation will protest at the wall’s so-called gates and the Israeli attempts to expel them from their land, the campaign’s website said.

Protest and information tent will also be set up for the entire week where publications, maps, a photo documentary exhibition, cultural activities and lectures will take place, it added.

Local media and T.V. channels will be featuring announcements about the week of activities in Palestine as well as amplifying calls for participation against the wall from the Anti-Apartheid Wall Campaign.

World Participation

Actions of solidarity with the Palestinian mobilization on this day are being organized globally in some 40 cities, as efforts are being made at great length from all directions in Palestine to ensure that November 9th is not only "a day of action, but a spark for stronger resistance to the Apartheid Wall", organizers said on the campaign website.

The organizers hope the events will act as "a trigger for getting more support to the Palestinian position seeking an end to the wall construction inside the Palestinian territories and abroad".

"They will all declare their calls for destroying the barrier, which veers into large donums of Palestinian territories," read the website.

The campaign also seeks to link the issue of the wall and the Occupation and therefore hopes to spark the interest of various people and organizations nationally, regionally and internationally that call for an end to Israel’s illegal occupation.

The separation wall has been criticized by many world countries and organizations, including U.S. President George W. Bush who slammed it as a problem blocking the way of the peace process.

However, the United States vetoed  in October 2003 a U.N. Security Council resolution, condemning Israel for continuing the wall's construction.

Under the Fourth Geneva Convention, to which Israel is a signatory, the destruction or seizure of property in occupied territories is forbidden, as is collective punishment.

Also, the Convention states in article 47 that "protected persons who are in occupied territory shall not be deprived, in any case or in any manner whatsoever, of the benefits of the present Convention by any change introduced, as the result of the occupation of a territory, into the institutions or government of the said territory".

The campaign comes a few days after an E.U. poll revealed  that most of the Europeans believe Israel poses the biggest threat to world peace, just ahead of North Korea, Iran and the United States.

Separation Fence To Include
Wide Area East Of Jerusalem

By Amos Harel
Haaretz Correspondent

The route of the separation fence east of Jerusalem will include a wide swath of territory extending to the Alon Road and cliffs of Wadi Kelt, according to a plan prepared by the defense establishment.
In addition to the West Bank city of Ma'aleh Adumim, the fence will encompass the Mishor Adumim industrial area, the Kfar Adumin settlement and Palestinian villages such as Hizmeh and Anata.
When the government approved the route of the separation fence on October 1, it did not include planning for the area east of Jerusalem. So far, fence construction has begun on the southern and northern outskirts of the capital. The route of the fence planned to encircle northern Jerusalem has been revised several times. The latest plan calls for a "minimalist" route that leaves the village of A-Ram east of the fence.
According to the current plan, which may still be subject to revision, the fence will approach A-Ram, near the Atarot airport and Qalandiyah refugee camp. It will then turn east, encompassing the Geva Binyamin (Adam) settlement, and continue as far as the cliffs of Wadi Kelt and the Alon Road. (No fence will be necessary along the Wadi Kelt cliffs, which constitute a natural barrier.)
At the Good Samaritan junction, the fence will turn southwest, circling around Ma'aleh Adumim and linking up with the existing fence to the north and east of Abu Dis and Azzariyeh. (Most of the residents of these two communities will not be included within the confines of the fence.) The fence will be integrated into the E-1 plan approved by the Netanyahu government toward the end of its term in 1999. The E-1 plan greatly expanded the territorial jurisdiction of Ma'aleh Adumim. Though there are relatively few Palestinians living in this area - with the exception of the Jahalin Bedouin tribes near Ma'aleh Adumim - it is a large expanse similar in size to the "finger" planned in the Ariel region, further north in the West Bank.
If the current plan for the Jerusalem fence is approved by the government, it would likely face opposition from the U.S. administration. There is also some disagreement among defense officials. Some Israel Defense Forces officers argue there is no justification for including so much territory west of the fence. Police Commissioner Shlomo Aharonishki also favors a more modest fence route, while the commander of the Jerusalem police, Mickey Levy, would like to see the fence provide as wide a buffer as possible for the city.

Daniel 9:

24: Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
25: Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
26: And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27: And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Only 11% Of Separation
Fence Follows Green Line - UN

By Haaretz Service and Agencies

A United Nations report published Tuesday says that only 11 percent of the planned 687-kilometer fence Israel is building to separate itself from the West Bank will actually follow the 1967 Green Line border.
The barrier will ultimately disrupt the lives of 680,000 Palestinians and carve off 14.5 percent of the West Bank, the report said.
Israel says the barrier is necessary to keep out the suicide bombers who have claimed the lives of hundreds of Israelis over the past three years, while the Palestinians call it an attempt to pre-determine the border ahead of any final peace agreement.
Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz told Army Radio on Tuesday that the issue of the fence, whose route has been a source of contention between Jerusalem and Washington, was not raised in his talks with U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld at the Pentagon on Monday.
Mofaz described the meeting as "very good," saying that the talks dealt with strategic matters, including cooperation between Israel and U.S.
Speaking from Washington, where he is due to meet with Secretary of State Colin Powell and National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice in the coming days, Mofaz told the radio that the issues he discussed with his American counterpart would contribute to the security of the State of Israel, but declined to elaborate.
The defense minister denied that a debate on the removal of illegal settlement outposts held in the run-up to his U.S. trip was designed to smooth the way for his visit.
Israel is "not playing to an American gallery," Mofaz said, adding that military policy on the "unauthorized" outposts remains unchanged.
On Monday, Israel Radio quoted the defense minister as telling Rumsfeld that Israel would strike Syrian soil again if Damascus continued to provide a haven for terror.
Last month, Israel Air Force warplanes struck a militant training camp in Syria, in the wake of the terror attack at a Haifa restaurant that killed 21 people.
In a briefing following the two-hour meeting Monday, Rumsfeld declined to condemn the air strike, the radio said.
Mofaz also raised the issue of Iran, saying that the combination of non-conventional weapons, an extremist regime and a nation that supports terror posed a threat to Israel and the entire world, the radio said.

Inasmuch as it provides a wonderful explanation of Olam HaBa (the world after Messiah comes), it is also appropriate to use the term “Renewed Covenant” because it emphasizes the idea that HaShem has renewed and will fulfill all His covenants with Israel.

Court petition against route of separation wall, apartheid regulations accompanying its construction

Tuesday, November 11th, 2003

HaMoked: Center for the Defence of the Individual

HaMoked: Center for the Defence of the Individual presented a petition to the High Court of Justice on 6 November 2003 requesting an order nisi canceling the decision to build segments of the separation barrier creating seven enclaves in the heart of occupied territory. HaMoked also asked for cancellation of the decision to build segments extending to the east beyond the green line.

HaMoked is also petitioning against the regulations accompanying the approval of the third stage of the barrier: against the declaration declaring the seam area a closed military territory and against the matter of entrance permits to the seam area which create a legalistic apartheid rule discriminating against the Palestinians, residents of the West Bank. This is gross discrimination, inhumane, immoral and illegal and for this HaMoked is petitioning for the cancellation of the regulations.

The petition, filed by Attorneys Avigdor Feldman and Michael Sfard, is based on the instructions of international law regarding combatant seizure, including the Fourth Geneva Convention and the Hague Convention which forbid the conquering power from harming property, movement and the livelihood of the population in the conquered territory as well as the Rome Convention (legislating the International Criminal Court) which defines apartheid rule, created under the cover of the barrier, as a crime against humanity.

The petition includes maps of the twisting wall which invades and dispossesses the Palestinian civilian population of its rights without any legitimate military need, and creates a de-facto annexation of the occupied territory, an action forbidden under international law.

In the petition, Attorneys Feldman and Sfard note that the declaration establishing a separation wall and the accompanying regulations declaring the seam area a closed military area to Palestinians and open to tourists and Jews creates an insufferable situation of injurious discrimination on the basis of race and nationality. Thus Israel joins the family of loathsome regimes in the international community which divided among residents according to their national origin, a regime illegal by definition forming itself a crime against humanity.

The many regulations issued by the IDF commander of the West Bank turn the Palestinian residents, living generation after generation on their land, into peasant servants exploited for petty wages by those craving their lands, as in the best tradition of regimes discriminating by race.

The full version of this petition can be found (in Hebrew only at this point) on the HaMoked website.

New stage of separation barrier to trap 102,000 Palestinians in enclaves

Tuesday, November 11th, 2003

On 1 October 2003, the Israeli government approved the new route proposed by the defense establishment for continuation of the separation barrier. In the same decision, the cabinet authorized the prime minister and the defense minister to approve changes in the route at a later date. The text of the decision was announced immediately, but the map of the route was not made available to the public and it took almost a month until it was published.

Approximately 200 kilometers were previously approved by the government, and the majority has already been constructed. The new sections approved by the government cover 270 kilometers, as follows:

140 kilometers from the settlement Elqana, south of Qalqiliya, to Ofer Camp, near Ramallah (Stage 3)

115 kilometers from the Har Gilo settlement, south of Jerusalem, to the Carmel settlement, south of Hebron (Stage 4)

15 kilometers along the northeastern border of the Jerusalem Municipality (in the eastern section of the Jerusalem Envelope)

Most of the route that was approved and constructed prior to this decision ran within the West Bank. The same is true of the new sections, which in some cases will run even deeper in the West Bank. For example, around the Ariel settlement – the route extends some 22 kilometers east of the Green Line (the Israeli border).

The approved route of the new sections will result in 44 settlements being situated west of the barrier. More than 650,000 dunams (4 dunams = 1 acre), comprising 11.6 percent of the West Bank, will lie between the barrier and the Green Line. Added to this, are the 12 settlements established in East Jerusalem, which comprise 70,000 dunams (1.3 percent of the West Bank).

Setting the route within the West Bank will affect the lives of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians:

42 villages, containing 102,000 residents, will become enclaves west of the barrier, cut off from the rest of the West Bank. The map approved by the government indicates that these villages will be enclosed by means of secondary barriers, within six detached, internal enclaves.

The barrier will separate the 200,000 Palestinians living in East Jerusalem from the rest of the West Bank.

71 other Palestinian communities, with 367,000 residents, lie near the eastern side of the new sections, and some of these residents will be separated from their farmland on the western side of the barrier. Some of these communities lie east of the route, but will be surrounded by the barrier on three sides, and thus they too, will become isolated enclaves.

Experience in the areas where the separation barrier has already been built shows that construction of the barrier within the West Bank causes widescale infringement of the human rights of Palestinians living nearby.

Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians will have severe difficulty reaching their workplaces, educational institutions, and medical treatment.

Israel's Wall Sparks Worldwide Protests
by Jim Lobe
November 12, 2003

The world's best-known human rights organization, Amnesty International, added its voice to worldwide protests this weekend against Israel's construction of a barrier throughout the occupied West Bank that it says is designed to prevent the infiltration of Palestinian suicide bombers into Israel.

"This fence/wall is having devastating economic and social consequences on the daily lives of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, separating families and communities from each other and from their land and water--their most crucial assets," the London-based group said.

"The construction of this fence/wall in its current location must be halted immediately. As it continues to snake through Palestinian land, more and more Palestinians find themselves trapped into enclaves and cantons, unable to have any semblance of a normal life," Amnesty added.

Several thousand people participated in a major demonstration in Rome Saturday as part of the international "Stop the Wall" campaign that sponsored protests during the past week in 19 countries around the world, including the United States, as well as in Israel and the West Bank itself.

The most colorful took place in the Sawahra Valley near Jerusalem where the barrier most resembles the high, gray Berlin Wall that was torn down 13 years ago, signaling the end of the Cold War. The wall was set on by dozens of Palestinian, Israeli, and international graffiti artists who painted slogans, such as "Barrier for Peace," "No More Ghettos," "No to the Apartheid Wall," "There Are No Good Walls," "This is Sharonistan," and "The Wall Will Fall."

The weekend's events come at a critical moment in Middle East diplomacy. With a new Palestinian government about to be approved by its parliament and Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon sending a top envoy to Washington this week--apparently to discuss both the fence and the prospects for talks with the new Palestinian prime minister, Ahmed Qurei--hopes that the two sides may make some progress toward a ceasefire appear to be on the rise.

Adding to the anticipation is the scheduled release December 1 in Geneva of a comprehensive peace plan secretly worked out over the past two years by Israeli and Palestinian delegations headed by former Israeli Justice Minister Yossi Beilin, and former Palestinian information minister, Yasir Abed Rabbo.

While Sharon has denounced the plan--which calls essentially for what was agreed by official Israeli and Palestinian negotiators at Taba, Egypt, in January, 2001--as "dangerous," U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell sent a letter to both Beilin and Rabbo last week praising their effort, while UN Secretary General Kofi Annan also lauded the plan as a "courageous" effort to break the deadlock at the root of the unprecedented violence between Israelis and Palestinians over the past three years.

A second, similar unofficial plan drawn up by Palestinian leader Sari Nusseibeh and the former chief of Israeli's intelligence service, Ami Ayalon, is also coming to the fore with the announcement last week that some 100,000 Israelis and 60,000 Palestinians have signed a petition in favor of the plan since the summer. Last week, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, widely considered the architect of the U.S. war in Iraq, publicly praised the proposal, noting that it was consistent with the main ideas contained in the Bush administration's Road Map, which has stalled badly in recent months.

Among other provisions, both plans call for Israel to withdraw essentially to the "Green Line"--its border before the 1967 war--while retaining some of its larger settlements just inside Palestinian territory in exchange for giving a new Palestinian state a comparable amount within the Green Line.

In the view of many analysts, however, what the Sharon government calls the "fence" and what its critics call the "wall" threatens the possibility of such a settlement because it cuts so deeply into Palestinian territory to defend many of the Jewish settlements well inside Palestinian territory. Altogether, it will incorporate some 80 percent of existing settlements and, in zigzagging across the West Bank, completely encircle some 70,000 Palestinians, cutting them off from the rest of the territory.

The Palestinians have charged that the barrier amounts to an attempt by the Sharon government to impose permanent borders that will make impossible the establishment of a contiguous Palestinian state on the West Bank and transform the area into a collection of "Bantustans," the black tribal states created by South Africa's apartheid regime in the 1970s and early 1980s.

The Palestinians have marshaled strong international support for their position. The UN General Assembly voted last month 144-4, with 12 abstentions, to condemn the project as contrary to international law. It demanded that Israel halt work on it and remove the barriers it has already erected. The four no votes included the U.S., the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Israel itself.

Washington vetoed a similar measure in the UN Security Council the week before, and the Sharon government has insisted it will continue to build in order to protect Israeli citizens.

In its statement, Amnesty noted that the barrier is not being built along the Green Line, but mostly on Palestinian land more than a mile in most places inside the West Bank.

"Israel has the right to take reasonable, necessary and proportionate measures to protect the security of its citizens and its borders," Amnesty said. "These include measures to prevent the entry into Israel of Palestinians or others who are reasonably suspected of intending to carry out suicide bombings or other attacks."

"However, Israel does not have a right to unlawfully destroy or confiscate Palestinian land and property and hinder the movements of Palestinians inside the Occupied Territories in order to consolidate its control over land which is being used for illegal Israeli settlements," the group said.

It noted that although the seizure orders for the land being taken by Israel to build the barrier say they are "temporary," over the decades Palestinian land "temporarily" seized by Israel has been used to build permanent structures, including settlements and roads for settlers, and has never been returned to its owners. Amnesty said the barrier appears intended as a permanent structure, noting that thousands of Palestinians now have to cross it at designated checkpoints or gates to reach the rest of the West Bank, get to work, tend their fields, sell their produce, or go to school or hospitals.

'We Didn't Know' Will Be
No Excuse - The Wall

By James Brooks

Israel's occupation of the Palestinian Territories passed through a profound transformation during the last several months. Through a series of policy changes and military orders, the West Bank "security fence" has gradually revealed itself to be the backbone of a comprehensive new system of land theft, imprisonment, collective punishment...and worse. The question is not whether it is a "political fence" or a "security fence", but whether it is an engine of ethnic cleansing.
In the past ninety days Israel has established a clear pattern of using its "security fence" to deny Palestinian farmers access to their own lands. Much of the olive harvest in the northern West Bank hangs dead on the trees because farmers have been 'caged' for weeks at a time. Entire villages have been issued permits to farm that give them as little as two days outside the barrier - for the entire year. Even if you have a permit, you must hope the soldiers open the gate for a few minutes on your appointed day, and open it again when you return from your labors.
In the past sixty days, Israel revealed its willingness to use deadly force to protect its "fence". It relaxed its rules of engagement, and shot an unarmed Palestinian dead for disobeying orders; he touched the wall.
In the past thirty days, Israel issued new military orders that obliterate the rights of Palestinians left outside the barriers to live in their own homes. The orders expropriate their land, and all Palestinian land west of the "security fence", to create a "closed zone" open only to Jews and citizens of Israel. All others, including the people who live there, must apply for a permit from the Israeli army. By the end of next year, at least 210,000 Palestinians are expected to be subject to similar orders.
No longer content to chop away at Palestine until it eventually disappears, Israel is now using the "security fence" as a vehicle for the more rapid and overt methods of large-scale ethnic cleansing. This grave step ushers in the terminal stage of the cleansing process, in which years of organized persecution, brutality, bigotry and theft, all the patriotic acts required in the effort to dehumanize another people, finally succeed in radically dehumanizing the perpetrators. At this point, it is simple to use the bureaucracy of the state to erase a people's very existence. With the stroke a pen, an entire region can be "Judaized", with assurance that the necessary consequences will follow in time.
They wouldn't actually do this, right? They wouldn't push another quarter of a million Palestinians right off their land, not now. The people will get their permits. Right?
Let's put it in perspective.
By the end of this summer, Israel's occupation had reduced the Palestinian people to the poverty and malnutrition levels of sub-Saharan Africa, according to studies by the UN, the World Bank, and CARE International. The UN Special Rapporteur on the right to food said in mid-October, "The occupied Palestinian territories are on the verge of humanitarian catastrophe as a result of extremely harsh military measures...There can be no justification for harsh internal closures that prevent people from having access to food and water; otherwise the imposition of such military measures amount[s] to what has been called a 'policy of starvation'.."
Israel's incredibly dense network of army checkpoints, "flying" checkpoints, roadblocks and barriers has made travel for Palestinians in the West Bank almost impossible. A five-mile trip can take all day, waiting at checkpoints for hours on end out in the open, no shelter provided. It often doesn't matter if you're having a baby or bleeding to death from an Israeli-inflicted wound - you wait. So far, thirty-one "checkpoint babies" have perished. (On the other hand, any Jew can use the bypass roads and get from one side of the West Bank to the other in minutes.)
Since Israel signed the Oslo Accords, the settler population has doubled to 390,000, strewn over a thick web of at least 145 settlements and their interconnecting Jewish-only roads, blanketing the Palestinian West Bank. Since the beginning of the Second Intifada three years ago, the Israeli army has been systematically wrecking Palestinian infrastructure throughout the West Bank and Gaza. Water mains, wells, and pumping stations, sewage systems, telephone and internet hubs, markets, airports, police stations, roads, civic buildings, mosques and churches, all have felt the special attentions of Israel's bulldozers, bomb teams, helicopter gunships, and F-16s. It's a slow-motion version of what Gulf War I did to Iraq.
The army goes virtually everywhere, usually raiding two or three cities or villages every day and night, leaving a string of casualties and appalling human rights abuses rarely reported by the American media. The death toll of innocent civilians, children, mothers, grandfathers, mounts daily, in ones and twos and fours that slip through the cracks of the wire services, or are entombed as eleventh-paragraph filler in policy-and-politics stories.
Over 41,000 Palestinian civilians have been wounded by Israeli fire in the last three years. Americans don't understand how constant it is, how the occupation teems round-the-clock, 24/7, month in, month out, leaving an ever-larger trail of both indiscriminate and calculated destruction. Even when they say they've withdrawn, or relaxed the curfews and closures, they haven't. In Palestine, falling for those old lies can get you killed.
Do you think this is an army that likes to issue permits to civilians? No, this is an army that likes to demand permits, especially permits the "subject" cannot produce. And that is precisely the game they play.
A Palestinian must always have her ID card ready, to indicate her "Bantustan" assignment. If she has a West Bank ID, she cannot go to Jerusalem or Israel except for rare medical care. If she lives in Jerusalem, she may be issued a West Bank ID instead. That will be used later to prove that she is illegally residing in the Holy City, which is cause to demolish her home and seize her land for Israeli "military purposes". It is policy to give her five minutes to retrieve her belongings.
Wherever she lives, she almost certainly will not receive a permit to build or change her home. If she does so anyway, that is cause for the Israeli army to demolish it. Even houses hundreds of years old require permits in some areas, which the army almost never issues. These homes are also subject to demolition at Israel's convenience. And if a Palestinian's home lies in the path of a new Israeli road, settlement expansion, or the massive "security fence" project, that is cause to demolish the home and seize the land outright, sometimes with no pretext at all. This has been going on steadily for many years, as part of a larger accelerating project of land theft and dispossession that Israelis call "Judaization".
Now the "security fence" is carving out broad new areas of dispossession, invisibly creating tens of thousands of new permits that will never be issued. It is transforming the landscape of Israel's aggression from a study in many miniatures into a work of more sweeping scope, perhaps ultimately worthy of Delacroix, or, since this is not art, but real, death-worshipping life, Speer. Israel is on course to render almost 15,000 Palestinians homeless this year. Why not 200,000 next?
US politicians from Howard Dean to Dick Cheney support the "fence" as part of Israel's "right to defend herself". But most would "prefer" it built along the Green Line, the recognized Palestinian boundary since 1967. Meanwhile, "it is imperative" that America continue to pay Israel billions of dollars a year to wage war on civilians inside that same Green Line. Denial is the seat of hypocrisy.
Perhaps you'you've read that the "fence" deviates from the Green Line by "a few miles in places", and imagined that Israel was just taking a little land again. Israel is taking a lot of land again. A projected 45% of the West Bank will be in Israeli hands when the project is complete. Bush and Powell find that "troublesome".
On October 28, an official from the Israeli Defence Ministry announced that the barrier will now extend 450 miles, nearly five times longer than the Berlin Wall. And that's not including the 'eastern fence' beginning to amputate the Jordan Valley into Israel's waiting slop bucket. When it's all done, perhaps by the end of next year, there will be three walled Palestinian islands controlled by the Israeli army; one north, one south, and a tiny enclave around Jericho, marooned inside the Zionists' dream; a Greater Israel reaching from the Mediterranean to the Jordan River - at least.
The Israeli official offered an estimate of $1.6 billion for the cost of the "fence", but, according to Israel's Business Arena (Globes), he also explained that this figure does not include the cost of the 'eastern fence', or the barrier's terminals, or anything else involved in making the damn thing operational. At the end of the briefing, the official said that "the fence, including the east and west fences, the terminals, and maintenance" would cost 15 billion shekels ($3.3 billion), "which Israel would have trouble meeting." But of course the US media immediately agreed that the price tag is $1.6 billion. Perhaps it "looks better".
It's possible the US will make good on its threats to deduct costs of the "fence" from the $9 billion in loan guarantees it pledged to Israel this summer. Apparently the deductions will be only for certain short sections that cause greatest US "concern". One of the few points of sharp disagreement is the wall around Ben-Gurion Airport. The US says the wall is not necessary to protect planes from shoulder-fired missiles. Israel says it is.
Following the pattern of similar "adjustments" for settlement construction, the modest deductions will probably be arranged entirely for Israel's convenience. Finance Minister Netanyahu has said that he is unlikely to use much more than a third of the three billion dollars in loan guarantees available this year. So the US could deduct even the "whole" cost of the project ("$1.6 billion") from this year's loan guarantees, and Israel wouldn't miss a red cent.
I recommend the reader study some maps of the "security fence" to get a stronger feel for the shape of the very near future. For a good picture of what it will look like when completed, see Gush Shalom's general map (1) or Foundation for a Middle East Peace's highly detailed projection (2). B'tselem just published some updated maps that are very good (3). And now we finally have one from the Israeli Defence Ministry itself (4).
Unlike the smooth and coherent lines of devastation portrayed by Gush Shalom's general maps, the details of the IDM map reveal the shaky, recursive scratchings of an obsessed old man, soon to be superimposed upon the Holy Land as a 300-meter wide security zone, complete with trenches, electronic sensors, motion detectors, infra-red cameras, razor wire, and the actual barrier, be it fence, electric fence, or a 10- to 26-foot tall concrete wall, replete with guard towers.
The IDM map is a little out of date, and it coyly shows only half the plan, but it is revealing nonetheless. It projects the western side of the West Bank cracking apart with interior barriers, leaving thirteen areas totally walled in by the back-tracking scrawl, further separating Jews from Palestinians, and Palestinians from other Palestinians.
Of course, every kilometer of "fence" will have to be maintained by the Israeli army. So the fence will permanently insert the army within the West Bank. If a more forward base is required, Israel need only build another wall to encircle it. Soon we will be hearing about the "natural growth of the security fence".
It is not a "fence", nor a "wall", nor a "barrier" at all, but a machine of war, a forward basing system for the Israeli army and the geographical superstructure for an accelerated campaign of starvation, dispossession, and ethnic cleansing.
As one stares at the maps, absorbing the hideous geography, two fat fists begin to emerge, one north, one south, clutching the innards of the West Bank in a death-grip. Now the fists begin to sprout fingers, worming through the flesh, ripping apart the tissue of the people.
If you imagine that some new "peace initiative" or act of Congress or the UN or the silly ditherings of Bush are going to halt this US-sponsored nightmare before the end of next year, you simply haven't been paying attention. In today's world, only one force possesses both the potential morality and the power required to stop this monumental crime. And it is something you should already have: outraged public opinion. You must rain it down upon the heads of this blind government like a torrent, or else surrender to the shame, and the consequences.

Annan Says Israeli Barrier Blow To Peace

“Completed sections of the barrier have had a serious impact on agriculture in what is considered the 'breadbasket' of the West Bank,” Annan said.

UNITED NATIONS, November 28 ( & News Agencies) - U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan on Friday reiterated that Israel’s controversial West Bank separation wall is a setback for the peace process, saying that the barrier is a “deeply counterproductive act” in violation of International Law.

In a 12-page report released one day after Israel said it would speed up the building of the barrier, Annan said that he recognized Israel’s “right and duty” to protect its people.

“However that duty should not be carried out in a way that is in contradiction to international law,” Annan said in the report carried by Agence France-Presse (AFP).

The U.N. chief said the wall’s construction was a blow to hopes for a two-state peace plan being pushed by the United Nations.

"When each party should be making good-faith confidence-building gestures, the barrier's construction in the West Bank cannot... be seen as anything but a deeply counterproductive act,” Annan said.

Israel claims that the 600 kilometers (320 miles) barrier is necessary to protect its citizens against Palestinian bombers.

But the Palestinians charge that it is intended to predetermine the borders of any independent state they obtain in the future, as many resistance groups maintain that attacks would be stopped only with an end to the occupation.

Annan backed Palestinian complaints, agreeing the wall is depriving them of fertile land crucial to their economy, already troubled by a long-standing occupation and almost-daily incursions.

“Completed sections of the barrier have had a serious impact on agriculture in what is considered the 'breadbasket' of the West Bank,” Annan said.

He added that checkpoints to allow Palestinian access to land already cut off by the barrier were frequently closed, cutting them off from farmland, hospitals, clinics, schools and essential services.

“Such access cannot compensate for the incomes lost from the barrier's destruction of property land and businesses,” Annan said.

“This raises concerns over violations of the rights of the Palestinians to work, health, education and an adequate standard of living,” he added.

An earlier U.N. report had said that more than 400,000 other Palestinians living to the east of the wall will need to cross it to get to their farms, jobs and services.

This means that approximately 680,000 -- 30 percent of the Palestinian population in the West Bank - will be directly harmed  by the wall, it added.

The barrier will run as deep as 22 kilometers into West Bank land and cut off some 400,000 Palestinians

The U.N. secretary general said that when completed the barrier will run as deep as 22 kilometers into West Bank land and cut off some 400,000 Palestinians.

Annan’s report was ordered last month by the U.N. General Assembly, which passed  a resolution condemning the construction of the barrier and calling on Israel to stop building immediately.

Passed by a vote of 144-4, with 12 countries abstaining, the resolution warned the wall would "prejudge future negotiations and make the two-state solution physically impossible to implement and would cause further humanitarian hardship for the Palestinians.

But Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon vowed  Thursday to work more quickly to finish the construction despite fierce worldwide opposition, including from close ally the United States.

“We are speeding up the construction of the fence and we will not stop. It is vital for the security of the state and it is our responsibility,” Sharon said, less than two days after the U.S. took a rare punitive measure against Sharon’s settlement policy and the wall construction.

A U.N. report underlined last month that the wall marked illegal annexation  of Palestinian territory and must be condemned by the world community.

Few hours after the U.N. report, the defiant Israeli government of Sharon approved Wednesday, October 1, a new 100-million-dollar section  of the barrier.

Observers said that Israel has warded off world-wide pressures to dismantle the barrier under an implicit agreement from Washington.

They cited the veto  the U.S. used to scupper an Arab-proposed U.N. Security Council resolution condemning the barrier on October 15.

Along with the European Union and Russia, the United Nations and United States are co-sponsors of a "roadmap" for Middle East peace that envisions the creation of a Palestinian state by 2005.

U.S. President George Bush had previously described the wall as "a problem"  obstructing the creation of a Palestinian state.

However, he dropped  the term four days later when Sharon was visiting him in the White House.

Earlier, a leading Israeli official said Israel was about to back some new West Bank settlements, in violation of the U.S.-backed roadmap.

Tears Run As Israeli Wall
Rises Near Jerusalem

By Gwen Ackerman

ABU DIS, West Bank (Reuters) - Tearful Palestinians watched cranes lower huge concrete slabs into place at the edge of Arab East Jerusalem Tuesday as the latest sections of a disputed Israeli barrier cut them off from the city.
The killing of an Israeli in a roadside ambush near a West Bank settlement underlined the type of shootings and suicide bombings that Israel says the barrier is designed to prevent.
But in a sign that Israel might give up some of the land it has occupied since 1967, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon raised the possibility that the army would one day leave the Gaza Strip.
In the past three days, work has been stepped up on the barrier separating the suburb of Abu Dis from Arab East Jerusalem, which Palestinians want as capital of an independent state and Israelis see as part of their own indivisible capital.
"It used to take me a minute to get to my mother's house. Now how long is it going to take me to get there?" asked Nadia Ghazali, dabbing her cheeks with a tissue, as she watched the machinery lumber in front of her apartment block.
The barrier of concrete and razor wire is eventually designed to separate Jerusalem, holy to Jews, Muslims and Christians, from the Palestinian areas of the West Bank.
Israelis brush off criticism even from their main U.S. ally over a barrier they say keeps out suicide bombers and other attackers. The army said an Israeli was shot dead in an ambush on a car near a West Bank settlement Tuesday.
Palestinians call the barrier an attempt to annex land and fear it will become a de facto border if Sharon carries out unilateral partition moves he has threatened if talks on a U.S.-backed "road map" fail.
At his besieged headquarters of Ramallah, Palestinian President Yasser Arafat called the barrier the biggest catastrophe to befall the Palestinians since their exodus during the 1948 war at the creation of the Jewish State.
Few on either side have high hopes for the road map peace plan, bogged down by violence and foot-dragging.
Sharon raised the possibility Tuesday, though, that the army could one day leave the Gaza Strip, where up to 8,000 Jewish settlers live under heavy military protection alongside more than one million Palestinians.
"I hope the day will come when we will not have to sit in the Strip," Sharon said in a speech to a group of Bedouin Arabs serving in the Israeli army that was broadcast on Army Radio.
But a senior official, commenting on Sharon's remarks, said there would be no dramatic pullout from the Gaza Strip, there was no certainty that settlements would go and that there could be no relinquishing of anywhere vital to security.
Recent polls show most Israelis would be happy to abandon the Gaza Strip and isolated settlements in the West Bank if it meant an end to more than three years of violence that has left over 2,300 Palestinians and 840 Israelis dead.
The army said it killed a gunman in Gaza Tuesday.

Israel Building Its Giant Wall
In Jerusalem Suburb

By Ravi Nessman
Associated Press Writer

ABU DIS, West Bank (AP) -- Israeli construction crews hoisted 26-foot-high concrete slabs into the middle of a main road in this Palestinian suburb of Jerusalem on Monday, cutting off thousands of Palestinians from the city they consider their home.
The impenetrable wall is part of a series of barriers Israel is building around much of the West Bank with the stated aim of keeping out Palestinian suicide bombers.
Palestinians see it as an effort to take land they claim for a future state. Along its path, the barrier has cut Palestinians off from their fields and schools, their hospitals and businesses.
Parts of the wall have been put up elsewhere around east Jerusalem - which Israel seized in 1967 along with the West Bank - but the sections put up in Abu Dis were the most intrusive yet, signaling that Israel's encirclement of the city is becoming more permanent.
There had already been a 6-foot-high divider that slowed but did not stop the flow of people and goods between the West Bank and Jerusalem. Residents have been able to crawl over that barrier or pass goods over it.
But the new construction replaces that with a stark, impenetrable wall, more than four times as high, running down the center of Shayah St.
Work began Saturday night and continued Monday morning. Earth movers ripped down the old barrier, which was covered with graffiti declaring: "The wall is wrong," and "Apartheid wall." Bulldozers dug out a long pit that cranes filled in with the slabs of the new wall.
The barrier in Abu Dis also has symbolic significance. Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia lives in the suburb, and the building set aside for the future Palestinian parliament is located there.
In past peace negotiations, Abu Dis was proposed as the center of a possible compromise capital for a Palestinian state, with some neighborhoods of east Jerusalem tacked on - though the idea seems to have been dropped since.
The Palestinians seek a capital in Jerusalem for a future state. Tens of thousands of Palestinians live in the Arab neighborhoods of east Jerusalem that will lie on the "Israel side" of the wall's planned path, along with Jewish neighborhoods built there since 1967.
The Abu Dis construction confused and angered residents, many of whom consider themselves Jerusalemites, carry the blue identification card of Jerusalem residents and say they pay Jerusalem city taxes.
"This is Jerusalem. Why are they putting the wall here," said Yazid Abu Hliel, 31, who lives on the West Bank side of the new barrier.
Abu Hliel worries that his four children will not be able to cross to get to school and he won't be able to reach his job as a floor polisher.
"They are putting us into prisons," he said.
Palestinian leaders have reacted with anger to the building of the barrier, a line of walls, trenches, fences and razor wire that snakes through parts of West Bank land that Palestinians claim for a future state.
"At a time when we're trying to make peace, the Israeli government continues with the wall, settlement activity, stifling ... closures, in a line of fait accomplis that destroy the essence of peace in the region," Palestinian Cabinet minister Saeb Erekat said.

Israel Hems In a Sacred City
Encircling of Jerusalem Complicates Prospects for Peace

By John Ward Anderson
Washington Post Foreign Service
Tuesday, February 10, 2004; Page A01

JERUSALEM -- Israel is close to finishing a decades-long effort to surround Jerusalem with Jewish settlements, walls, fences and roads that will severely restrict Palestinian access to the city and could reduce the chance of its becoming the capital of a Palestinian state, according to documents, maps and interviews with Israelis, Palestinians and foreign diplomats.

The status of Jerusalem -- a city sacred to Jews, Muslims and (Judeo) Christians -- is one of the most divisive issues in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Both sides claim Jerusalem as their religious and political capital, but most countries do not officially recognize it as such, and the United States and others keep their embassies in Tel Aviv. Under past Israeli-Palestinian accords, neither side is supposed to take any action to change the city's status, which is to be resolved through negotiation.

Projects to cut off access to Jerusalem to Palestinians living in the West Bank, which borders the city on three sides, have accelerated since the start of the current Palestinian uprising in September 2000. Today, Jewish settlements outside the city have been integrated with the urban core, redrawing the map of Jerusalem and complicating any negotiations over its future and the future of West Bank settlements, Israeli and Palestinian experts say.

The web of projects includes 13 settlements to the north of the city that are being linked with each other and with Jerusalem by access roads that act as physical barriers to Palestinian communities. To the east, Israel has approved expansion of the West Bank's largest settlement, Maleh Adumim, to absorb a swath of Palestinian land between the community and East Jerusalem. To the south, access and bypass roads and Jewish settlements have carved Palestinian lands into a checkerboard.

At the same time, a new barrier combining trenches, walls, electronic sensors and steel fences is being built around Jerusalem. The project, part of a large fence that is designed to cordon off the West Bank, has split some Palestinian neighborhoods and separated many Palestinians from their schools, jobs, families and lands.

Israeli officials say that several of the measures are designed to deter the movement of Palestinian terrorists from the West Bank into Israel and that others are aimed at increasing the proportion of Jews in Jerusalem. Palestinians describe the measures as an attempt to break their religious, economic, political and cultural ties to the city and preempt negotiations over its final status.

A spokesman for Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Raanan Gissin, denied that Israeli actions around Jerusalem were an attempt to predetermine the city's future or to prevent the emergence of a Palestinian state. Many projects, particularly the fence, are temporary measures to stop terrorist attacks, he said, adding, "We are not establishing facts that are irreversible."

"Jerusalem is not going to be a Palestinian capital -- that's the position of this government," Gissin said. "But as far as access and movement, all this could come back when the Palestinians remove terrorism from the agenda."

Avraham Duvdevani, head of the settlement unit of the World Zionist Organization (WZO), which implements the Israeli government's settlement program in the West Bank, said that the aim was to consolidate the capital of the Jewish state.

"It's been the formal policy of all governments in Israel that Jerusalem will not be discussed or divided -- Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, to stay undivided forever," Duvdevani said. "Because of that, it was very easy to get permission from the minister of defense and the governments to build settlements that strengthened Jerusalem as the capital and the Jewish majority in Jerusalem and that blocked the option of the Palestinians to build in and near Jerusalem."

To Hatam Abdul Qader, a member of the Palestinian parliament from Jerusalem, such an approach "will make it impossible to create an independent and viable Palestinian state."

"Jerusalem is the most visible example of Israel's settlement policy of besieging and caging Palestinian communities and controlling their exits and entrances with settlements and roads and fences, which are dividing Palestinian neighborhoods and separating Jerusalem from the West Bank," Qader said.

Under the agreements that ended British rule in Palestine in 1948 and divided the region into Arab and Jewish areas, Jerusalem was to be an international city. But Israel's war for independence ended the following year with Israel in possession of the western part of the city, while Jordan retained the eastern section, as well as the West Bank of the Jordan River. In the 1967 Middle East war, Israel captured the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and shortly thereafter annexed East Jerusalem and the lands around it -- 27 square miles in all.

Fueled by religious conviction, security concerns and economic pressures -- and encouraged and subsidized by the Israeli government -- Israeli Jews began establishing settlements around the city and throughout the West Bank. Today, there are approximately 175,000 Jewish residents in the parts of Jerusalem annexed in 1967, according to Israeli human rights groups, and another 224,000 in the West Bank, according to Israel's Interior Ministry.

The issue of Jerusalem is central to any solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that would result in the creation of two states. Under most recent peace proposals, a Palestinian state would be created from all or part of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Some large, well-established Jewish settlements in the West Bank would become part of Israel; in exchange, the Palestinian state would be given an equal amount of Israeli land adjacent to the West Bank.

During the Camp David peace talks in 2000, Ehud Barak, Sharon's predecessor, appeared to accept a U.S. proposal that would have given Palestinians control over the Arab neighborhoods of East Jerusalem, but the negotiations collapsed. Angered at his concessions, several partners in Barak's government bolted, and the coalition fell apart. In the subsequent elections, Barak was trounced by Sharon, one of the chief architects of Israel's settlement expansion, who often asserts that an undivided Jerusalem is Israel's eternal capital.

"That's where we are today, asking the question, 'Has Sharon won?' " said Jeff Halper, an Israeli human rights activist. "If the goal is to foreclose the possibility of any viable Palestinian state emerging, then you could make the case that Sharon has succeeded."

U.S. officials are reluctant to publicly discuss the issue of Jerusalem. A spokesman for the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv said: "We are concerned about any unilateral activities -- including with respect to the status of Jerusalem -- that could prejudge a final settlement. And we've expressed those concerns to the Israeli government."

The North

Pinchas Wallerstein is the mayor of the regional council for Mate Binyamin, a swath of the West Bank north of Jerusalem containing 39 Jewish settlements scattered across a rugged, hilly landscape. He has crafted a future for his territory in detailed, 5-foot-by-5-foot maps, with multiple overlays showing color-coded towns and roads -- red for Palestinian, blue for Israeli.

The goal, Wallerstein said, is to create an area where two different peoples and societies can live simultaneously without bumping into each other. The solution, he insists, is two separate transportation systems with strategically placed bridges and tunnels that would allow 70,000 Israelis and 380,000 Palestinians to cut through or go around each other's communities.

"My work is not only to be the mayor -- I'm trying to plan the ability for life on both sides," he said.

About 75 percent of Wallerstein's $35 million budget comes from Israel's Interior Ministry. Much of his planning, but not all, is done in cooperation with the WZO, the quasi-private settlement arm of the Israeli government, and various Israeli government ministries, including the Defense Ministry. No Palestinians were involved in the mapping project, Wallerstein said.

Wallerstein, 54, describes his mission as settling the lands around Jerusalem with as many Jewish communities as possible as quickly as possible, and firmly linking them to the city to guarantee that they are never surrendered. It is a religious obligation, he said, to try to fulfill God's biblical promise to give the Jewish people the lands of Judea and Samaria, as many religious Jews call the West Bank.

God to give HIS CHOSEN in Faith of Jesus Christ, NEW Jerusalem, has NOTHING TO do with the flesh

"My aim is to increase the population in Judea-Samaria where we can, because the places where we are not successful in putting Jewish people could be given to the Palestinian Authority," Wallerstein said.

A new road connects Jewish settlements in the West Bank. (Andrea Bruce-Woodall - The Washington Post)
Equally important, he said, "I have to connect the communities to the Israeli border" with substantial roads that do not run through Palestinian towns and are easily protected. "If I cannot show the ability to connect it to the Israeli border, someone will say, 'Evacuate it.' "

New Israeli roads allow settlers to commute from their fortified, red-roofed settlements to Jerusalem in minutes. The Palestinian roads are old and circuitous, meaning trips between neighboring villages can take an hour. And there are several strategic choke points built into the plan that would allow Israeli troops to shut down Palestinian roads "for the protection of Israelis," Wallerstein explained.

Wallerstein's home is in Ofra, a community of 2,000 Jews that he and his wife settled with three other families in 1975. Ofra is at the northern tip of a crescent-shaped series of Jewish settlements that extend about 15 miles from Jerusalem along the east side of Ramallah, the Palestinian political and commercial center in the West Bank.

The Israeli goal, according to Israelis and Palestinians, is to fill the gaps between those settlements until they are no longer a series of dots but a solid line of Jewish homes, businesses and industries.

"I need to put outposts between Jerusalem and Ofra, especially along the road -- not every outpost is a settlement, it can be a gas station or an industrial zone -- and to make it as wide a strip as I can," Wallerstein said.

West of the line of settlements is a thin strip of land annexed by Israel in 1967 as part of Jerusalem. Still farther west is another long finger of Jewish settlements that extends northwest from Jerusalem. The result is three long, Israeli-controlled corridors that sprout north from central Jerusalem, splitting Palestinian territory into wedges.

In addition, a major east-west road, built by Israel to connect the corridors, further divides Palestinian neighborhoods. And along Jerusalem's northern boundary, construction was finished recently on a portion of the massive fence project.

The roads and fences have divided some Palestinian towns and villages, sometimes preventing people from driving and even walking from one side of their town to the other. The barriers have divided families. They have separated students from schools, workers from jobs, farmers from fields.

"Architecture is so much more effective in limiting Palestinian statehood than any other weapon," said Eyal Weizman, a 32-year-old Israeli architect who has mapped the growth of Jewish settlements for the Israeli human rights group B'Tselem. He charged that the Israeli moves are "not to serve society but for containment -- to create barriers to Palestinian movement and their economy and growth."

If Jerusalem were one day to serve as the Palestinian capital, the Israelis would need to build 40 miles of walls and 20 bridges and tunnels to connect islands of Palestinian sovereignty to each other, he said. "It's nonsense to think that international borders can do this type of gymnastics," he said. "How can you have a Palestinian state without the air over it and the ground underneath it?"

But other Israelis say separation is the only way to end the conflict. According to Natan Sharansky, Israel's minister for Jerusalem affairs: "There is so much distrust and hatred that what we have to do is build more fences and different roads and walls around our cities and their cities to minimize the friction and stop the suicide bombers."

The East

Nawal Qaq watched from the sidewalk last month as a crane hoisted a prefabricated, 30-foot-high slab of concrete and gently dropped it in a row running down the middle of the main street in Abu Dis, a Palestinian neighborhood that straddles the boundary between the West Bank and Israeli-annexed East Jerusalem.

Most Israelis call it the Security Fence. Some Palestinians call it the Apartheid Wall. The section under construction here is meant to eventually connect with portions already built in the north and south of Jerusalem to create a barrier around the city.

After the outbreak of the current Palestinian uprising, Abu Dis became a popular route for suicide bombers sneaking from the West Bank into Jerusalem. So the Israeli army placed a seven-foot-high barrier of concrete slabs through the middle of town, prohibiting anyone from the West Bank from crossing to the Jerusalem side. Scaling the wall, prying the slabs apart and tipping them over became sport for Palestinians wanting to visit relatives, go to work or attend school on the other side.

Now that wall has been replaced by the impenetrable 30-foot barrier. Qaq, 44, lives on the Jerusalem side of the wall with her husband and five children. Her mother, five sisters and three brothers live on the West Bank side.

"All my children go to school over there," she said, pointing across the street. "My entire family is over on that side, and all my friends from childhood."

Once, visiting her relatives involved a five-minute, 200-yard walk. Now it would take one hour, three taxis and about $12 to get to the West Bank side of the street. People on the other side cannot make the trip at all; they are prohibited from crossing into Jerusalem because they are not residents of the city with Israeli-issued identity cards.

Just east of Abu Dis, sprawling along the top of a ridge, lies Maleh Adumim, a sparkling Jewish settlement with wide boulevards lined by palm trees and flower gardens. Founded in 1974, Maleh Adumim is the largest settlement in the West Bank, with 30,000 residents.

Last March, Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz declared that "it would be legal to establish a territorial contiguity between Jerusalem and Maleh Adumim" by developing 3,110 barren acres between the two. The government had banned construction of new settlements, but by declaring the land part of Maleh Adumim, it could call the effort an expansion of an existing neighborhood.

"The decision to do so has already been taken," Mofaz said, citing a previously approved development plan called E-1. "The question is how to implement it."

E-1 calls for filling in the area -- which Palestinians say was seized from three nearby villages -- with 3,000 housing units, nine hotels, several vacation homes and resorts and other businesses. The plan would link Maleh Adumim with neighborhoods in Jerusalem that were seized in 1967 and with the southern border of Wallerstein's Mate Binyamin region, creating an arc around East Jerusalem on the north and east.

Benny Kashriel, the mayor of Maleh Adumim, said his community is a vital link in the defense of Israel, protecting the eastern gate of Jerusalem. "We want to be part of the defensive ring for Jerusalem, and it's not just us, it's Givat Zeev, Betar, Efrat, Gush Etzion and us," he said, referring to large settlements inside the West Bank to the north and south of Jerusalem, some as far as eight miles from the city's municipal boundary.

"We cannot let Arab villages surround Jerusalem and put Jerusalem under closure," he said.

When Maleh Adumim is combined with E-1, its municipal boundary will extend from Jerusalem east to Jericho, slicing the West Bank into two separate parts, north and south. All major north-south Palestinian roads would pass through areas under Israeli control.

Noting that E-1 construction could begin in about two years, Kashriel said: "The Palestinians tried to have a ring around Jerusalem, and we have made them like a sandwich between us and the city."

The South

John Atik once could stand on his balcony and see 25 acres of olive trees that his family owned, snuggled on the rugged hills east of Bethlehem at a spot known as Shepherds' Field. It was here, according to the Bible, that an angel appeared to the shepherds while they were tending their flocks and announced the birth of Jesus in a nearby manger.

Today, the olive groves belonging to Atik, a Palestinian, and his livelihood, have been cut in half by a cleared strip of land about 60 yards wide. It begins with a steel fence along the West Bank side and progresses with a 12-foot-deep ditch, then a smooth area of sand to detect footprints, then a fence with electronic motion detectors, then a paved road for the exclusive use of Israeli security forces, then another fence.

The fence complex separates Bethlehem from Har Homa, a fortress-like Jewish neighborhood with 1,400 apartments that covers a hilltop in southern Jerusalem on land annexed by Israel in 1967. The barrier consumed more than four acres of Atik's olive groves and isolated another eight acres on the Jerusalem side.

"I used to see the future we could have with peace," Atik said. "Now when I look out, all I see is the jail we're caged in."

The Israeli fence has deterred the movement of Palestinians in the West Bank. Israeli officials say that the fence and other measures are designed to prevent strikes by Palestinian terrorists. (Andrea Bruce-Woodall - The Washington Post)
About five miles southeast of Atik's yard, a large slash of churned-up dirt scars the landscape -- the latest settlement bypass road. These roadways cut directly through Palestinian lands to link Jewish settlements in the West Bank with Israel -- with no entrances or exits, often with high walls to protect settlers from Palestinian snipers and stone-throwers. Supporters of the settlement movement say the roads are vital to encourage settlement growth and to protect settlers.

The thousands of Jews living in the West Bank "have to live, they have to have facilities, and we have to serve them," said Duvdevani, the head of the WZO's settlement unit. "If a road is dangerous and Palestinians shoot and bomb people, you have to create a bypass. It may create some difficulties for the peace process, but you can't say, 'Let them wait.' "

In the tiny Palestinian village of Zatara, Tala Dannoun, 50, is getting a close look at the newest bypass road. It is cutting a snake-like path through his property, taking 25 of his 35 acres of farmland and ravaging his neighbor's small olive grove. The bypass will connect Jerusalem, five miles to the north, with Noqadim and Tequoa, two small Jewish settlements with a total of about 1,600 people. The road cost $14 million -- about $8,750 per settler.

I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,

They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

PART ONE: Definition of idolatry

1. The essence of the Seven Universal Laws is the prohibition against idolatry. One who worships another deity besides the Creator denies the essence of religion and rejects the entirety of the Seven Universal Laws. But one who guards himself against idolatry demonstrates belief in God and affirms the entirety of the Seven Universal Laws.[1]

"...according to the known Jewish ruling that Christians are idol worshippers." (Likkutei Sichos 37:198)

if he has invented a religious holiday for himself...The general principle is we do not allow them to make new religious rituals and to make 'mitzvahs' for themselves by their own devices. Rather they may either become a Ger Tzeddek and accept all the Mitvahs; or he (the Noahide) should stand fast in his Torah (the seven Noahide Laws) without adding or diminishing...and if he does make some new 'mitzvah,' we lash him, punish him, and inform him that he is obligated with the death penalty for this..." (Rambam Mishne Torah—Hilchos Melachim 10:9)

2. The commandment prohibiting idolatry teaches that one should serve no created thing ‑ no angel, no plant, no star, nothing of the four fundamentals, earth, water, fire, and air, nor anything that is formulated from them. Even if the worshiper knows that God is the Supreme Being and worships creation as a way of glorifying God's greatness and His ability to create great beings and things, nevertheless this is idol worship.[2]

"The Jewish legends in regard to Jesus are found in three sources, each independent of the others--(1) the New Testament apocrypha and Christian polemical works, (2) in the Talmud and the Midrash, and (3) in the life of Jesus ("Toledot Yeshu") that originated in the Middle Ages. There is the tendency of all three sources to belittle the person of Jesus ascribing to him illegitimate birth, magic, and a shameful death. " (Jewish Encyclopedia, 1903, VOL 7, pg. 170.)

3. A person may ponder the heavenly spheres and observe that they do not die like other things and that it is therefore proper to bow down to them and serve them. To do this is to place them between oneself and the Creator. For although God may have assigned these celestial beings certain roles in the conduct of the world, nevertheless, man's responsibilities are to God and not to God's messengers. This, in fact, is how idolatry came to exist in the world. The generations that lived immediately after Adam recognized that God had created magnificent heavenly beings, the sun to rule by day and the moon to rule by night. And these people began to honor God's exalted messengers. Soon it was forgotten that these messengers had been appointed by the Creator, and the sun and the moon began to be honored for their own greatness. This devolved to the worship of these creations as deities themselves without awareness of the God that had created them.[3]

"As Christianity spirals downward into strife and theological confusion, it becomes a vacuum unable to defend itself . . . "

4. Although there are opinions which state that the Children of Noah transgress the prohibition of idolatry from the moment they make an idol, the final law is that the transgression does not come into effect until a person actually worships or serves the idol.[4]

"Upon seizing the reins of government, the new Noachide leaders will move quickly to implement a full agenda of reform. All economic and technological aid to the Communist Bloc, including the PLO, will be terminated immediately. Full support will be given to Israeli forces to reinvade PLO-controlled areas, with military assistance offered where necessary.
"Jewish courts (the batei dini of the rabbis) will be granted full legal sovereignty over Jewish citizens within each country, who will no longer be subject to the authority of gentile courts.
"The pre-existing Noachide judges and courts will replace the existing court system of each country, and the legal code will be drastically rewritten to conform to halacha [Jewish law] . . .
"And law and order will be fully restored through the establishment of internal security measures, again in accordance with Torah law."

5. According to many authorities, a Noahide is not warned about the concept of "partnership with God."[5] The concept of partnership is the acknowledgment of the existence of the God of Israel in combination with the belief in the possibility and existence of a deity (independent will) other than God. So long as ascribing power to a deity other than the Creator remains conceptual, it is permissible to the Children of Noah according to many authorities[6]. But worship of this independent being is clearly idolatry. The danger of the concept of partnership is that it frees people to act in accord with nonexistent gods and opens a doorway to actual idolatry. Most recent authorities agree that Children of Noah are forbidden to believe in a partnership. But even according to these, the Children of Noah are permitted to swear by the name of an idol in combination with God (to swear by the Lord of Hosts and a Hindu deity, for example).

"WASHINGTON, (March 11 (JTA) [Jewish Telegraphic Agency] --

"Lubavitch rabbis from across the United States and 40 countries launched their 100th birthday commemoration of the spiritual leader, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, by marking the six-month anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks."

6. The Children of Noah are not commanded to sanctify God's Name by refusing to bow to an idol in the face of a threat to their lives.[7] And there is a dispute whether the Children of Noah are even allowed to choose to lay down their lives in this manner, since they are not commanded to do so.[8] However, since the Children of Noah may perform any of the 613 Commandments of the Torah to receive reward (with the notable exceptions found in the previous chapter), then it would follow that the Noahide may choose to lay down his life for the sanctification of God's name rather than bow to an idol, even though not commanded to do so.

"Standing Monday in the cold wind and bright sunshine across from the crash site at the Pentagon, the rabbis sang 'Oseh Shalom'* and 'God bless America' at 9:38 AM, the time that the hijacked passenger plane hit the center of the American defense establishment . . . ."

7. Many books have been written by idol worshipers concerning the nature of their idolatry, the service, procedures, and laws. One should not read these books at all, nor should one think about them nor speak of them. Even studying the formation of an idolatrous figure or asking how something is served without having the intention of serving it might cause one to be led to engage in idolatrous practices.[9]

"Dov Zakheim, the US undersecretary of defense and reportedly the leading candidate to become the next president of New York's Yeshiva University, quoted from the Torah and said that to 'tie the freedom of the country to the memory of the rebbe is a marvelous thing'." (Jewish Telegraphic Agency "Lubavitch Recall Sept. 11 Attack")

8. Anyone who acknowledges that an idolatrous religion is true, even though he does not serve the idol, reviles the mighty and exalted Name of God.[10]

"Calling America 'the greatest country in the world,' Zakheim delivered a dvar Torah (sermon), expounding on the halachic (Jewish law) requirements of a poor man bringing a meal offering in the Temple,"

PART TWO: Serving an idol; making an idol

1. Many different types of idolatrous service exist and the service for one idol is not like the service of another.[11] For example, the idol Peor was served by man's defecating before it. (Note: This came about in a degenerative way, similar to the growth of idolatry itself. Original worshipers of this idol attained such a state of ecstasy that they lost control of themselves and defecated. Their children saw the effect and, misunderstanding the cause, concluded that the worship was defecation. The lesson from this is still important today. That it "feels good" is no proof of a religion's truth or validity.)

"Judaism has always been a conquering religion . . . "

2. A person transgresses only when he worships the idol in the normal manner ascribed to each respective idol. Consequently, courts of law have to know the appropriate service for the idol in any case of idolatry.

"What is anti-Semitic about reading classical Jewish religious literature and protesting plans for my own decapitation?"

3. The preceding law applies to unique forms of worship. If, however, the person bows down or offers sacrifices or incense or a libation (the four forms of service of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem) to any one of the idols, he incurs the death penalty even though this may not be the way of official worship.[12]

"It doesn't matter who the people voted for; they always vote for us".

                                          - Joseph Stalin, Illuminati -

4. Food placed upon an altar as an offering to an idol is forbidden to be eaten.[13] There is a difference of opinion concerning foods unlikely to be offered to an idol, such as a grasshopper or a cockroach.[14]

"We are not going to achieve a new world order without paying for it in blood as well as in words and money."

Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., in Foreign Affairs (July/August 1995)

5. Things such as water and salt, which are not normally in the category of offerings to an idol, are forbidden if they are found directly in front of an idol or within the curtains that surround the idol.

"Give me the power of the money and it will not matter
any more who is commanding"

- Mayer Amschel Rothschild - (Illuminati)

6. It is forbidden to honor an idol even by offering things to it outside the boundaries that surround the idol. This is considered decorating the idol. (Throwing coins at an idol or even into a pool of water by an idol, such as the oriental gods and demigods commonly seen today, would seem to be in the category of honoring an idol and symbolically ascribing powers to it. Otherwise, why throw the money, which is clearly an act of beseeching a power for returned good fortune?)

"The seal of the pyramid was created by the Rothschild family and brought
to North America by Benjamin Franklin and Alexander Hamilton before 1776.
The Rothschild family is the head of the organization in which I entered in
Colorado. All the Occult Brotherhoods are part of it. It is a
Lucifer Organization to install his reign in the whole world. The eye on the
pyramid is the eye of Lucifer. Supposedly the Rothschild's have personal dealings
with the Devil. I have personally been in his villa and have experienced it. And I know it is true",

- John Todd - ("Masonic Council of Thirteen")

7. If something has been prepared to be offered to an idol, but has not yet been offered, it is permitted for personal use. One should be strict, however, and not use anything found in the house of idol worship. Therefore, one should never take candles from the place of idol worship.[15]

We shall unleash the Nihilists and Atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effects of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will be from that moment without compass, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view, a manifestation which will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time.

(Note: One should not purchase or use the sticks of incense sold by any of the idolatrous religions or pseudoreligious groups. For example, as most Hindu sects are pantheistic and idolatrous, incense and health foods purchased from such groups are questionable, for the foods themselves are likely to have been worshiped. In truth, any religious food discipline wherein the foods themselves or the combinations of the foods themselves are honored as curatives or wondrous in their health‑giving properties may be idolatrous. Concerning the verse, "Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God" (Deut. 8:3), we are taught that it is not the bread itself which nurtures the body of man and gives it strength but the Word of God, which is enclothed in the bread and gives the bread its existence.16 These letters, "the word that proceeds from the mouth of God," not only give the bread its existence, but when ingested by man, nurture his physical body. Obviously the same is true of any food or herb or wonder drug that heals, it is merely the power of God within that food or herb or wonder drug that is the healing agent.)

"When nations get disappointed on their governments, the population will start
to clamor for a singular Government that can bring peace and harmony. This will be the moment to enthrone our sovereign"

- Member of the Illuminati -

8. If one offers an idol excrement or pours it a libation of urine, he transgresses, as this falls in the category of sprinkling, one of the four services in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.[16]

"After the monarchies have lost their prestige, we will elect Presidents among persons that can be obedient servants. The elected ones must have some black spot in their
past in order to be able to keep them silenced because of fear of being discovered by us. At the same time tied by the acquired position of power, enjoying the honors and privileges of a President, make them feel anxious to co-operate, not to loose it".

- Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion [1776] - (Illuminati doctrines)

9. If someone slaughters an animal that is missing one of its limbs, he is held harmless unless such is this idol's particular service.

Fight and die free, or don't fight and die.

10. If a man lifts a brick and says to it, "You are my god," and any such similar speech, he is liable for idolatry. Even if he would retract immediately and say, "This is not my god," his retraction is of no help. This does not mean that the person cannot repent. He surely can repent and God will forgive his idolatry. But if his speech was witnessed, he will be brought to trial and condemned as an idolator notwithstanding his retraction or his repentance. Repentance is good only between man and God. Jurists and courts of law lack the power to search a man's heart to determine the sincerity of his repentance. This only God can do.[17]

"If we like it or not, we will have a One World Government. The question is if it will beachieved through consent or through conquest"

- J. Warburg - (Illuminati and Rothschild banker)

11. One who worships an idol according to the prescribed ritual, even if he does it contemptuously, is liable. For example, if one defecates in front of Peor in order to disgrace the idol, since he performs the prescribed worship, he is liable.[18]

"No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian Initiation."

David Spangler, Director of Planetary Initiative, United Nations

12. So long as a person accepts the idol as god, even if he worships it only because its workmanship is stunningly beautiful or because he fears that some evil will otherwise befall him, he is liable.[19]

"The world can therefore seize the opportunity (Persian Gulf crisis) to fulfill the long-held promise of a New World Order where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind."

George Herbert Walker Bush

13. If a person serves an idol in the manner of one of the four forms of service used in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem ‑prostrating, sacrificing, sprinkling sacrificial blood, pouring libations ‑ and serves the idol with love and fear, but without accepting it as a god, he is held harmless. If he hugs it or kisses it or dusts it off or pours water on it to cleanse the dust off or anoints it or clothes it or does other things in order to honor it, these are in the category of prostrating oneself to it.

"If there are those who think we are to jump immediately into a new world order, actuated by complete understanding and brotherly love, they are doomed to disappointment. If we are ever to approach that time, it will be after patient and persistent effort of long duration. The present international situation of mistrust and fear can only be corrected by a formula of equal status, continuously applied, to every phase of international contacts, until the cobwebs of the old order are brushed out of the minds of the people of all lands."

Dr. Augustus O. Thomas, president of the World Federation of Education Associations (August 1927), quoted in the book International Understanding: Agencies Educating for a New World (1931)

14. If a thorn gets stuck in a person's foot while he is in front of an idol, he should not bend down to remove it, as it appears he is bowing down to the idol. This holds true even if there is no one around to observe the act. This is also true if he drops his money in front of the idol and wishes to pick it up. Rather, the person should first sit, then remove the thorn or pick up the money.[20] Or he should turn his back to the idol or turn aside from it before removing the thorn or picking up the money. And if for any reason a person has to remove his hat for a personal need, he should not remove it until he passes before the idol so that it does not appear as if he is removing it to pay respects to the idol.

"... when the struggle seems to be drifting definitely towards a world social democracy, there may still be very great delays and disappointments before it becomes an efficient and beneficent world system. Countless people ... will hate the new world order ... and will die protesting against it. When we attempt to evaluate its promise, we have to bear in mind the distress of a generation or so of malcontents, many of them quite gallant and graceful-looking people."

H. G. Wells, in his book entitled The New World Order (1939)

(Note: There is an idolatrous group in Jerusalem that brings tourists to its house of worship. The door leading to the room where the idol is kept is extremely low so that anyone entering the room has to bend down to enter, thus forcing each tourist who enters to appear as if he or she were bowing to the idol.)

"The statement went on to say that the spiritual teachings of religion must become the foundation for the new world order and that national sovereignty must be subordinate to the higher moral law of God."

American Institute of Judaism, excerpt from article in The New York Times (December 1942)

15. If there is statuary with faces that draw in or pour out water from the mouth of the statue, a person should not drink from this water by placing his mouth to the statue's mouth as it would appear as if he is kissing it.[21]

"A New World Order" -- Title of article on commencement address at the University of Pennsylvania by Hubert H. Humphrey, printed in the Pennsylvania Gazette (June 1977)

"Further global progress is now possible only through a quest for universal consensus in the movement towards a new world order."

Mikhail Gorbachev, in an address at the United Nations (December 1988)

16. One is forbidden to commission a craftsman to make an idol for himself even if he does not intend to serve it. Also it is forbidden to make an idol with one's own hands even if the idol is meant for someone else and one does not intend to serve it. All the more so, it is forbidden to make an idol with one's own hands for oneself.[22] (Note: We are given permission to use force, if necessary, to prevent such activities.)

"We believe we are creating the beginning of a new world order coming out of the collapse of the U.S.-Soviet antagonisms."

Brent Scowcroft (August 1990), quoted in The Washington Post (May 1991)

17. It is forbidden to make figures or images for ornamental purposes, even though they are not idols; that is, one should not make images of gold or silver that are merely for artistic purposes because he might cause others to mistake them for idols. This prohibition pertains to forms with human characteristics in three‑dimensional relief. Though forbidden, such actions do not warrant capital punishment.[23]

We can see beyond the present shadows of war in the Middle East to a new world order where the strong work together to deter and stop aggression. This was precisely Franklin Roosevelt's and Winston Churchill's vision for peace for the post-war period."

Richard Gephardt, in The Wall Street Journal (September 1990)

18. An image that is concave rather than in relief, or two-dimensional such as paintings or woven tapestry, is permitted.

"If we do not follow the dictates of our inner moral compass and stand up for human life, then his lawlessness will threaten the peace and democracy of the emerging new world order we now see, this long dreamed-of vision we've all worked toward for so long."

President George Bush (January 1991)

19. It is forbidden to wear a ring that has a seal on it in the image of a man (a cameo) if the image protrudes in relief, but it may be used as a seal. If the image is concave, it may be worn, but it is forbidden to use it as a seal (because the seal creates an image in relief).[24]

The "new world order that is in the making must focus on the creation of a world of democracy, peace and prosperity for all."

Nelson Mandela, in The Philadelphia Inquirer (October 1994)

20. It is forbidden to form images of the sun or moon or stars or constellations or of the angels or of the four faces (in one form) of the Chariot that Ezekial saw, as it is forbidden to make images of the ministering angels that serve God. Such figures may not even be made in two‑dimensional form.

In our day the power which has replaced that of the rulers who were liberal is the power of Gold. Time was when Faith ruled. The idea of freedom is impossible of realization because no one knows how to use it with moderation. It is enough to hand over a people to self-government for a certain length of time for that people to be turned into a disorganized mob. From that moment on we get internecine strife which soon develops into battles between classes, in the midst of which States burn down and their importance is reduced to that of a heap of ashes.

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

21. According to other opinions, it is forbidden to make forms of the angels and the Chariot only in three‑dimensional form (relief). Drawing them on canvas or weaving these images on cloth or painting them on stone would be permitted since this form of expression is not three dimensionial.[25] However, even this latter lenient opinion forbids the drawing of the sun, moon, or stars (in their complete form) in a two‑dimensional drawing because they appear to us two‑dimensionally in the sky. [26]

16. Out of the temporary evil we are now compelled to commit will emerge the good of an unshakable rule,

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

22. Concerning a sculpture of man, some say the face by itself is forbidden. Others say that sculpture becomes forbidden only if the whole face is made with its body. According to this second opinion, making a human body with its face is permitted as long as one does not make the complete body, but only a portion of it. However, it is proper to follow the stricter first opinion[27] (even if the sculpture is made just for beauty).

It is only with a despotic ruler that plans can be elaborated extensively and clearly in such a way as to distribute the whole properly among the several parts of the machinery of the State:

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

23. It is not forbidden to keep or physically hold the image of a man unless it is distinctly the image of one worshiped as a god. Any other human image may be kept or held, so long as the image is slightly distorted or damaged, such as by chipping the nose, to dispel any suspicion of its being an idolatrous form. This act of damaging is called nullifying the idol.[28]

The constitution scales of these days will shortly break down, for we have established them with a certain lack of accurate balance in order that they may oscillate incessantly until they wear through the pivot on which they turn. The GOYIM are under the impression that they have welded them sufficiently strong and they have all along kept on expecting that the scales would come into equilibrium. But the pivots - the kings on their thrones - are hemmed in by their representatives, who play the fool, distraught with their own uncontrolled and irresponsible power. This power they owe to the terror which has been breathed into the palaces. As they have no means of getting at their people, into their very midst, the kings on their thrones are no longer able to come to terms with them and so strengthen themselves against seekers after power. We have made a gulf between the far-seeing Sovereign Power and the blind force of the people so that both have lost all meaning, for like the blind man and his stick, both are powerless apart.

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

24. It is permitted to make statuary of trees and of wild or domestic animals, even of animals which are symbols in astrology, such as the lion, ram, or bull. One may make the full form of these figures and retain them in his possession. However, one may not make one form of all twelve astrological symbols together.[29]

We appear on the scene as alleged saviours of the worker from this oppression when we propose to him to enter the ranks of our fighting forces - Socialists, Anarchists, Communists - to whom we always give support in accordance with an alleged brotherly rule (of the solidarity of all humanity) of our SOCIAL MASONRY. The aristocracy, which enjoyed by law the labor of the workers, was interested in seeing that the workers were well fed, healthy, and strong. We are interested in just the opposite - in the diminution, the KILLING OUT OF THE GOYIM. Our power is in the chronic shortness of food and physical weakness of the worker because by all that this implies he is made the slave of our will, and he will not find in his own authorities either strength or energy to set against our will. Hunger creates the right of capital to rule the worker more surely than it was given to the aristocracy by the legal authority of kings.

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

25. There is a further opinion forbidding all three‑dimensional forms, whether they are in relief or concave. This opinion forbids making such forms in order to keep them in one's possession. It is proper to heed this opinion.[30]

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

26. One should never gaze at three‑dimensional images of man. Such acts of gazing are spiritually damaging. But images upon a ring, since they are commonly found without idolatrous connotations, may be gazed upon.[31]

27. The three chief idolatrous images in the world are:

a.    The dragon, which is a derivative of the primordial serpent.[32]

b.    A full figure of a man offering the beholder something from the palm of his hand.[33] (This image is commonly found today in front of certain churches.)[34]

. The GOYIM have lost the habit of thinking unless prompted by the suggestions of our specialists. Therefore they do not see the urgent necessity of what we, when our kingdom comes, shall adopt at once, namely this, that IT IS ESSENTIAL TO TEACH IN NATIONAL SCHOOLS ONE SIMPLE, TRUE PIECE OF KNOWLEDGE, THE BASIS OF ALL KNOWLEDGE - THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE STRUCTURE OF HUMAN LIFE, OF SOCIAL EXISTENCE, WHICH REQUIRES DIVISION OF LABOR, AND, CONSEQUENTLY, THE DIVISION OF MEN INTO CLASSES AND CONDITIONS.

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

c.    A woman nursing an infant. This is the idolatrous perversion of Eve, the mother of all mankind. It became the symbol of the queen of heaven and is an image that still pervades numerous cultures and religions.[35]

Ever since that time we have been leading the peoples from one disenchantment to another, so that in the end they should turn also from us in favor of that KING-DESPOT OF THE BLOOD OF ZION, WHOM WE ARE PREPARING FOR THE WORLD.

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

PART THREE: Convincing others to serve an idol; false prophets

1. There is a difference of opinion whether the Children of Noah transgress the commandment of idolatry by convincing someone else to worship an idol. One opinion states that the Children of Noah do not transgress this commandment by leading others to serve an idol. The other opinion states that one is liable for the death penalty, but only if he leads a Jew away from the worship of the God of Israel and convinces him or her to serve an idol. If, however, one Noahide convinces another Noahide to serve an idol, he is not liable for punishment in a court of law, but since he has denied himself and the other person the opportunity of being close to God, he is punished from Heaven.[36]

But even freedom might be harmless and have its place in the State economy without injury to the well-being of the peoples if it rested upon the foundation of faith in God, upon the brotherhood of humanity, unconnected with the conception of equality, which is negatived by the very laws of creation, for they have established subordination. With such a faith as this a people might be governed by a wardship of parishes, and would walk contentedly and humbly under the guiding hand of its spiritual pastor submitting to the dispositions of God upon earth. This is the reason why IT IS INDISPENSABLE FOR US TO UNDERMINE ALL FAITH, TO TEAR OUT OF THE MIND OF THE "GOYIM" THE VERY PRINCIPLE OF GOD-HEAD AND THE SPIRIT, AND TO PUT IN ITS PLACE ARITHMETICAL CALCULATIONS AND MATERIAL NEEDS.

Protocols of the Illuminated Masters, the Hassidim, Chabad Lubavitch

2. If a person says, "The idol said to me, `Worship!"' or he says, "God said to me, `Worship the idol,"' he is a false prophet. If he influences a majority of a city, he is stoned.[37]

3. A seducer is equally liable whether he uses singular or plural expressions in his seduction. For example, if he says, "I will go and worship the idol," or, "Let us go and worship this idol," he is a seducer.

4. One who convinces others to worship him as an idol and says to them, "Serve me," and they worship him, he is stoned to death. If they accept him as their god but do not serve him, he is not stoned.[38]

5. If a prophet prophesies in the name of an idol ‑ if he says for instance, "This particular idol or this particular star said to me that it is an obligation to do such‑and‑such or not to do such‑and‑such," ‑ even if his words teach the law correctly, he is subject to the death penalty for idolatry.[39]

6. It is forbidden to establish a law or to refute a law by the authority of someone who prophesies in the name of an idol, nor do we ask him to produce a sign or a miracle. If he does so on his own, we pay no attention to it nor do we reflect about it. Anyone who thinks about these miracles and says, "Perhaps they are true," transgresses a law.[40] Even if he were to walk on the water or raise the dead, we are to pay no attention to these acts. Such miracles are a test of our faith in God.

7. Similarly, a false prophet is killed by strangulation even if he prophesies in the name of God and teaches the Seven Universal Laws correctly, neither adding nor subtracting from their true meaning.

8. One who prophesies words that he did not hear in a prophetic vision or one who hears the words of a true prophet and says that they were received by him and he prophesies concerning these words, is a false prophet.[41]

9. One who holds himself back from killing a false prophet is a transgressor. And it matters not whether he fears to act because of the false prophet's exalted position, or because he is fearful of the false prophet's words.[42]

(All false prophets, their disciples, and other idolatrous practitioners instill fear in the hearts of their victims, usually by threats of eternal damnation, hellfire, or other similar terrors. One can strengthen his heart against these threats by remembering that God is All‑Merciful and rewards and punishes according to a person's deeds, and that even His punishments come as correction and purification of the soul. As King David wrote, "Do not place your trust in benefactors, nor in the son of man in whom there is no salvation. Fortunate is he whose helper is the God of Jacob, whose hope rests upon the Lord his God" (Ps. 146:3,5).

10. A man should not use an idol or a house of idolatry as a signpost, such as telling his friend, "Meet me at the side of this particular house of idolatry."[43]

PART FOUR: The idolatrous pillar; benefiting or profiting from idols

1. A pillar that serves as a central point of worship for gatherings of people is called a matzeva, a forbidden pillar. It is forbidden even if the people come to it in order to worship God, for this was the way of the ancient idolaters. (The Kaaba stone in Mecca is just such a forbidden pillar. And the concept of the forbidden pillar is still with us today in full fashion. The book and film, 2001: A Space Odyssey were written in praise of the powers of the idolatrous pillar.) Anyone who erects such a pillar performs a forbidden act, but is not killed for it.[44]

2. A stone floor with figures carved on it to attract the eye is called a figured stone and is forbidden. Even if one bows down on it with the intention of honoring God, he performs a forbidden act, for this was the way of the idolator, but he is not killed for it. The way of idol worship was to lay a stone floor such as this before the idol. All stood on the figured stone floor, then bowed before the idol. Therefore, one should not employ a similar practice concerning the worship of God.

3. The previous law applies in all places but the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, where it is permissible to bow down to God upon a stone floor.[45]

4. One who bows down on a figured stone floor does not transgress unless he bows in total prostration, spreading his arms and legs. But if he bows to an actual idol (if the figured stone was only a floor placed before an idol), whether he bows down in complete prostration or merely bows from the waist, he transgresses the prohibition against idolatry and is killed for it.[46]

5. It is commanded to destroy all idols and all things used in serving them and everything that is made because of them, and in the Land of Israel it is commanded to pursue the idol until it is destroyed and driven completely from the land.[47]

6. It is forbidden to derive pleasure or benefit from actual idols and all items needed for their service or sacrifices (wine, meat, or incense) and all that may be made to beautify them (candles or cloths that are spread out for their honor). Anyone who benefits from any of these transgresses but is not killed for it.[48]

7. One is forbidden any benefit or usage from an animal that has been offered to an idol, including the animal's excrement, its bones, its horns, hooves or skin. Therefore, if there is a skin with a mark on it that indicates this skin was offered to an idol, such as a round hole torn opposite the heart of the animal, this skin is forbidden for use in any way.[49]

8. The difference between an idol belonging to a Noahide and the idol of an Israelite is that the former is forbidden immediately after its making is completed even though it has not yet been served. A Noahide's idol becomes a god from the moment it exists as a graven image. The idol of an Israelite is not forbidden until it is served.[50]

9. A Noahide who inherits an idol from his idolatrous father should cast it into the sea.[51]

10. Figures and images that are made for artistic purposes and not idolatry are permitted for pleasure or profit. Those that appear to have been made for idolatry are forbidden. A statue that holds a staff or a bird or a globe or a sword or a crown and a ring in its hand is presumed to be an idol and it is forbidden for any use (these are all symbols of rulership ‑ the staff because he rules over the world, a bird because it flies above all and its eyes gaze down upon all, a ball because it represents the globe of the earth which he holds in his hand, etc.). Otherwise, it is presumed to be of artistic beauty only and is permitted.[52]

11. Crosses that are publicly displayed are in the category of idols since people give honor to them, remove their hats before them, and bow down or genuflect to them. However, the cross that hangs around a person's neck is considered a memorial and is permitted. Other personal uses like dangling the cross from the rear view mirror of an automobile are also permitted.[53]

12. However, priests who have crosses in their vestments or around the neck represent something very different from the cross of a person who wears it as a memorial, since the priest stands as a figure of religious authority. Therefore, one must never bow to such priests nor remove the hat in front of them nor do anything that may give the appearance that one worships the cross worn by a priest. If one bows or removes a hat as a gesture of giving honor to God, it must be discreetly away from the presence of such a cross, and preferably prior to the priest's appearance. If it is in a place and a sect where it is known that these worshipers do not bow down to their images, but rather to the honor of the priests that wear them, then one can be lenient to avoid offending these priests. But where it is known that the people bow down to their statues and crosses in a manner that would clearly appear idolatrous, one must be strict and avoid this.

13. One need not be strict about the wearing of a medal around the neck for luck when traveling or the like, since the image on the medal is not worshiped.

14. If one finds vessels such as jewelry or expensive fabrics with images on them, if it is known that these images were made in the name of idol worship such as those found in India and Southeast Asia, they are certainly forbidden. But if one is not sure what the images were made for, or if they are found on nonprecious vessels, such as crude vessels used for water or other foods, they are not forbidden.[54]

15. Today, people are not so attached to their idols, even to the images that they serve, such as the cross or a nursing mother with her child. Because of this, if a vessel is found in Western lands, it can be assumed that the images are for beauty or a memorial and not for idolatry. Thus the vessel would be permitted for use, but it is better not to keep it in one's possession as it might convey the impression that the owner is an idolater.

16. It is idolatry to consume a food or a drink with the idea that it is the substance of a god and that the person consuming them is therefore assimilating the substance of the god into his own being. (Note: The Children of Noah have historically fallen into idolatrous practices because of a lack of discernment between Elokah and Elokut, God and Godliness. One can say that all of creation is Godly because it all contains God's life force, but to say that anything of creation is God is idolatry.)

17. It is forbidden to use vessels one finds, upon which appear the figure of a sun or a moon or a dragon, if the vessel is of gold or silver. Similarly if one finds a cloth of silk with scarlet color or rings or earrings with these figures on them, they are forbidden.[55]

18. If one finds these images on other less precious articles, they are permissible because they are presumed to have been made for artistic purposes and to be merely ornamental.

19. Idols and other articles used for their service cause other objects that they become mixed up with to be forbidden, even if the idolatrous articles are but a small factor in the number of objects. For example: if an idol is mixed in with ornamental figures, even if the idol is but one in a thousand of the figures, everything is forbidden and must be thrown into the Dead Sea or similar water where the metal will corrode or be lost.[56]

20. If a person finds money or vessels on the head of an idol, if the items appear to be placed there as an expression of contempt, they are permissible for use. For example: a purse found hanging on the neck of the idol, a cloth draped over its head, a vessel turned upside down and placed on top of its head ‑ all these are permissible. These items were obviously placed there to disgrace the idol, and so it is with anything similar to this.[57] (Of course, if these objects appear to be there to honor the idol, they are forbidden.)

21. If there is a garden or pool with an ornamental idol in it, one may use either so long as it is not expressly for the benefit of the idol's priests. But if it is for the priests, it is forbidden for use.[58]

22. If the garden or pool are there for the idol and for the general populace, even if the priests use it as well, one may use it so long as no fee is paid.

23. It is forbidden to trade in a store from which profits are used for the upkeep of an idol. However, if the profits are collected by the government and they in turn support the upkeep of the idol, then it is permissible to trade in the store.[59]

24. If those engaged in the upkeep of idols collect taxes for the needs of the idols, it is forbidden to pay them any taxes. However, if the profits first go to the government, which in turn dispenses money for the upkeep of idols, it is permissible to pay them taxes.

25. Bread that is given to idolatrous priests is permissible because this bread is not offered to the idol but is the priests' portion.[60]

26. Wax candles that were lit before an idol for ornamentation are forbidden even after they were extinguished because the intention may have been to relight them. But if they were extinguished without the intention of relighting, they may be used. However, even if the candles were knowingly extinguished without the intention of relighting them, they may not be used in any way for the honor of God or to fulfill a commandment, such as to illuminate a house of worship or to have light to study the Seven Laws of Noah.[61]

PART FIVE: Things remaining permissible despite an involvement with idolatry; idolatrous trees; nullification of idols

1. Anything that cannot be handled by man or made by man, even though it is worshiped, is permissible for use. Therefore, even if idolaters worship mountains or hills, trees that grow naturally or were planted for fruit (excluding those planted originally for idolatrous reasons), public streams (a private stream may have been dug for idolatrous reasons and may therefore be forbidden), or animals, all are permissible for use. And it is permissible to eat fruit that was worshiped so long as it remains in a state of natural growth, attached to the tree or bush, and it is permissible to eat worshiped animals. An animal that is designated for use in idolatry as an offering, prior to its being offered, may be used or eaten. But once the animal is used for the idol, even in the slightest way, it becomes forbidden. For example, if the animal has been slaughtered for idolatry or has been exchanged for an idol or has been exchanged for something that has been exchanged for an idol, it is forbidden, as it is now monetarily equivalent to an idol.[62]

2. In the above situation, it is assumed that a person's own animal is used for idolatry; but when a person takes another's animal without permission and slaughters it for idolatry or exchanges it, it remains permissible for use. A person cannot cause anything to become forbidden which is not his own.

3. If one bows down to the earth in its natural state, the ground to which he bows does not become forbidden, but if he digs pits, ditches, or caves in the name of idolatry, this ground becomes forbidden.

4. If a person bows down to water which has been displaced from its natural state by a wave washing it into a ditch or the like, it is not forbidden water. But if he takes the water in his hand and bows down to it, it becomes forbidden.[63]

5. Rocks of a mountain that a person worships are permissible so long as they remain in their natural place, but if they are handled and moved, then worshiped, they become forbidden.

6. If a person erected a pillar or even set up a brick with the intention of worshiping it, but he did not worship it, then other idolaters came along and worshiped it, it is forbidden, as this is considered an idolatrous pillar.[64]

7. A tree planted in order that it may be worshiped as an idol is forbidden. Equally forbidden are its branches, fruit, shade and anything that might give one some kind of benefit. This tree is called an asherah, and is specifically mentioned in the Torah (Deut. 16:21).

8. If a tree is bowed to, although its trunk is permissible, all the shoots and fruit and branches and leaves that come forth during the time that it is worshiped are forbidden.

9. If idolaters watched the fruit of a tree and said that the fruit is there for them to make a drink for an idolatrous temple, and they made the drink and drank it on the day of their festival, this tree is forbidden. It is considered that they planted it for idolatry in the first place and this is why its fruit was used.

10. If an idol stands underneath a tree, so long as it is there, the tree is forbidden. It is considered an accessory to idol worship and any pleasure from this tree, even its shade, is forbidden. If the idol is removed, the tree becomes permissible, for the tree itself was never served as an idol.[65]

11. If a house was not made or served as an idol, but was renovated, plastered, and decorated with images that were inlaid or carved in relief in the name of an idol, one should remove the renovations. They are forbidden because they were made to serve an idol. Then the rest of the house is permissible for use.

12. If one brings idols into a house, for as long as they are there the house is forbidden for use, as it is considered an accessory to idol worship. Once the idols are removed in a way that indicates a nullification of the house's use as an accessory to them, the house becomes permissible. If the idols were brought there by an idolatrous Noahide, and an Israelite removes them from the house, this does not represent a nullification, because it may be construed that the Noahide wishes the idols to remain, but the Israelite did not. Therefore, just as a Noahide brought the idols into the house, a Noahide must take the idols out of the house in order for it to be considered a nullification of the house's status as an accessory to idol worship.[66]

13. One may not use a forbidden house in any way. One may not enter it or sit in its shade. However, it is permissible to pass through its shadows.[67]

14. It is also advised that one should distance oneself at least eight feet from the entrance of a house of idol worship.

15. It is forbidden to listen to the music, smell the fragrance, or gaze at the ornaments of idolatrous worship. All the more so, one is forbidden to gaze at the idol itself.

16. If one must walk near a place of idol worship, he should cover his eyes, stop up his ears, and hold his nose to avoid having any sensory benefit from the idolatry. Even if the person has no intention of taking pleasure from these sights, sounds, and smells, he is still bound to conduct himself in the manner described, since he will certainly receive some pleasure from them if he does not so act. And one is obligated to be cautious even in a situation where there are no alternative routes.

17. If an idol rests on a stone, the stone is forbidden for use for as long as the idol is there. When it is removed, the stone is permissible for use.[68]

18. If one has a house with a common wall to a house of idol worship and his house falls, he should not rebuild it as it was, but build it completely within his own property so that he shares no wall with the idolatrous house. The space that remains between his house and the house of idolatry he should fill with thorns or fertilizer in order that the house of idolatry not be enlarged to encroach on his territory. If he has a common wall to an idolatrous house, he should measure the thickness of the wall and the closer half of the wall is his and the other half of the wall belongs to the idolatrous house. The stone or wood or dirt from that other half is forbidden for any use.

19. The proper manner of destroying an idol and all the articles that are forbidden because of it is to grind them to powder and scatter them to the wind, or they should be burned and dumped into the Dead Sea or a similar body of water to corrode or be forever lost.[69]

20. An idolatrous figure is nullified by chopping off the tip of the nose or the tip of the ear or the tip of the finger or by hammering in a portion of its face (even though no material is lost) or by selling the figure to a Jew who smelts metal. All these constitute nullification.[70] Once nullified, the figure is permissible to own and use.[71]

21. An idol or any accessory to an idol, if it is nullified as an idol, becomes permissible for use. But anything that is offered up to the idol remains forbidden forever, and nullification is of no help.[72] (Nullification must be performed by the one who worshiped the idol. If one who did not worship the idol nullifies it, the act accomplishes nothing.)[73]

22. An idol worshiped by Jews can never be nullified, even if a Noahide owned it in partnership with a Jew. It is forbidden forever and must be destroyed. Similarly, if the idol of a Noahide comes into the hand of a Jew and afterward the Noahide nullifies it, his nullification is of no help at all. It is forbidden forever.

23. An Israelite cannot nullify the idol of a Noahide, even if it is in the domain of the Noahide and the latter gave the Jew permission to nullify it. Only a Noahide can nullify his own idol.

or be decapitated

24. A minor or a fool cannot nullify an idol.

25. The nullification of an idol automatically nullifies its accessories. But if only the accessories were nullified, although they are permissible for use, the idol itself remains forbidden.

26. Vessels that an idolatrous priest holds in his hand, such as a goblet, an incense tray, or a recorder or other musical instrument, are considered accessories and require nullification.[74]

27. If the idolatrous figure is given as collateral or sold to a Noahide or to an Israelite who does not smelt it, or if it falls onto a garbage pile and is not cleaned away, or it was stolen by robbers and the articles were not reclaimed, or if one spat in front of it or urinated in front of it or one dragged it on the ground or threw it into excrement, it is still forbidden as these do not constitute nullification.[75]

28. If the worshipers abandoned an idol and it is a time of peace, it is permissible for use (as a nutcracker, etc.) because it is considered nullified (since they did not take it with them, it shows that they no longer value it). But if it is a time of war, it is forbidden because it is assumed they abandoned it only because of the war.[76]

29. If an idol broke in half by itself or by accident, the broken pieces are forbidden until they are nullified. Therefore, if one finds broken pieces of an idol, they are forbidden for use because it is possible its worshipers did not nullify it.

30. If the idol was made in pieces that fit together so that the average person could reassemble it, one has to nullify each separate piece. If the idol cannot be reassembled, only one limb need be nullified.

31. An idol's altar that becomes damaged is still forbidden for use or for any gain or benefit until the major portion of it has been smashed by the idolaters.[77]

PART SIX: Ghosts and spirits; witchcraft; divination; astrology; charmers; necromancers

1. One who consorts with ghosts or raises spirits to know hidden things or to know the future, and who does it of his own free will and intentionally, is liable for idolatry.[78] (A Noahide is permanently warned about these things, so that he can never claim that he did not know the law.)

Prophecies of the Spirit of all Prophecy, Jesus the Christ whom they deny.

2. If a person stands and burns incense and waves a myrtle branch in his hand and speaks whispered words to summon a being, then hears the summoned being speak to him, and if the being answers what it is asked in words that are below the earth in a very deep voice that is not recognized by the ear but felt in the thoughts; and if the practitioner takes the skull of a dead person and offers incense to it and uses arts of divination with whispers and various other rituals to the skull until he hears a low voice proceeding forth from under his armpit ‑ all these acts come under the category of raising ghosts, and the practitioner is killed for doing them.

3. If a person places the bone of a certain bird or other kind of creature in his mouth and offers incense and performs other rituals until he falls to the ground like one stricken with an epileptic seizure, and if he speaks while in this trance things that will happen in the future, this is a form of idolatry and he is killed for it.[79]

4. It is a matter of dispute whether a Noahide is forbidden to perform acts of witchcraft.[80] If the final law is according to those who forbid it,[81] the wizard or witch is found guilty and given the penalty of death by stoning.

(Note: Inasmuch as such practices attach the practitioner to evil spiritual forces, they are harmful to his soul. As for those who proclaim that there is no such thing today as real witchcraft ‑ and they are the same ones who say there is no such thing today as real idolatry ‑ these people are ignorant and naive. Witchcraft as well as idol worship exist in the most complete meaning of the terms. Voodoo rites and satanic covens are flourishing today in England, the United States, Japan and throughout the rest of the world just as they did in ancient Egypt. We can even bear witness to a popular force in contemporary music; certain rock‑and‑roll groups that have declared themselves agents and disciples of Satan. Teenagers and adults by the tens of millions have naively become enamored with these groups and their philosophies, which advocate sexual perversion and often physical cruelty. In effect, the fans of these rock groups are disciples of disciples of the satanic forces. Even though the dark side powers "cannot do evil, neither is it in them to do good" (Jer. 10:5), nevertheless one is well advised to avoid them, lest he give them power by acknowledging them. The protection against these negative rites and their results is to remember that evil as well as good come solely from God, the Master of all forces, and He brings evil forth in order to bestow free will to man so he can earn either reward or punishment.)

It was the "Masters of Illuminati, who gave these abominations to set up their Universal Moral Laws of Talmud Bavli. Beware Homosexuals, they have snared you.Beware, Abortionist, it was too they who have snared you. Beware "Judeo-Christians" for you are fallen away from the Truth, Beware Noahides, for yours is the kingdom of death and hell. Weren't you already told?

5. There is also a dispute concerning the permissibility of divination, the act of interpreting signs. Some authorities hold that it is forbidden and idolatrous, while others contend that it is permissible and even meritorious, approaching the level of prophecy, and that great and holy sages engaged in such practices.[82]

6. How does one engage in divination? For example, one might say, "Since my bread fell from my mouth or my staff fell from my hand, I will not go to a certain place today, because if I go today, my needs will not be done," or, "Since a fox passed on my right side, I will not go out of my house today, for if I do, a sneaky individual will meet me and trick me."[83]

7. Similarly, those who hear a bird calling and say, "It will be thus and it will not be thus," or, "It will be good to do thus and it will not be good to do thus," are engaging in divination.

8. Also, if a person proposes conditions, saying, "If such‑and‑such happens to me, I will do such‑and‑such, but if it does not happen to me, I will not do it," he is performing an act of divination.

9. Everything that is similar to the foregoing is divination. But even according to the opinion that considers it forbidden, divination is not punishable by the courts.

10. Certain interpretations of signs are considered permissible by all, however. It is not wrong to say, "This house that I built has been a good‑luck sign from the moment I built it," or, "My wife has been a blessing, for from the moment I married her, I started becoming wealthy," or, "This animal that I acquired has brought me luck, for from the moment I got it, I started becoming wealthy."[84]

11. And similarly, if someone asks a child, "What verse did you learn?" if the child tells him something that indicates a blessing, and the person becomes happy and says, "This is a good sign," he does no wrong.

12. The difference of opinion occurs only when a person determines future actions by the interpretations of signs. A person who merely acknowledges a sign for something that already occurred is not practicing divination. There is another opinion that permits the interpreting of a sign to determine future action if the specific sign has proven successful three times in the past.

13. What is magic? It is engaging in exercises or disciplines that bring one to a euphoric state or that interrupt normal thought processes in order to proclaim future events. One might say, "Thus‑and‑so will happen in the future or it will not happen," or he might say, "It is advisable to be careful of thus‑and‑so."[85]

14. There are those who engage in magic who use a stone or sand, and there are those who bend down toward the earth and move around and emit screams. There are those who look into a brass mirror or a crystal ball, then predict the future to one who is seeking this knowledge. There are those who lift a staff in their hands and lean on it and strike it until they augment their thought processes so as to be able to speak about the future.

(Note: Many cities abound today with practitioners of these rites, which include palmistry, tarot cards, phrenology, and many other similar practices. Many practitioners have established businesses and advertise their services freely. To avail oneself of such practices is an act of faith in powers other than God's. What little gain might come from going to such practitioners will certainly be more than offset by one's separation from God because of involvement with these negative influences.)

15. Moreover, one who uses illusion to captivate the spectators by showing them things that are not in the natural order of things, and who makes it appear to the spectators that the illusionist did a miraculous deed, he is in this category, and such actions are forbidden as they lead to idolatrous practices.[86]

16. It is forbidden to practice magic or to consult one who practices magic, but the courts do not punish for the practice of magic or for consulting a practitioner of magic.[87] (One must be reminded that in all instances of transgression that are outside the jurisdiction of the courts, the transgressor is punished by the hand of Heaven.)

17. It is forbidden to be an astrological observer of the times. What is an observer of times? It is one who gives certain times that, according to astrology, indicate that such a day is good and such a day is bad, such a day is proper to do thus‑and‑so and on such a day one should not do thus‑and‑so, or such a year or such a month is bad for such a thing.[88]

18. Astrological forecasts are in a different category from using astrology to understand a person's characteristics and natural tendencies, the latter being a permissible practice.

19. Observing of times is forbidden even if the observer of times does not perform any action but merely conveys falsehoods to gullible people and convinces them that these are words of truth and contain wisdom. All who conduct themselves and their activities because of astrological forecasts, working at a certain time or traveling at a certain time determined by the astrologers, transgress the law, but the courts do not punish them for this.[89]

20. What is a charmer? This is one who speaks words that are not of the language of people and have no essence nor understanding. None of the vulgar sounds or words or spoken names of the charmer contain the power to cause harm, nor do they do any good at all. But gullible people accept such things to the point where they will believe a charmer when he says, "If you will say such‑and‑such to a poisonous snake, it can do you no harm," or, "If a person has such‑and‑such said to him, he is protected from harm."[90]

21. The charmer might hold a key or a stone or any object while he says his nonsensical things. Anything similar to this is in the category of dealing in charms, and both the charmer and the one subjecting himself to the charmer transgress the law, but neither are punished by the courts.

22. If a person was bitten by a poisonous snake or stung by a scorpion, he is permitted to whisper any kind of spell he chooses over the place of the wound if he thinks it will help. This is just so the person, who is in mortal danger, can put his mind at ease and take courage. And even though what he says will certainly not help at all, since he is in danger, he is allowed to do it to avoid panicking.[91]

23. One who whispers spells over another's wound or reads verses from the Torah over someone who is sick or dying, or similarly one who reads verses over a child to prevent the child from becoming fearful, is worse than one who is in the category of a diviner or a charmer, because by using the Holy Scriptures like this to cure the body, he denies the truth of the Torah, which comes as a cure for the soul. But if one studies appropriate parts of the Torah or reads Psalms in order that the merit of reading them should protect him and save him from danger and harm, this is permissible.[92] (Of course, it is best to pray to God for protection and healing of every kind.)

24. What is a necromancer? This is one who starves himself and sleeps overnight in a cemetery in order to bring the dead to him in a dream to inform him of something.[93]

25. There are also those who wear certain clothing and speak incantations and offer incense and sleep alone in order to bring a specific dead person to come and speak to them in a dream.

26. In general, all who do various rites in order to summon the dead so as to learn information are in the category of necromancers and they transgress the law, but they are not punished by the courts for it.

27. It is forbidden to consult one who raises ghosts or spirits, because these practitioners are liable to the death penalty. One who consults with these practitioners but does not do the rituals transgresses, but he is not punished by the courts.[94]

28. One who does not practice real witchcraft but merely uses sleight of hand or other illusions to fool onlookers transgresses the law but is not punished by the courts for it. It is, however, a serious matter, as such illusions are found in true witchcraft.[95] (But witchcraft is definitely not an illusion. If it were, why would one performing it be subject to the death penalty? Witchcraft is a receptacle for the impure husks that surround holiness and divert it from its true purpose.)

29. All the foregoing are acts of deception and are false things, and through them the idolater deceives the people of the world in order to gain a following. (Note: Without a single exception, the numerous cults, pseudoreligions, false messiahs, and demigods that are prevalent in the world today employ idolatrous practices to achieve spiritual power. Like the false prophets, they all use spritual threats concomitant with their promises of salvation. Those who take refuge in these deceivers and find goodness in them, be warned: evil seldom announces itself as evil, otherwise all but a very few would avoid it. Evil almost always announces itself as good and beneficial and always mixes truth and goodness with its destructive lies. Herein lies its power.) But all who are wise and possess true knowledge know by clear proofs that all these idolatrous practices are empty and vain and contain no value at all. Those who are drawn to such things lack understanding and depart from the way of truth.[96] Because of this, the Torah instructs everyone concerning these foolish vanities, "Be wholehearted with the Lord your God" (Deut. 18:13), meaning that people should put their trust in God and know that everything that comes to them comes from Him.[97]

When the King of Israel sets upon his sacred head the crown offered him by Europe he will become patriarch of the world. The indispensable victims offered by him in consequence of their suitability will never reach the number of victims offered in the course of centuries by the mania of magnificence, the emulation between the GOY governments.

Our King will be in constant communion with the peoples, making to them from the tribune speeches which fame will in that same hour distribute over all the world.

. When we come into our kingdom our autocratic government will avoid, from a principle of self-preservation, sensibly burdening the masses of the people with taxes, remembering that it plays the part of father and protector. But as State organization cost dear it is necessary nevertheless to obtain the funds required for it. It will, therefore, elaborate with particular precaution the question of equilibrium in this matter.

3. Our rule, in which the king will enjoy the legal fiction that everything in his State belongs to him (which may easily be translated into fact), will be enabled to resort to the lawful confiscation of all sums of every kind for the regulation of their circulation in the State. From this follows that taxation will best be covered by a progressive tax on property

The supreme lord who will replace all now existing ruler, dragging in their existence among societies demoralized by us, societies that have denied even the authority of God, from whose midst breads out on all sides the fire of anarchy, must first of all proceed to quench this all-devouring flame. Therefore he will be obliged to kill off those existing societies, though he should drench them with his own blood, that he may resurrect them again in the form of regularly organized troops fighting consciously with every kind of infection that may cover the body of the State with sores.

This Chosen One of God is chosen from above to demolish the senseless forces moved by instinct and not reason, by brutishness and humanness. These forces now triumph in manifestations of robbery and every kind of violence under the mask of principles of freedom and every kind of violence under the mask of principles of freedom and rights. They have overthrown all forms of social order to erect on the ruins of the throne of the King of the Jews; but their part will be played out the moment he enters into his kingdom. Then it will be necessary to sweep them away from his path, on which must be left no knot, no splinter.

1. I pass now to the method of confirming the dynastic roots of King David to the last strata of the earth.

2. This confirmation will first and foremost be included in that which to this day has rested the force of conservatism by our learned elders of the conduct of the affairs of the world, in the directing of the education of thought of all humanity.

3. Certain members of the seed of David will prepare the kings and their heirs, selecting not by right of heritage but by eminent capacities, inducting them into the most secret mysteries of the political, into schemes of government, but providing always that none may come to knowledge of the secrets. The object of this mode of action is that all may know that government cannot be entrusted to those who have not been inducted into the secret places of its art ....

4. To these persons only will be taught the practical application of the aforenamed plans by comparison of the experiences of many centuries, all the observations on the politico-economic moves and social sciences - in a word, all the spirit of laws which have been unshakably established by nature herself for the regulation of the relations of humanity.

5. Direct heirs will often be set aside from ascending the throne if in their time of training they exhibit frivolity, softness and other qualities that are the ruin of authority, which render them incapable of governing and in themselves dangerous for kingly office.

6. Only those who are unconditionally capable for firm, even if it be to cruelty, direct rule will receive the reins of rule from our learned elders.

The Rebbe’s Revolution In 5762

Ten years passed. On the one hand, world-wide terror increased. On the other hand, the world continued to progress towards the time of the Rebbe Mendel Menachem Schneerson's revelation. Somehow, the Rebbe arranged it so that Bush’s son would become president too and complete what his father left unfinished.

By Rabbi Naftali Estulin

Since the time has come for the revelation of the Rebbe MH"M, the U.S. has no choice, and must fulfill its destiny and instill the Sheva Mitzvos within all of humanity.

7. In case of falling sick with weakness of will or other form of incapacity. kings must by law hand over the reins of rule to new and capable hands.

8. The king's plan of action for the current moment, and all the more so for the future, will be unknown, even to those who are called his closest counselors.

9. Only the king and the three who stood sponsor for him will know what is coming.

10. In the person of the king who with unbending will is master of himself and of humanity all will discern as it were fate with its mysterious ways. None will know what the king wishes to attain by his dispositions, and therefore none will dare to stand across an unknown path.

11. It is understood that the brain reservoir of the king must correspond in capacity to the plan of government it has to contain. It is for this reason that he will ascend the throne not otherwise than after examination of his mind by the aforesaid learned elders.

12. That the people may know and love their king, it is indispensable for him to converse in the market-places with his people. This ensures the necessary clinching of the two forces which are now divided one from another by us by the terror.

13. This terror was indispensable for us till the time comes for both these forces separately to fall under our influence.

14. The king of the Jews must not be at the mercy of his passions, and especially of sensuality: on no side of his character must he give brute instincts power over his mind. Sensuality worse than all else disorganizes the capacities of the mind and clearness of views, distracting the thoughts to the worst and most brutal side of human activity.

By the Mighty name of Jesus Christ, Here is my witness, and I have three who witness for me, the Father, the Son and myself, I will never bow to the g-d of the "Illuminated Masters" these treasonous dogs, these who say in their Talmud Bavli they are gods, elohym and their Moshiach ben Satan. There, I have sealed the Name of My Lord in My heart and for my soul.

Let eternal damnation be your lot Chassidim and ye Proselytes who are become twice the children of hell, or repent in the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ, the Lamb of God the Father in heaven.

Flee, Legion in the Name of Jesus the Christ.

Today, Feb. 16, 2004, president's day I adjure you, Christian Americans, true believers in Jesus the Only Everlasting and Holy Covenant over all mankind, to understand, that as this year progresses it's evil days, you will hear more and more of their evil "Moral Laws" which are not moral, but a snare unto that son of perdition whom they are soon to "reveal". In their evil books of perversion and hatred of Talmud Bavli, the oral traditions the Lord warned you of, this Leaven of the Phrisees, when these seventy weeks are finished, and their Wall of destruction is finished" in perfect timing with the "Chassidim appointment" of another Skull and Bones president of the tribe of Dan of the uttermost parts of ancient Israel, then the final coup of all the world unto their god, the god of this world, Lucifer, will be enacted by Universal Noahide. Any who refuse to deny Jesus the Christ, are to be purged from this "New World Odour" Olam haba of their Moshiach ben satan. Stand firm in the Nmae of Jesus, Give your witness and your testimony of Him the ONLY Living God. For they who shall save their lives shall lose them, and they who shall lose their flesh lives for his namesake shall save their everlasting life unto him.

These are they who have overcome in that Hour of Temptation to worship satan, and they are indeed spared from that Great and Terrible day of the Lor'd wrath which will fall upon all whose names are not written in the Lamb's Book of Life slain since the beginning of the foundation of the world.

The darkeness is upon the world, but you are in the marvelous light of the "Third Day".

How long must we wait O Lord, Until you vengeance they who dwell upon the earth of our Blood?

Rest, until your brethren are slain in like manner.

Here is your reward, a white beautiful robe, and this is the first ressurection, and they shall never taste the second death.

These who "SAY" they are the seed of Abraham, but who do lie, and are not the seed of Abraham according to the Promise, In faith of Christ Jesus our Lord, will soon be cast into that pit with their false messiah, and into the lake of fire, where there will be a gnashing and a gnawing of teeth for eternity.

Blessed are they who watch and wait for the Lord, and stand firm in his Mighty Name.

There is no fear in them who love the Lord. O "Death where art thou sting?

One additional element of greater severity is that violation of any one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation. (Sanh. 57A)

Cdn MP Likens West
Bank To Concentration Camp

Mike Blanchfield
The Ottawa Citizen

A Liberal MP said yesterday that Israel's decision to build a security barrier dividing it from Palestinian land is reducing the West Bank and Gaza Strip to a "concentration camp."
The remark by Liberal MP Pat O'Brien, made during a routine member's statement in the House of Commons, sparked immediate outrage from the country's leading Jewish organization.
B'nai Brith Canada called on the Liberal government to "repudiate" the comments by Mr. O'Brien.
"Mr. O'Brien's comments have crossed the line and are totally unacceptable," said Rochelle Wilner, president of B'nai Brith Canada.
Mr. O'Brien, a former chairman of the Commons defence committee, told the House that the Israeli government of Ariel Sharon is violating international law by building the security barrier.
"The wall denies basic human rights to the Palestinian people and further reduces the West Bank and Gaza Strip to the status of concentration camps," Mr. O'Brien said.
"The deplorable impact on the daily lives of the Palestinian people is unconscionable."
Mr. O'Brien called the construction of the barrier "an atrocity," and urged the government to express its "grave concerns" to the Israeli government.
"It is neither anti-Israel, nor anti-Semitic to criticize the inflammatory actions of the Sharon government," Mr. O'Brien added.
"Like most Canadians, my hope is that Israel and its Arab neighbours will agree to coexist peacefully and build bridges of justice, not walls of desperation."
B'nai Brith was offended by Mr. O'Brien's evocation of the Holocaust concentration camps of Nazi Germany to make his point.
"Not only is Mr. O'Brien abysmally ignorant of the facts regarding the fence, but he has attacked it in a manner that is extremely offensive and painful to Canadian Jews, particularly those who survived the evil of Nazi Germany," said Ms. Wilner.
The fence is being constructed to save the lives of Jews, Muslims and Christians from the "campaign of terror" being waged from inside the West Bank and Gaza, added Ms. Wilner.
Frank Diamant, executive vice-president of B'nai Brith, called on the Martin government to "formally distance itself from Mr. O'Brien on this issue."
The security barrier includes 700 kilometres of winding trenches, razor wire, fence walls and electronic sensors. Sometimes it follows the boundary between Israel and the West Bank that existed before the 1967 Mideast War, but it also dips deep into West Bank territory. Israel has completed construction of about one-quarter of the wall.
Palestinians accuse Israel of a land grab, saying it will disrupt the lives of innocent people. Israel says it needs the fence to restrain suicide bombers that have claimed hundreds of Israeli lives in the last three years.
Canada recently joined the United States, France, Australia and other western countries in opposing an International Court of Justice hearing on the legality of the barrier.
Canada abstained from a United Nations vote on the barrier issue last fall, but has voiced its opposition to the court case, saying it is a political, not a legal issue, that should be settled by the Israelis and the Palestinians, as mandated by a UN Security Council Resolution.
The hearing of the International Court, whose findings are non-binding on the parties, is to begin next week in The Hague.

Red Cross Slams Israeli Wall
BBC News

The International Committee of the Red Cross has condemned Israel's building of a barrier in the West Bank as "contrary" to international law.
The aid agency said the barrier, whose proposed route cuts into Palestinian areas, went "far beyond what is permissible for an occupying power".
Israel says the barrier is designed to stop suicide bombers.
But Palestinians dispute the barrier's legality and say the wall is little more than a land grab.
The ICRC's comments come just days before a hearing at the International Court of Justice in The Hague on the legality of the controversial barrier.
Israel says the court does not have the authority to hold hearings on the barrier.

The ICRC, a neutral, Swiss-based organisation, has been observing construction of the security fence.
It says that, where the barrier runs through occupied territory, thousands of Palestinians have been deprived of access to water, health care and education.
It has also caused extensive damage to Palestinian land and property, the agency adds.
"The problems affecting the Palestinian population in their daily lives clearly demonstrate that it [the barrier] runs counter to Israel's obligation under [international humanitarian law] to ensure the humane treatment and well-being of the civilian population living under its occupation," it said in a statement.
"The ICRC, therefore, calls upon Israel not to plan, construct or maintain this barrier within occupied territory."
The organisation stressed that it respected Israel's right to protect itself and the statement did not call for a halt to building altogether.
But BBC's Imogen Foulkes in Geneva says it was an unusually outspoken statement from a normally neutral body.
The Israeli ambassador to international organisations in Geneva, Yaakov Levy, told the Associated Press news agency that Israel "regretted" the ICRC's decision to criticise the barrier.
"There is a danger that the position presented by the ICRC will be turned into a political tool against Israel's measures of self-defence," he said.

Wall. Got it? Wall. Wall

What is it you do not understand about a wall?

Daniel 9:

25: Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

Do not for one moment think that the Talmudic controlled Chassidim Pharisaic Chabad Lubavitch "Illumined Masters of Olam Haba, the New World Order, will give in to international pressure over their Wall. The Word has gone forth and will not return unto the Father void.

Israel set for court defeat over wall

The West Bank wall penetrates deep into Palestinian land

Days before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) starts hearings on the legality of Israel's West Bank wall, international law experts are predicting defeat for Tel Aviv.

The court has been asked by the UN General Assembly to give a so-called advisory opinion on the legal consequences of what Israel calls an "anti-terrorist fence".

Israel has consistently rejected the ICJ's competence in the matter, arguing the court should not rule on what it regards as a purely political issue and asserting their fundamental right to self-defence.

But international law expert Olivier Ribbelink, of the TMC Asser Institute for legal studies in The Hague, dismissed Israel's arguments.

"In my mind there is no doubt that this is a legal question," he said.

"It relates to very specific issues in international law - the extent of self-defence, the obligation of an occupying power towards the civilian population and the significance of decisions by the UN Security Council and the General Assembly."

And Heikelina Verrijn Stuart, a Dutch lawyer, said it is highly unlikely the court will follow arguments that it is inappropriate to rule on the issue because it is a political question that should be dealt with in the UN.

"No one would blame (the Israelis) for building a wall along the borders of their sovereign state. I do not see how the building of a wall on Palestine territory could be justified as a security measure"

John Dugard,
United Nations

"I think that after so many years of resolutions from both the General Assembly and the Security Council against Israel it is a little weak for the court to say that the case should be left to the UN," she said.

However, Israel is not only fighting the competence of the court but also focusing on its right to self-defence.

Tel Aviv says the wall, which mostly consists of wire fencing but in some places also of 8 metre-high cement slabs, is necessary to prevent "suicide" attacks from the Palestinian territories.

Geneva Convention

But experts say the controversial path of the barrier - which at points juts deep into the West Bank and does not follow the Green Line (the 1949 armistice line between Israel and the Palestinian territories) will be central in the case if the court rules it is competent.

"No one would blame (the Israelis) for building a wall along the borders of their sovereign state. I do not see how the building of a wall on Palestine territory could be justified as a security measure," John Dugard, the special rapporteur of the United Nation's commission on human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, said.

Experts believe the Fourth Geneva Convention, which states what you can do on occupied territory and the responsibilities of an occupying power towards the civilian population, will be at the core of the case before the ICJ.

Israel argues the Geneva convention does not apply to the West Bank because Israel is not an occupying power as it is the only state to claim sovereignty over the territory.

Despite advancing many legal arguments to support its case, Israel appears resigned to the fact that it will lose before the ICJ.

Last week Israeli Justice Minister Yossef Lapid said he expected a "negative ruling for Israel".

Meanwhile, human rights group Amnesty International has added its voice to the growing number of organisations opposing the wall on the eve of the hearings.

Amnesty called on the Israeli authorities to immediately dismantle the sections of the wall already built inside the West Bank and halt construction inside the occupied territories.

It said most of the wall is not being built on the Green Line between Israel and the West Bank.

"Close to 90% of it is on Palestinian land inside the West Bank, encircling Palestinian towns and villages and cutting off communities and families from each other," Amnesty said.

"Close to 90% of it (the wall) is on Palestinian land inside the West Bank, encircling Palestinian towns and villages and cutting off communities and families from each other. It separates farmers from their land and cuts off Palestinians from their places of work, schools, health care facilities and other essential services"

Amnesty International

"It separates farmers from their land and cuts off Palestinians from their places of work, schools, health care facilities and other essential services...

"Israel's legitimate needs to secure its borders and prevent access to people who may constitute a threat to its security do not justify the building of such a fence/wall inside the occupied territories."

The rights group said the building of the wall inside the occupied territories has severe negative consequences for hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

It imposes unprecedented disproportionate and discriminatory restrictions on their movements within the occupied territories and causes other violations of their fundamental rights, including the right to work, to food, to medical care, to education and to an adequate standard of living.

The route of the wall has been designed to encompass more than 50 Israeli settlements in the occupied territories, in which the majority of Israeli settlers live and which are illegal under international law.

Amnesty said: "International human rights and humanitarian law requires Israel, as the occupying power, to protect and ensure the rights of the Palestinian population in the occupied territories."

How to Rob the Homes of the Palestinians, By Law and get away with murder

The Theft of the Robber according to Talmud Bavli, Mishnah Torah.

The Parshah to goes on to outline the Torah's laws on commerce and property rights.

The ownership of movables--objects other than real estate and people--can be permanently transferred from one person to the other with a sale. The Torah only warns, " you shall not defraud one another."

But in the Land of Israel, where each tribe was allotted its province and each family its estate, "The land may not be sold for ever, for the land is Mine; for you are strangers and sojourners with Me."

So if a person becomes destitute and is forced to sell his estate, the "sale" is in fact only a

Long term lease until the next jubilee year, at which time it reverts to the owner. Thus,

According to the multitude of years you shall increase its price, and according to the fewness of years you shall diminish the price of it; for what he sells you is a number of years of produce.

Furthermore, at any time (after two years from the time of the sale), the seller, or his close relative, has the option of "redeeming" the field from the buyer by giving him the equivalent value of the remaining years until the jubilee.

All of the above, however, does not apply to the sale of a home within a walled city. Such a sale can be "redeemed" during the first year only; if the seller or his relative to not exercise this right, it remains in the hand of the buyer, nor does it revert to its original owner on the jubilee year.

Not if you are locked out......

or locked in on the outside...

Positive Mitzvah 139: Redeeming Property in Walled Cities

The Torah grants a person who sold his property the chance to buy it back.

This is called "redeeming" the property.

Depending on the type of property, different laws apply.

This Positive Mitzvah concerns the ownership and redemption of houses in walled cities during the first year after they were sold.

These houses do not return to their original owners in the Yovel.

Yes, if they can keep up the turmoil until June 2004....their are not disputes as to ownership, via Talmud Bavli and Universal Noahidism.

The decieved "Judeo Churchizionians" will agree, for they too are under the curse of the flesh law.

Lev:25:29: And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.

Lev:25:30: And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.

Lev:25:31: But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.

Ezek:13:14: So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

Ezek:13:15: Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered morter, and will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it;

Ezek:36:3: Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because they have made you desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the heathen, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and are an infamy of the people:

Ezek:38:11: And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

Ezek:38:20: So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.

Shushan Purim (Adar 15) In the Book of Esther, the rejoicing in the walled city of Shushan took place one day later (Adar 15) than elsewhere (Adar 14). Therefore, this day has come to be known as Shushan Purim. This is because the Jews of Shushan, capital of Persia, were granted a one-day extension to eliminate their enemies; hence, their celebrations began on the 15th. Since Shushan itself was a walled city, it was decreed that in deference to the cities of the Land of Israel, which lay in ruin at the time, cities walled at the time of the Israelite conquest would celebrate on the same date as the Jews of Shushan. The 15th is, therefore known as Shushan Purim. To the present day, Purim is observed on Adar 15 in such cities --- most notably Jerusalem --- as were walled cities at the time of the events described in the Book of Esther.

Perpetual Purim gave them their opportunity, So Drunk that they cannot tell the difference between foe or Allies, but so goes the case of they who are contrary unto all mankind. Go ahead fall for their fables. You may Deliver me to their synagogues of satan and their freemason temples to be slain and afflicted, but that will only prolong your torment of everlasting damnation for....let's say, no more than 3 1/2 years at best. You are warned, Ye who daub the wall with untempered mortar. Christ Jesus is the Tempered Wall.

Fashion Shoot Slated for Israeli Barrier

Associated Press Writer

March 1, 2004, 1:02 PM EST

JERUSALEM -- An Israeli fashion house plans to shoot its summer catalog at Israel's West Bank security barrier this week, the company said Monday, less than a week after troops shot dead two Palestinians protesting the network of walls, wire and ditches.

A statement from the fashion house, Comme-il-faut, said the one-day shoot Wednesday would take place at a section of the barrier on the edge of Jerusalem "for the purpose of creating a dialogue around boundaries."

The statement said the event would contrast beauty, femininity and fashion with a "concrete wall of insult, ugliness and humiliation."

Oh how Faux

Israel says it needs the barrier to prevent suicide bombers and other attackers from entering its towns and cities. Last Thursday two Palestinian protesters were shot dead by Israeli forces not far from the site the company picked to send its models and photographers.

Palestinians say the partially built barrier -- which would dip deep into the West Bank in some parts of its planned 400-mile route -- is a land grab meant to prevent them from establishing an independent state.

Under international pressure, Israel has begun making changes in the route of the barrier to minimize hardship on the Palestinians, thousands of whom face being cut off from their farmland, schools and medical facilities elsewhere in the West Bank.

Comme-il-faut got its summer catalog idea from students at a Jerusalem design school doing a course on the use of ideology in advertising. They came up with the concept of fashion on the fence, with the slogan, "women cross boundaries."

The fashion firm's CEO, Sybil Goldfiner, said the project reflects Comme-il-faut's feminist agenda. Asked by The Associated Press if she was concerned that Wednesday's front line fashion fest could be seen as trivializing a deadly serious issue, she responded: "You're a man, you wouldn't understand."

"We live in a state of constant trivialization," she added. "Every time there is a terror attack we soon afterward go back to life as normal. We want to emphasize those paradoxes."

Noam Hofstatter, of human rights group B'Tselem, said that if Comme-il-faut really meant to draw attention to human rights abuses caused by the fence, "then that would be welcome."

Israel Wants US
Endorsement Of Fence

By Aluf Benn

Israel has asked the U.S. to provide official endorsement of the separation fence route, as part of the "benefits basket" which is to be provided in exchange for the implementation of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's separation plan. This request was submitted as part of an attempt to satisfy conditions upon which Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has predicated his support for the separation plan.
American support for the fence would not be included in a letter of guarantees submitted to Israel in exchange for the execution of the separation plan; instead, the fence endorsement would be exhibited in a different way. Details of this endorsement arrangement are to be worked out in talks with the three U.S. envoys - William Burns, Elliot Abrams and Steve Hadley - who will arrive in Israel tomorrow. The three will also finalize details for Sharon's meeting in the U.S. with President George W. Bush on April 14.
After accepting an Israeli compromise proposal concerning the construction of the separation fence, the U.S. government is no longer lobbying for changes in the barrier's planned route. Apart from the endorsement discussion, the fence issue has effectively been removed from the agenda in diplomatic contacts between Jerusalem and Washington. The resolution of the controversy became apparent during discussions last week between senior Israeli officials and the three American envoys.
The compromise proposal was submitted by Defense Ministry Director-General Amos Yaron in discussions with Burns, Hadley and Abrams.
Under the compromise proposal, the fence route which was approved by the Sharon government on October 1 2003 would not be altered. But it would be defined as a "vision" whose construction is to be done in stages. Problematic areas of the fence which stirred U.S. criticism will either not be built at present, or will be constructed in a manner that minimizes inconvenience to Palestinians who live in nearby villages. The principle which has guided Yaron in mapping out the fence's route has been to provide security for Israeli citizens who live within the Green Line, and on settlements in the territories, while not precluding future diplomatic options. Israeli sources predict that under a permanent status agreement with the Palestinians, the Ariel bloc settlements would be annexed to Israel, and so these blocs will then be linked to the separation fence. As things stand today, however, construction of the fence around the settlement blocs is not an option due to stiff international pressure, the sources say.
A local fence, not connected at this stage to the long separation fence, is to be built around the West Bank town of Ariel and the Immanuel settlement. At Kedumim, settlers object to the construction of a fence; and no fence is to be built for the time being at Karnei Shomron.
U.S. officials oppose the creation of fenced-off "enclaves" in the Ben-Gurion International Airport area (around the Beit Aryeh settlement), and along Route 443 (the Jerusalem-Modi'in road). According to the plan approved on October 1, the fence is to wind around two sides in these areas, leaving tens of thousands of Palestinians penned inside. Israel has been sharply criticized for this plan to create a large "holding pen" for these Palestinian residents.
Responding to this criticism, Defense Ministry officials decided to build a major fence along the western-southern side of the areas, along the Green Line, and a less imposing fence on the eastern-northern side of the enclaves. As the construction work proceeds, a fence will run along the north-east sides, but it will not be continuous, and will thus not "imprison" the Palestinians.
Another change will involve the stretch of the fence running between Jerusalem and the southern Hebron Hills. The fence is to be moved closer to the Green Line in this area, so as to minimize burdens caused to Palestinians.

Security Officials Again Recommend Fencing In Capitol
Lawmakers Question Proposal

By Spencer S. Hsu
Washington Post Staff Writer
Thursday, April 1, 2004; Page B01

Federal security planners are reviving a proposal to build a fence around the U.S. Capitol and Congressional office buildings to deter potential terrorist attacks.

U.S. Capitol Police Chief Terrance W. Gainer yesterday said the House and Senate sergeants-at-arms and the architect of the Capitol have directed his department to develop a plan and a cost estimate for construction.

A physical barrier would markedly increase security for lawmakers and visitors to the nation's seat of government, Gainer said during a hearing of the Senate Appropriations subcommittee on the legislative branch. The fence, he said, could cost $15 million to $50 million.

Senators objected, calling the notion an offense to a world-famous symbol of American democracy.

"Most Americans would rebel at the idea of their Capitol being fenced off. . . . It flies in the face of what Americans think," said Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell (R-Colo.), the panel's chairman. But he added that if a barrier were built, he hoped it would be unobtrusive.

Members of Congress have balked at requests to wall off the people's representatives from the public since 1985, most recently after the 2001 terrorist attacks. Nevertheless, the police have restricted public access in the area numerous times in the last three years.

Five security studies have recommended construction of a fence to reduce the threat of suicide bombers or a commando-style raid at the Capitol. A fence was endorsed again in a February study by congressional analysts with the General Accounting Office, who were looking at ways to free officers from guard post duty.

*(Yep we don't want any Palestinian Suicide Bombers attacking jews who run Washington now do we? wouldn't that fall under some anti-Semitic Hate Crime Bill?

"An aesthetically pleasing perimeter security fence could be constructed around the Capitol Building grounds," the report stated, as quoted by Gainer. He added, "The impact from the lack of it is felt every day and is shown in the numbers of required personnel and our budget."

Sen. Richard J. Durbin (Ill.), the panel's ranking Democrat, asked why a fence was needed. Congress is already spending $450 million to build an underground Capitol visitor center to screen and funnel tourists away from the historic structure and millions more to install an interlocking ring of anti-vehicle defenses on surrounding roads.

"I, for one, hope we don't now turn to a security fence. Is it not true that we are investing substantial sums of money for construction of bollards and additional traffic barriers in the area?" Durbin said. "If we are going to build a fence, we shouldn't have built the bollards."

Gainer, whose department is seeking a 33 percent budget increase this year, to $292 million, said a fence and the bollards would work together. He cited the White House complex, where a wrought-iron fence keeps the public at a distance and credentialed visitors and staff are screened at entry points.

Security for the 276-acre Capitol complex, which has 20,000 workers and is visited by more than 1 million people a year, is set by House and Senate leaders in consultation with police and safety officials. Since 2001, Congress has closed streets, restricted tours and public access, added entrance security, screened for explosives at doors and parking garages and adopted new electronic safety measures.

Although tourists by 2006 will be able to enter the Capitol only through the visitor center, Gainer said more security is needed.

"Our openness is the largest vulnerability," he said. "I listened to the 9/11 commission hearings. I think it is necessary to talk about this."

'We'll Expel Illegal Arabs
From Israel' - Sharon

Maybe the man O' dan Bushka will let them come to Amarika?

By Aluf Benn

Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said yesterday that once the separation fence (WALL) is completed, the government will act vigorously to expel Palestinians living illegally within Israeli Arab communities.
then they will never have the right to buy back their confiscated a walled city
In an interview with Haaretz for the holiday to be published in full on Monday, Sharon said there are tens of thousands of such illegal Palestinians in the country.

"We have a difficult problem with the fulfillment of their desire to return by infiltrating Arab cities and villages in Israel," Sharon said. "Now it is a very difficult problem because of the absence of a fence. The minute the fence is closed, the activity to remove them will be much more vigorous, and their ability to return will be greatly reduced. Now, when they are found [and expelled], they come back."
He spoke in the interview about his desire to carry out the disengagement plan, and to withdraw from Gaza and four settlements in the northern West Bank. He reckons terror won't cease after the evacuation, but hopes it will diminish. Israel's war against terror will continue and indeed intensify after the withdrawal, the PM said.

immediately after September 11, 2001  Israel found themselves in a war on Terror, as has the seventy Noahide Nations of the gods....these chassidim masters they call themselves....these putrid whited sepulchres full of dead mens bones...who make themselves beautiful outwardly....but death stench is in their bowels. These who seek to enslave both jews and "goyims" in their little kingdom of their god....satan

chabadbadboy whut ya gonna do whut ya gonna do when the saints of Jesus come for you chabadbadboy....whut ya gonna do....whut ya gonna do when the Lord comes for you chabadbadboy....whut ya gonna do

Asked if Yasser Arafat and Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah are targets for assassination, Sharon said, "I wouldn't suggest either of them feels immune ... Anyone who kills a Jew or harms an Israeli citizen, or sends people to kill Jews, is a marked man. Period."

In Talmud Bavli striking a Jew is like smiting GOD....ok for a jew to murder a goyim though

Sharon said he has "full faith" in Attorney General Menachem Mazuz. Sharon said: "My hands are clean. I believe in my full and complete innocence, and believe there won't be an indictment."

Walled Cities of the "SAYERS" who Choose the "robber" g-d

Talmudic Cabala Building World's Largest Concentration Camp

After America, the world's second-largest Arbeitslager (concentration camp) is being built in Israel, with "The Wall" being frantically slapped up in full view of its victims who are oblivious to the ancient meaning of their country's pagan flag... and they are JEWISH. The Cabalist-controlled media complains loud and long about The Wall of hate against the Palestinians, yet Masonic and Talmudic Cabalist politicians around the world -- including the UN and Rothschilds -- smile approvingly. Cabala is both building The Wall, and instructing their UN and media agencies (Reuters, BBC, New York Times, etc.) to raise a stink about it. Care to know why?  The Wall is being built by the same bankers, mystics, and Talmudists and Rabbis who created the first Holocaust, who worked openly with their Brotherhood companion Hitler, and founded the Godless state of Israel, to trap the Israelis within, not keep the Palestinians out!! Mark these words of warning, those of you in Israel! The real Jewish prophets (of God, not of "strange fire" or Babylonian Talmud or Egyptian secret societies) have recorded for all to see that the state of Israel will be attacked and most will be brutally murdered. Here is why...

The Rothschild ["red shield" in German] "star of David", is known as a satanic talisman called the Star of Solomon and and Star of Lucifer among satanists and in witchcraft - a star that is used exclusively to call down fallen angels of destruction by very serious practitioners of Luciferian ritual, especially human sacrifice rituals, and whose history predates Solomon. The pentagram is the shape traced in the sky by the planet Venus, which in Roman times was equated to Lucifer (as my 1855 Webster's clearly explains, but which my modern Merriam-Webster Collegiate has deleted!)  In the popular witchcraft talisman shown at left, the filthy Star of Solomon is shown on the reverse side of the Pentagram, known as the star of Venus, or Lucifer. Ironically, many witches also call Lucifer's pentagram the Star of Solomon. Solomon, for whom this star is named by witches, satanists, and Illuminists such as Aleister Crowley, was Israel's most infamous practitioner of deep witchcraft and satanic magic, seemingly welcoming every pagan spirit on earth into his heart and home (and unifying himself spiritually through sex with many women who had been dedicated and inhabited by demonic spirits of foreign lands; syphilis is not the only thing that is communicated sexually, which advanced witchcraft and illuminism clearly understand, and which is why sexual experimentation is advocated in the Illuminati-controlled public schools... choose your wife or husband carefully!) and in Talmudic/Catholic countries, Solomon is honored as an ancient father of Illuminism. It was under the spiritual authority of Solomon that Israel the State was destroyed in civil war, never to rise again. Even today the Hebrew race is bitterly divided, not only in Israel, but among the majority of Jewry which lives around the world, mostly in the U.S.  Such is the evil of the Star of Solomon, or Magen David as pagan Talmudic Jewry calls it. The star of Venus or Lucifer is also inscribed in a secret underground passage in Salt Lake City, and one day soon Salt Lake will be destroyed for it. Both stars are stars of death and destruction, which is why they are to be found on war jets and the death commanders shoulders (generals) and flags of countries famous for death and war, such as Iraq (Islam in general loves the death star), Israel, USA (has the most death stars on flag), China, etc.

Good grief, Israel, the 6-pointed star of witchcraft has only been used by "Jews" about 300 years, and even then only by mystic, ungodly Cabalists, until Hitler slapped the star of death on every human he wanted to see burn! Three years after the Holocaust ended, and the ritual sacrifice symbol of death goes up over Palestine, and bingo, Semitic peoples flock to it, without cattle cars and of their own free will. If you live in Israel, get out or get God - terror and destruction are about to hit Israel, as planned by Lucifer and B'nai B'rit and Rotschild, and as allowed by a Holy God whose unfathomable mercy and grace does not preclude severe judgment on wicked Cabalism.  If you have these stars around, clean house!  Don't join a group which displays either of these stars, for you will be under a curse of death and will not be protected in the weeks ahead!

The greatest man of God I know (most humble, most powerful), has warned many American Hebrews not to do Aliyah. He has also told us this personally. Yet there they go. And so-called Christians send billions of dollars to this ungodly state of "Israel", most of which goes for purposes of death... i.e. hugely expensive military projects, secret society projects, Holocaust preparation, and of course Swiss bank accounts, which by the way, improve my standard of living greatly.

The Ford Foundation, which goes back to the Freemason and Jew-hater Henry Ford, is run today by high level witches in the CFR and Illuminati, and funds hundreds and hundreds of "peace" and ecumenical organizations -- such as the New Israel Fund -- which are all planning the next Holocaust, which will be hosted by the District of COLUMBIA and the State of Israel.

Do the Jews study history and the Tanach even less than Gentiles? Seems that way.

Hitler put Lucifer's star on the Jews' armbands to mark them as future targets of death, the full fury and fire of Venus, and to mock them - for every practitioner of the evil arts understood exactly what that star meant!  You could say that the yellow armbands with the witchcraft star of death was a test run for a type of Mark of the Beast.  If you want an example of how Christians will take "The Mark", just look at how Jews proudly wore their curse of death advertisements on their arms in 1930's Germany!  The Austrian Catholic Hitler was trained by the brutal Jesuits, and spent every spare minute of his early years studying witchcraft and CABALA, joining that special club of brutality and war alongside Jefferson Davis, and Mugabe of Zimbabwe. Hitler was the most serious student of the Ancient Mysteries of anyone that I have yet studied. (see the book "The Spear".) Of course, a book has yet to be written about the Bush family's or Schwarzenegger's pursuit of the Ancient Mysteries...

The Illuminati assigned the wicked star of the Ancient Mysteries to the pagan state of Israel, to mock the Godless "Jews" who flocked there and to mark them for the full fury and fire of Lucifer, which was planned long before the first Holocaust. The second one will be far worse, for it has been much longer in planning, and the "Jews" have mocked God more openly after being brought back than they did in the Diaspora, when they had a bit (tiny bit) of humility left. This star is the star of Molech, of fire, the double triangle representing phallus and womb and satanic sex worship, of unspeakable rituals performed perpetually among the world's power-brokers (and in Jerusalem since the founding of the pagan state of Israel...) how horrible that no one on this earth speaks the truth! Doesn't this just drag your spirit down, break your heart, and fill your mind with dread? Every single Prime Minister has been a member of a Luciferian secret society or Masonic branch of B'nai B'rith or worse, and was elected freely and openly by the people, sealing them with a curse through democratic consent. There is a movement out there to immortalize Rabin, as he was murdered with the approval of Peres and France. However, Rabin was among the most arrogant and brutal and Godless of all the Israeli state's leaders; which probably explains why Cabala intensely promotes his assassination date as a day of honor!  Israel has only had one man more ruthless and Illuministic, and that is Peres, who appears to have been an agent of Masonic France to give Rabin an early escort to the Underworld of Hermes.

Israeli STATE is not the nation of Israel!

Notice I have written "Israeli State", and not Israel. That was a neat trick, Lord Rothschild, to call your latest concentration camp by the same name as the People of God in the Bible, which according to I Samuel 8 was never a state and never will be. Israel, as God makes clear in the Torah and Tenach (not the despicable mutterings of the Synagogue of Satan, aka the Talmud), includes ONLY those who yield fully to God in faith and humility, worshipping Him alone, shunning all other gods, angels, and spirits, recognizing that a human is hopelessly evil unless clothed with the LORD. That is a true Jew, a Jew who serves humanity with humility and yearns that all mankind might be as free as himself. No true Jew uses others (usury) for personal gain. No true Jew hides the revelation of Messiah from the world, or embraces Lucifer of B'nai B'rith or any other society of deception. No true Jew is interested in worldly power or expends extra effort and sacrifices time with his children to obtain more money and comfort before he dies. No true Jew sends his children off to a rigid school of the ancient mysteries where the child is subjected to brutal, heart-breaking brainwashing and training in the dark side... as the Messiah (who showed up in perfect timing 2,000 years ago exactly as prophesied by Daniel) made abundantly clear... the only Jew to fulfill all the prophecies to the letter and to the year which Daniel said. If you are Jewish and are looking for the Messiah sometime in the future, then you need to read the prophet Daniel again: your Messiah has long since come and gone, leaving you in the cold, while those who want God instead of power bask in His incredible love, BLESSING, PEACE, and wisdom. After you figure it out, you will probably also figure out that those you thought were "Jewish authorities", are actually agents of the Rothschilds and are desperately trying to hide the truth from you. Their god(s) can be found in their precious "Ancient Mysteries" (which include the Talmud), which many other famous rich people also held to, from the Crusaders to the Freemasons, Hitler to Kissinger (who was excommunicated from the Jewish faith, and is officially no longer a Jew).

God is again gathering those "grafted out" of the branch, and grafting them back in, as the untold tens of millions of "Greeks" or "Goyim" in the last 2,000 years are now complete, in stunning and perfect fulfillment of His many, many awesome prophecies. Sadly, very, very few Semites will find Truth before the fire is set loose on those living inside the wall of the world's biggest Arbeitslager, the prison of Palestinia. But God did not found the filthy, pagan, Illuminati state of Israel! He did not desire to reserve Jerusalem for the Illuminati and the Pontifex Maximus! (as did the communist Illuminatus Ben Gurion!)  God did not willingly break off 75% of the ancient lands of Abraham and give them to Masonic "Jews" and Arabs allied with the moon-god Allah! He did not call the Remnant back to live under a death curse with constant war and daily terror! Rather, He has warned the Remnant not to do Aliyah! Search the scriptures and you will be shocked that the Israeli State violates every letter of the great prophecies, even becoming the center of sodomy and witchcraft (Cabala, etc) in that section of the world!

If you are Jewish, or a "Zionist Christian" (A Christian in bed with Masons and Hermetical pagan magicians), then you need to do some research as to why God-less, masonic bankers -- men who hated the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- were the founders of the Zionist movement, and almost single-handedly funded it and the development of Palestinia and funded whole regions and many socialist Kibbutzes, not to mention the hand-picked socialist Illuminatus David Ben Gurion, who publicly stated that he did not take Jerusalem for the state of Israel, because it was reserved for world government.[1] This is why he did not take the temple mount, on order from the Illuminati Rothschild family and the Masonic pope, and the non-Jewish synagogue of Satan. This is the same Rothschild family who has set up, trained and organized the Nazi-affiliated, Illuminatus, and world-famous fornicator and regular adulterer Arnold Schwarzenegger, whose nude collection is now on sale at E-Bay (done by gay photographer Robert Mapplethorpe, and offered for auction by his gay lover and body-builder Jack Fritscher).

Last week, the darkly pagan German magazine Stern (stars) posted an older video of Arnold on the internet from the late 1970s, which included the following comment:

" be a star is like coming, you know, having sex with a woman and coming. So, can you believe how much I am in heaven, I'm like, getting the feeling of coming in the gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5,000 people - I get the same feeling - so I'm coming day and night. It's terrific, right? So, ya know, I'm in heaven!"

This is the coming out of the Bush / Ashcroft Republican GOP, the White House duo which has done more to please the men-on-men-eliminate-God party than any other administration in history. The GOP is leading the gay-Illuminati push to take over California, using a Catholic porn star with an elevated Illuminati-Nazi background, openly brought to this point by insanely rich Cabalist Lord Rothschild of England, even from the days of the Kennedy marriage, a wedding made in the underworld. If you find it hard to believe that the wealthiest "Jews" on the planet groom Nazis from birth to destroy God's people, then please do some diligent research, before it is too late and the Burlington box cars (with 33 windows and a Sun-wheel logo) come for you as well. I would start with Rabbi Marvin S. Antelman's "To Eliminate The Opiate", volume one and two (2002). Then read a wonderful older book called "Perfidy". What your history class buried just might give you goosebumps - and nightmares. (I went to a great private school, proud of their Bible-based curriculum and their independence from the corrupt state. Yet I received the Illuminati whitewashed version of history, not much improved from the trash in government schoolbooks, just to give you an idea how much you have been lied to and brainwashed.)

It is no accident that the Illuminati has targeted that state in America with the highest Jewish population. New York is second, but the Pope has always controlled New York, as delegated to him by the beast in Jerusalem and Basel. Everyone was reminded of this again after the Illuminati demolished the World Trade Center Towers, and a memorial was held. The cardinal of New York, the highest Papal agent in America, had the highest seat of honor, next to the highest Rabbi, and ahead of two U.S. presidents.

Is a holocaust coming to California? You bet.

About the time gold hits $3,000 an ounce next year, guillotines and high tech melting technology will begin the second holocaust. Ironic, isn't it? Hitler used the star of Solomon. Rothschild is using the Terminator. Equally gut-wrenching, if you understand how the Illuminati works, is that the world's largest Holocaust museum was opened near the world's largest phallus in Washington, D.C. under DeMolay child Clinton. This is the same Clinton who hung the star of solomon on his Christmas tree, along with other witchcraft paraphenalia (according to former witch David Meyer, both Clintons are 3rd or 4th degree witches). A rule of the Illuminati is that they do major things specifically to pull the wool over the eyes of those they intend to harm. Since the Holocaust museum was built with the blessing of Clinton the Rhodes scholar, I suspect that Clinton will play a major role in the rapidly approaching Holocaust mentioned in the Bible. The worst places on earth for anyone who is Jewish (and not a pagan Cabalist) are America and Israel, and according to the Bible, that includes Christians who know God's Voice. The Bible is explicit that the majority of Jews will die a horrible death in Israel, but also in America. Hitler put the hexagram on Jews marked for extermination. Rothschild put the hexagram over ancient Palestinia, then invited everyone to come home to hell. Most Jews read the Bible even less than Catholics, but they have no excuse, for the greatest sign of witchcraft in history flies over their land! God makes warnings abundantly clear to all but the arrogant. According to the Bible, the arrogant do not get a warning, but a deception directly from Him, designed to keep them from ever seeing the Truth!  Isn't that remarkable?

If you are Jewish, I have hereby fulfilled the duties of a watchman as recorded by God in Ezekiel, to warn those who will be affected by what I have seen coming. You may have a few months left to get out. When the door shuts, no one in America will travel, not even to the next city. It will be horrible. People will be rounded up, marked and chipped. Things will be infinitely more horrible than a yellow band on your arm with a symbol of death on it (star of Solomon). You will leave barefoot in the middle of the night, chased by dogs across the desert to reach secret ships, or you will die. You will take their mark, or you will die from lack of food and water. The banks will close overnight, and your accounts and cards will be suddenly worthless. Airports and interstates will be blocked. All points of transportation are already militarized, by the masonic Hitler in the U.S. office of attorney general. Just as under Hitler, everything in America has been done either legally or without protest by the people. Since most people vote for their leaders, they share in the curse and evil before God. If you are planning to use your bicycle to circumvent the tanks on the interstates (which is why interstate bridges in most metro areas were suddenly rebuilt and upgraded in weight ratings to support Abrams tanks over the last 10 years), then good luck. The technology of Illuministic cabalism is beyond your wildest dreams, and makes Hitler's chase look like a game of hide and seek. They have satellites that can watch a mouse crawl through the forest, not to mention remote-controlled spy drones, which numerous people have spotted circling their homes lately, using unbelievably accurate heat reads to determine bodies inside, location of guns, tunnels, etc. Everything is already in place and fully functioning. Everyone is waiting for "the command."

Those that leave early, go with their wealth, health, peace of mind, and BLESSING. Those who procrastinate leave only with their clothes, and lose their house, all savings, and with great fear and great distress. Those who poo-poo the warnings lose even life itself. This is the fire of disobedience, for Christ will not return to those who are not pure, meaning FULLY submitted to Him, sin-free (having confessed all sin, never hiding or saying no to the truth), and fully focused on His daily orders and commands... able to hear His Voice, walking selfless, face-to-face with God.

The American Cabalistic Illuminati has something else that most of Hitler's S.S. did not have. They can find you spiritually. They can look at you and know if you are with them or of another spirit, without the technology (which ability Christians have long since lost, which is why they are up to their neck in the pagan entertainment and festivals of the U.S. society.) These people are light years ahead of Hitler in the Mysteries of Lucifer. And they love human sacrifice. They think nothing of raping their own flesh and blood to make Lucifer happy and to gain more power. I can't make it any clearer than that. I wouldn't take my chances, if I were you.

Their power is greater than yours, because they are aligned, and intensely trained by Lucifer's generals from very young childhood. You will not outsmart them, run from them, or hide. You will find a greater power or die. It is that simple. They understand the power of the star of Solomon!

But that is just the bad news.

The good news is that thousands around the world have found a Tabernacle and Temple that even Lucifer cannot touch. My wife is now reading a book by a Jewish man whose parents sent him to a brutal Illuminati boys' school here in Europe, who God miraculously touched and finally set free, but not before he watched his family torture and kill his wife in front of his eyes. Her crime? She dwelled in the Mountain of the Lord, the Tabernacle of Messiah, and Messiah dwelled in her body, His Temple, and she talked with Him face-to-face like Moses, and as the Remnant has done for many centuries around the world. This man was astonished that his wife felt absolutely no pain as she was tortured and killed. This is the power that makes the Illuminati melt and cower like the wicked witch of the west. Her singing with a smile brought him to also find the face-to-face presence of Meshiach, and into a ministry of setting people free, whose temples had inherited curses and pagan spirits, or who had been dedicated to the morning star of the Babylonian Hebrews.

Not all who speak face-to-face with God will escape with their bodies. But they will escape with glory, destined for an elite reward - without pain (unless they are compromised, then incredible pain will purify them at the last minutes of their lives). Some will be designated as warriors to destroy Illuminati strongholds by commanding spiritual forces. I have met a few of these men and women, and they fly around the world in a whirlwind of power, binding and loosing incredible blessings and horrible curses as God commands each day. It is awesome to watch. But these people have already paid the price, and 99.99% of "christians" would reject God if He asked them to walk through such pain in order to reach such purity and power. You see, Lucifer offers a great variety of churches which offer community and "self-determination" (as the pagan patriots like to say), even superhuman signs and healing and power.

But God doesn't share His Lucifer-crushing power with the proud, the brave and the "free", but rather with the humble, the trusting, and the submitted. Wherever you see "Braveheart" with a sword and cross, you are witnessing the Great Deception of Cabala and pagan Knighthood. It is the Illuminati that needs arrogant "Bravehearts" to build the satanic world order, not God. King David could not build the temple because God's dwelling place cannot be tainted with human blood. David's great sins were self-determination and a love of war - the shedding of human blood in emotional rage and vengeance. Vengeance and decision-making are reserved alone for God. (Exo. 33:2; 2Sam. 21:1; 1Kings 5:3; 1Chron. 22:8; Psa. 94:1-2; Rom. 12:19). The Kingdom of God cannot be established on earth by shedding human blood; rather, this is exactly the plan for the Illuminati: ritual sacrifice of young humans in Luciferian Temples and on the battlefield gives spiritual power to build the Brotherhood of Lucifer and Venus (Queen of Heaven). Know you know why the Federal United States and the State of Israel were born in blood and have built the banks and Global Governance with the blood of foolish "patriots". The Serpent requires blood.

Don't be one of those who insist on pursuing wealth and comfort, a house and "retirement" (what is that?) while calling on God for "blessings" and "success", for you will find the months and several years ahead to be a time of unending horror, pain, loneliness and hunger, depression, confusion and death. We are at the threshold of the greatest purifying fires and bloodshed in the history of the world, when the entire planet will literally writhe in spasms of pain and death.

If you dwell in the Tabernacle, you will come through it as .999 pure gold!

As you celebrate the birth of Christ this Feast of Tabernacles (Tishrei 15, October 11 this year), the arrival of Messiah Immanuel, "God with us", this weekend, remember that in all of history there has never been a more urgent time to have Messiah build rebuild a Temple (dwelling place of the Spirit of God) within you than the next 4 years. Don't delay! Rebuilding your Temple takes much time and hard work!

O How they gloat on Fallujah Iraq

Withdraw selectively from Saddamist towns like Falujah. Cordon them off, wait till the neo-Baathists emerge to hold their victory parade, strutting their goose-step, waving their jihadi banners, chanting their usual horrendous bullshit about blood and sacrifice. Then destroy them utterly, from the air. Repeat as needed. Repeat till a moderate local group emerges. Just bear in mind that one may never emerge. These people are truly crazy. They believe that US troops have x-ray glasses to see under Iraqi women's
clothing. They believe that "the Jews" are buying up Iraqi land. A bomb factory in a mosque blows up and they "know" it was a US missile strike. They already believe the worst of us, so what do we have to lose?

[Only the Soldiers can save themselves. It is a choice they have to
make. Most of them do not understand what is happening, and most do
not have the moral strength of character to stand up for what is
right. Now that Fallujah civilians are being slaughtered by willing US
soldiers for the actions of a few, the line has been crossed. This is
an enemy, aggressive army  tactic which has historical precedent.
There is no innocence in this. Those who choose to obey orders are
criminals and accountable to God and to our own country men/women who
do have the ethical and moral character to know it is wrong. True
bravery is to stand up for what is lawful and honorable. The young
soldiers do not have the courage to do this, but the officers in
charge should. If they do not lead with honor, they are cowards. Moral
strength of character based on accountability before God has been
greatly eradicated in the US over the years. So who will lead the
resistance against the criminal leadership in the military and in the
government? -- L.R.]

The "WALL"  and the Street in troublous times

New official map of Israel includes barrier

In spite of the fact that the security barrier (WALL)  and its proposed path stir up a fierce internal debate while the Hague deliberations over its legality continue, the State of Israel, or more precisely, the Center for Mapping Israel, has recently printed an updated edition of all Israeli maps with the security barrier included.

Appears as thick broken line with the words “security road” written by it. Only consists of segments already completed.

The barrier appears in the map as a thick broken line with the words “security road” written near by it. The mapping authority took into account the possibility that the barrier’s path would change, and therefore included only segments already completed.

The security barrier also appears in the new atlas of the Atlas Gold Company, where it is described as a “security obstacle”. The atlas also includes the security barrier built along Jerusalem’s southern municipal border.

Stop Congress From
Supporting The Wall

The list of US Congressmen set forth below are all members who have been enticed in some way to vote for one of the most destructive resolutions ever to emerge from the United States Congress. Friends of Israel will stop at nothing to make it look as if the people of America are all in favor of building the wall that now is designed to separate Israel and Palestine.
More than that, this wall is designed to stake out large pieces of land around settlements in the West Bank, to take the homes, the farms, the small possessions of people who have lived in these places for many generations. By proposing this resolution, these members of Congress and any others who join them in this travesty are about to say that none of the three million people of Palestine have any rights, dignity, or even claim to the spaces they and their families have lived in all their lives. They are about to do this for political party gains in the United States.
This resolution is about to give a seal of US approval, on behalf of the people of our country, to the Israelis to go ahead and take anything they want, destroy villages, bulldoze ancient olive groves, push aside thousands of innocent people, brutalize women and children, and prolong the conflict in the Middle East for generations yet to come. It is about to give the Israeli Defense Force a license to commit unlimited acts of terrorism in the name of preventing terrorism.
We cannot stop the hard right extremists of Israel from doing what they intend to do, which is to harry the Palestinian people until they die or leave. But we can tell the Members of the Congress of the United States that they have no right to do this in our name. None of us voted for any member of Congress on this list to do the dastardly kind of thing this resolution requires, which is approve the wilful dehumanizing of the people of Palestine by Israeli extremists.
To do this is not only to tell the people of Palestine that we, the American people do not care what happens to them. It will also tell the people of Iraq that our occupying forces, already tainted by the tortures recorded at Abu Ghraib, have a license to do what they will. This resolution will destroy any chance the United States might have had after Abu Ghraib to persuade the people of that region that we have their interests at heart. We can forget exporting democracy. We can forget promoting political and social reform in the Middle East. We can stay there, surrounded by armed guards and defended by the best forces we have. But we will never again be welcome.
However we do it, we must all tell our Congressmen and Senators not to do this. To do less is to admit that our country has failed and no longer deserves the mantle of world leadership.
Ask Your Congressman Not to Support Wall Resolution
Recent reports from Israel indicate that the Israelis are resuming construction on the expensive and illegal wall they envisage will separate themselves from the Palestinians.? The new construction is now aiming for the Jewish settlement of Ariel, deep in Palestinian territory, and if followed will annex more Palestinian land, groves, water resources, and villages.? The human costs are incalculable.
Earlier this year the United Nations Security Council asked the International Court of Justice to listen to arguments about the legality of the wall, and shortly thereafter, Israel's friends in Congress circulated a resolution supporting the separation wall and condemning the UN's decision (R.Con.Res.371). As of today, 162 members of Congress have signed on to the resolution, which is still with the House International Relations Committee.? They must be asked to reconsider their decision.
Following the lead of members of our Connecticut chapter, we urge all CNI members and friends to contact their representative and urge them to withdraw support of the House resolution ? or to commend them for not supporting it.? A list of the representatives supporting the resolution is below.
The contact numbers for your congressmen are available through
In contacting your representative, make the following points:
1. The path of the wall rarely follows the internationally recognized border between Israel and Palestine, and it annexes agricultural land, groves, and villages belonging to the Palestinians.? It cuts apart whole communities in east Jerusalem.
2. According to the Geneva Conventions, an occupying power may not seize land of the occupied peoples nor may it punish them collectively for acts individuals may have committed.
3. The international community has already condemned the wall, as voted upon by the United Nations (U.N. General Assembly Resolution ES10/13)
Israel has the right to build whatever it wishes on its own land, but not on land it does not own.
